Interactive exhibits & a hall of fame for BC's celebrated athletes, teams & national heroes.
Even if you are not a sports fan ,it is really interesting, lots to see in there.
Very interesting. Liked the one on the 2010 Olympics and Terry Fox.
My kid had so much fun here. You can learn a lot about great olympic Canadians, as well as indigenous athletes and disabled athletes. They had one room where you could play foosball hockey free, you can also practice slap shots, moving climbing wall, ping pong and radar tracking your sprints.
B.C. SPORTS HALL OF FAMEAn excellent place to visit.Plenty of artifacts and displays. There are several Olympic medals from back in the day.The area with all of the athletes photos is well done. Even the photos are rubberized Magnetic. I enjoyed the historical black and white pictures.Plenty of displays like Bob Ackles,Terry.Fox and Rick Hansen. There is also an interactive area with small rock climbing, ping pong, hockey and a shoot a puck.If you love sports history, you will not be disappointed.
Great Museum! The collection of Olympic gear was really awesome and the amount of jerseys and different equipment was really awesome to look at, also it is fairly interactive which is fun especially in the section where you can test your speed and play hockey. Overall 10/10
Iconic place
Small but so much interestingGo to if you like canadian sports
What an outstanding museum full of our fantastic sports history and all of the stars that have made us so proud. I think every British Columbian with an interest in sport should check it out. And if youre not from BC, youll still recognize some significant people and events.Well done!
GREAT PLACE FOR SPORT LOVERS. Canadian sports history with medals trophies and jerseys. Also a great view of bc place from the inside.
All about the BC sports from hockey, football ... dragon boat are shown in a small hall.
Lovef this hall of fame. Very interesting facta aboit the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics in Vancouver. Also, a small gallery for Terry Fox and aboriginal athletes. Loved this place and the games area.
Awesome service
Super fun perfect for families and kids
Super interesting. No flash or glam, but a first class and genuine recognition and depiction of BCs contribution and commitment to the value of sport at every level, and those who got us here. I was inspired and am proud of our sports legacy as a community.
Interesting place. There are games to play at the final stage. Its fun.
Good Imaging
What a great celebration of sport and athletes! The displays were diverse, informative and inspiring, covering a wide variety of sports. I found the Terry Fox and Rick Hanson exhibits particularly powerful. The participation room is lots of fun for kids! I would love to go again!
Was very exciting place to learn some history on sports in Vancouver
Love it
Stopped by BC Sports Hall of Fame with the Tourism Pass.Very informative museum with history that dates back to hundreds of years! Love how they added a lot of things from the 2010 Olympics here too. Great friendly staff.
Lots of fun, very informative and heaps of games! You want get bored here, even if you dont love sports. You can try your hand at rock climbing and ice hockey, see how fast you run, and how fast youd be in a wheelchair.
Great for sport buffs!
BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum honours local sportswomen and sportsmen with numerous intriguing exhibits and interactive elements. The sections about the 2010 Olympic Winter Games and indigenous heritage were particularly impressive. You can also have a peek inside BC Place from one room of the museum.
Excellent experience
Interesting. All about local people and events. Lots of memorabilia to look at. A number of interactive pieces. Surprisingly few visitors for a long weekend.
As HoF venues go, this one is week.
A great way to spend some time learning about B.C. Sports history. The galleries of Terry Fox, Rick Hanson and Greg Moore and the 2010 Olympics are worth the admission.
A must Visit museum in Vancouver
It should be cheaper
Fantastic museum. Lots of really cool stuff. Just needs some Vancouver grizzlies memorbilia!
Had a surprisingly fantastic time here. Ive heard about this place for a while but never really ventured here till recently. I thought my kids wouldnt really be that keen on the memorabilia and it would bore them. But theres a fantastic participation area that has a running track, hockey shootout, foosball table, bubble hockey table, climbing wall and further in another room theres a driver simulator. Theres also a wheel chair simulator in the Rick Hansen area. We probably spent 30 minutes on the exhibits but a good 90 minutes in the participation area. Being said, the exhibits are great. The whole Terry Fox room was very good, got a bit emotional reading it. Rick Hansens room was good as well. Lots of olympics memorabilia. Greg Moore exhibit was good too. There was a great look out to the field of BC place.Price wise, its quite reasonable. If youre looking for a better deal, if you have a ticket stub from a recent Canucks, Lions or Whitecaps game, you can go in for 50% off.Definitely worth it if youve never been!
Our tour guide, Rebecca, was FANTASTIC! Full of fun-facts and added a ton of colour to the all access tour of the facility.
Where is vancouver blazers Jersey
It was good. Alot more to the place than you think when you walk in the door. Cool view of the pitch from the viewing area and all the olympic memorabilia is pretty cool
Lots of interactive facilities in the museum. Nothing beats having fun while learning something.
Its good. There is some good history and good displays. Very cheap at $15 being Vancouver. Much better value than other paid activities in Vancouver. Worth visiting if you have any interest in sport.
Fun!
Its bigger and more expansive then imagined. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing.Expect the unexpected.
A bit of an older museum but lots of interesting exhibits to see. A lot of fun and interactive games for kids
Can see BC Place from behind the scenes! Super cool place :)

This museum gives a good overview of the main personalities that have contributed to local to provincial and international sports. Skytrain accessible.
