106 Vine St, Columbus, OH 43215, United States, Columbus
Bustling pub with a lineup of American classics like burgers & wings, plus happy hours & DJs.
I love this club. It is such a cool little vibe. Literally everyone there is on good vibes. The staff is super nice. The drinks are great! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a hip hop and R&B type of vibe!
We had a blast dancing at this club! It was a really nice crowd there was no trouble and we just enjoyed the experience all the way around the horn
Food was great, service was good, beer glass never got empty!
Came in after Ohiyocon as the DJ was setting up and starting. Great music selection. Everyone loved their food. My partner got a classic burger and fry. My friend got ribs and I was jealous. They looked so good and they fell off the bone! Her husband got two dishes and i cant remember what it was. My order was wrong, (I got a house salad instead of the cobb i asked and salmon instead of chicken, I was picking between the twobut I ate it anyway and the server fixed the bill accordingly. It was delicious! If Im ever in downtown Columbus, I will come here again. The sever was absolutely amazing!
The peerless management group owes me $18,125 for services repairing their sewer line July 4th weekend 2021. Much of this out of my pocket. Grimy kitchen, one of the worst Ive seen. Pay your bills!
After wedding party. We started off a little rocky. They gave us the back seating when we first came in. No offer or recommendation or ushering or bottle service to help us feel welcome.Shout out to BBR security first and foremost. I told them about the same day wedding after party and they were very nice to our people. My sister and I had to ask what it will take to get premium service, after that it was litty. Music always on point! DJ hyped the couple. We got the lights for every bottle we bought. It was a great time!I also lost my phone. Though it took 3 days. They found it and called me back. Unbelievable!I recommend wedding after parties and such at BBR. In the end, every dime was worth it!
Server was really Nice, Sarah did a great job. They gave me a Plastic fork to eat stir fry with though. So....4 stars!
This place was on the stop for our Halloween Bar Cawl last night and was a total disappointment. Had wristbands to get in for the bar crawl they still charged us $20 to get in the door and for what?? There was no entertainment. We had one watered down drink and left. No impressed.
Was told kitchen was open until 11am, and on google another reviewer says 1am. Saturday night, 10/23/21 kitchen closed at 10. Cover was 10 bucks and most of the mixed drinks couldn’t be made because the bar was out. Not the best experience, but if you’re just wanting to drink and you’ve had a few already, this is fine.
We went on a Blue Jackets game night and will NEVER go back. We arrived and order by 5:30 and waited 45 minutes for our food! We may have waited even longer if I hadn’t told the server “if our food isn’t next, please cancel our order”. She then said she’d check with the manager. About 3 min later two of three items came out and our kids’ WAY over priced boneless wings about 3-4 min later. The food is good but I only recommend if you visit on a weekday for happy hour and not on a game day.
Couldn’t tell you what the food was like since I never got the chance to try it. I called earlier in the day to check their kitchen hours and when I tried to call in an order for pick up no one answered. I kept trying for about an hour and just gave up.
Great food, great vibes, and fast, friendly service!!! Oh yeah it was lit as hell in there too. Will definitely be returning!!!
This place is really cool, if you can get in. The past two times that I have gone, the line was not moving. So we were unable to get in. However if youre a baller, there are people who sell tables for $400. But I definitely do not recommend taking that route.
Great lounge to just kick back and let lose with friends. The customer service experience was all round amazing!
I can’t speak for any other day of the week, but it would not be wise to go on a Saturday night. If you do go, then don’t wait in line because that is a waste of your time. Rather, do what the majority of patrons do and just walk to the front. I promise that the bouncer and police do not enforce this policy. Also, do not pay for drinks with cash, as the bartender will take your money, and not give change back. This is particularly true with the blonde bartender. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will never give them another dime of my money. It’s trashy anyway. Just go to Brothers.
This bar feels unsafe! Saw guns in waists. This bar needs a metal detector or a very thorough pat down. This recently has become a scary bar to go to...
Omggggg, a busy place after 10pm. Only thing I disliked was that we waited a whole hour before someone served us. And the reserved party next to us was out of control and urinating on themselves, so we left.
Wow! Excellent portions, quality of food, and a great staff! Thanks!
Was invited to this restaurant for a graduation party. I loved it! It was so much fun. Patio nice too. Staff and guest were pretty friendly. Ill definitely return. The food I ordered was great as well. Chicken wings.
Went into this place expecting it to be a fun and welcoming environment. It was the exact opposite. Not only was the bar staff cold, but so was the food. We ordered wings, undercooked/raw pizza, and pretzel bites (the only good thing there). Way too overpriced, I never write reviews but this experience was so awful I don’t recommend anyone to ever go into that establishment.
Its not bad. Its a bar first. The food is decent, but thats not why you go. You go for drinks in a rock n roll atmosphere near the arena. Its fun with some friends.
The reviews looked good so we tried it out prior to a concert at Nationwide Arena. We wished we wouldve gone elsewhere after seeing how many other places were surrounding the arena. When we got there we saw only 2 other people in the place, yet our food came out slow, & came out sporadically rather than together. My 2 tacos came out together but not my sides, and my husbands food came out in 3 separate trips with no rhyme or reason to it. The food was decent but nothing we would want to eat again. Beer was warm. Service was super slow. It looked like a cool place to try, but ended up being a disappointment. After we left & walked to the arena we saw other bars & restaurants much busier. Now we know why.
First bar on Vine off of Park St. Staff are pros. Beckoned my wife and her co-workers over from another place nearby after I got off work. Bought a couple rounds of happy hour Taco Tuesday tacos. They sorely regretted what they had eaten at the last place after trying BBRs high value, tasty fare.
We popped in here before the 21 Pilots concert last night. The food was absolutely terrific! The boneless wings were on point! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. However, our server forgot to ring in my sweet potato fries so I was finished eating by the time she brought them out. The worst part, and why this place lost 2 stars is because any beer we ordered continuously was very warm and flat.
Great food. Wings, boneless wings, pretzel bites, Turkey club and a salad were great today. Kitchen sent food out sporadically but 3 visits in last few months have been solid. Good bar and good tunes at lunch. Only complaint is that the place could use a decent cleaning and mopping of the floors. Go for the burgers, apps or tacos and you cant go wrong.
Had to sit at the bar since open table took my reservation but once there was told they dont use open table so just a callout to that. Badass burger was good and drank a local craft from my Indiana home town..3 floyds..disappointed that a 530 no shrimp or turkey..hence the burger
Stopped here before a Blue jackets game.Had a few beers. It was crowded as I knew it would be. Staff a bit overwhelmed. But not bad service.I would recommend it for a pregame beer. Food looked good but we didnt eat.
The burgers were absolutely amazing!I have to admit that at the time we were about half in the bag, however, they were cooked perfectly with great onion rings with thick breading! The Guiness was the perfect compliment with many beers on tap and helpful bar staff.I would recommend this to anyone.
Horrible place. Very dirty. There was two clogged overflowing toilets in the womens restroom and throw up all over the toilets and walls. Awful service as well. I was in a group of about 10 people After the Arnolds, all paying customers drinking and the bartender kept rolling hos eyes at me everytime I went up to get us waters. We would have stayed and drank more if he would have given us more water without the attitude. I do not recommend this place to anyone that wants to sit at a clean table and not listen to blaring trap rap music.
The flat bread had a crisp, perfectly well done flavor. Perfect crunch! Delicious
They have great lunch specials and the wait staff and bar tenders are very attentive. We have our department holiday party here every year and the accommodations are great.
Went there before a Jackets game. Food was very quick and good. Had burger, club and nachos. Only complaint was the prices on special board werent honoured at the time of the bill. They still had special board up at 5:00 but waitress said they ended at 2:00. Id give it 5 stars if not for that.
We stopped in on a Monday evening, being from out of town it was hard to find a place that served food late and also welcomed kids. They did! The staff was very friendly! The ribs were delicious but the pizza was a bit disappointing...overall the food was really good and the atmosphere was inviting.
We went for Burger week, and it was cooked great! Having Michigan stickers in the urinals was great too!
Went there on a Sunday to watch football. Third week in a row we did so because we live in the arena district. My husband is a Bills fan and we were told that the Bills were playing on a certain TV which was fine well during the game, the TV Started going in and out and clearly was a TV issue not a cable issue. We told our bartender and she told the manager and he said oh well and shrugged his shoulders. There was maybe 15 people in the bar and 6 of us were watching the Bills game and there is about 20 TVs in there. Why couldnt he changed the game to another TV? Might be because he didnt want to get up off his butt. The business missed out on us drinking and eating there because the manager
Nice thick burgers with not-too-big buns (a very important, if underrated aspect of the burger). Youll have a choice of fries or tots; do yourself a favor and skip right to the tots. The seasonings for said tots are out of control good! Otherwise, this is a solid sports bar with plenty of TVs.
Ive only been there for lunch, and they took away their lunch specials. Not happy about that. The quality of food is good. Ive never been there in the evenings, nor have gotten anything at the bar. Plenty of TVs and seating. No free parking that I could see. Food has gotten better since my last visit. Staff is always good. Bring back lunch specials for 5 stars
Had a great first experience here. I have heard endless compliments on the BBR meatloaf. Today I got to taste it and it was very good. A large portion of bacon wrapped meatloaf that tasted like it might have even been grilled a little, enough that had me wishing it was grilled or grilled more. It had a great flavor that matched the BBQ sauce and the green beans. The green beans were very good. Im picky about my green beans and they were crisp, cooked, not mushy and very tasty. The sad part of the plate was the mashed potatoes. So sad mashed potatoes! They didnt do anything for you! They were just mashed potatoes, maybe a little butter or bacon pieces could have livened it up or a sprinkle of cheese? I used the sauce in my cup to help them out. For $14 for lunch it was worth the price of admission (no admissio, its a phrase). The atmosphere was nice for a medium lunch crowd. The inside was clean and the wait staff was on the ball. Very enjoyable experience! Ill definitely be back.
The tacos were amazing! Great place to eat, drink and dance.
Always a pleasure to work with, as I was a manager of a neighboring business. They have GREAT food and its always very timely, and their staff is very courteous. They do a good job managing the over-the-top drunks, as well as hosting decent DJs!
Parmesan Garlic Fries were amazing!! And so was the main course!! Loved the setting, cool stuff on the walls, clean. Didn’t stay for the evening so no comment on the nightlife scene—only dinner for me. No complaints, great first experience, will come back again!!
Watched the Ohio State/Michigan game here, and it was a blast. Good beer and good food! And they make it a party. Even though it was busy, the staff was on top of things and super friendly and quick.
Bro bar. Incredibly slow service at 6pm on a weekend. Place was empty. Boneless wings were overcooked. Tots were good. I didnt get a burger, but they looked much better than my chicken. Prices a bit steep for portions. Not a bad place, but so many better options for food nearby.
What started as a good lunch spot has fallen far I will not be back!!! I have worked across the street from Bbr for going on 3 years when I first had lunch there it was good for the price. Who doesnt like half price lunch but now my boss doesnt want us to eat there because it takes too long to get your food (some times over a hour to order and get our foodso now I try to call in a to go order but when its busy they wont pick up the phone ( called 5 times in a row so I walked in to place my order and they added a $2 carry out fee to my order $5.50 for the food and $2 for the "special charge" I am not paying $7.50 for a $5.50 meal because I dont get a hour and a half lunch and the last time I was there they charged $2 for a small cup of A1 sauce I told them that I could have bought a full bottle of A1 for that at the store I will not be back and it sucks because the foods not bad just the service and fees
Great lunch special for a bar. working downtown you have the same choices ... it is nice to get good food at a great price. Meatloaf with greenbeans and mashed potatoes are very good for 7.00
One of my go to places to sit at the bar and eat wings. The bar staff is very good here. Only reason its not a five? Their draught beer selection is not exactly great. If you like IPAs, youll be happy, though.
I like this place because it plays good 90s songs but the DJ kept skipping the music after people started liking it. It was quite annoying. I was considering having my birthday party here but I remembered how hot it got inside. There is only 1 fan that usually is on the party that paid for the VIP area. How rude. I would not enjoy letting my guests burn while I sit pretty. The people at the door are ALWAYS very nice but the bartenders always seem overwhelmed and will even sometimes ignore you. It would be nice to be acknowledged with a "Be with you in a sec or something". If they could get these things together it would be the place to be every weekend.
If I could write this review without giving a star, I would. This place doesnt deserve a single star. From the very beginning we knew the night was off to a bad start when they stopped the only black person in our group and asked where his ticked was. We had to stand outside for about 5 minutes explaining to the guy at the door that he was with us. He was included in the number of people our ticket indicated. It wasnt like he was in violation of the "dress code". He was wearing a nice polo sweater and dress pants. On top of that, our friend who was stopped at the door had to have his white girlfriend order his drinks for him because the bartenders were ignoring him. Im sorry, I thought this was the year 2015... On top of that my boyfriend was the only one out of our group that checked his dress coat and guess what, they LOST his coat. While I was trying to figure out how they lost his coat, the manager kicked me out for the way I was speaking to the girls running the coat check. Yes, I was frustrated but I told the girl that I wasnt calling her an idiot by any means, I just wanted to figure out how they lost his coat. It was FREEZING outside and the manager kicked us out in the cold. I will never return to this establishment. I will never suggest anyone ever visit this place. Ive been reading previous reviews and it looks like there is a major issue with racism at BBR and that makes me sick.
This place was awful. We went there for New Years Eve and had problems as soon as we got there. We had a ticket for four people and after 3 of us walked in to the bar, they gave my black friend a rough time. They wouldnt let him in until we argued with bouncer for 5 minutes and convinced him that that my black friend was with us. Then they lost my coat in coat check and the owner wouldnt let me go back and look for it. He told me to f$%^ off. It was 15 degrees outside. As you can see from other reviews, he has an attitude with all of his customers. I DO NOT recommend anyone go to this bar.
We went for lunch to check the place out, and based on the prices of the food I thought we were getting some decent stuff. What we got was just ok, but not worth the price we paid. Additionally, according to the menu, I supposed to have grilled chicken on my salad, not cold poached chicken, and there was hardly any chicken to top that off. That was a huge disappointment. I wont be going back.
