Visited this bar for the first time. Although a small venue we had a great night. Nice and helpful bar staff. Quick service. Brilliant atmosphere good music . No attitudes great vibe. Definitely worth a visit.

We visited this bar there was no one else in the guy behind the bar served us without a word then went outside to talk with his pal.

Such a fun night out. The bar staff is really lovely! Good priced drinks. Music is great.

Have not been myself but my pal Bungle speaks highly of the place.

So much for everyone is welcome... I came in here in the early evening for a drink with my friends and we were immediately kicked out without even having a chance to go to the bar. They gave no reason except that we seemed we were up to no good. I guess they must have made assumptions that, being young, we were there to cause trouble, but we had barely set foot through the door. I understand as a lesbian why they would not want me there, but for my friends (all gay mento not be welcome either is disgusting. We went outside for a bit and then after a while they changed their mind and said we can come in? Really surprised about the hostility in this place. A set back for the LGBT community.

Lovely place, the staff are super friendly, its definitely a good place to come back for a drink.

We had the best time last night! catching up with good friends. The BBB couldnt have been better - highly recommend. Great friendly service. Felt welcomed by both staff and clientele. Looking forward to next time x

Single person..turned away as "no booking". Other seated straight away without booking!!!First attempt to visit. A real shame.

Felt very disappointed went last night with a female friend and was turned away as didnt have table booked but unknown to male member of staff whom I was speaking with a friend of mine accompanied with friends turned up the same time as me and didnt have table booked but was offered a table

The staff (Chris and Mathew were soo friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful night. One if the best bars ive ever been to ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤

Been there twice. Very unfriendly. Been to many bear bars, never been treated so unfriendly. Not one. not even one person said hello. Even bartender took beer order and said nothing. Perhaps they dislike older men

My experience of the bear bar is they are very welcoming and make me feel happy and safe, particularly they made a huge pride weekend for me finished perfectly with, frankly the most amazing cabaret act I could even imagine. Lovely folks everywhere. Thank you bears

Been 2 bear bar for many years . On new years eve door lady wouldnt let me in because not seen me before very odd? Not happy as i was meeting a friend in there i was not drunk i am 52 . She needs 2 go or wont have no customers left.

Great Bar in Old Market. Busy at weekends with various themed nights, quieter during the week, but a great place to relax and meet up with friends. Drinks are reasonably priced for a City Centre bar.

Do not come. If you are looking for an open-minded gay bar, dats not the place. The doorwoman (Beckywas arrogant and has a poor behaviour. Got kicked out impolitely just because we spent 3 mins inside without having a drink.

They get us out just because we didnt get any drink in the first 5 minutes...
