BBB in Jerusalem

This place makes each person spend 60 shekel each. They yelled at my friend to make her pay more for a party tip.

They where extremely rude. After everyone at the table paid with tip they wouldnt let me leave until I paid a 45 shek tip. They screamed at me and I cried in front of the whole restaurant. I was so embarrassed and wouldnt recommend going for any events. The food was tasty though but I wont be going again. The whole experience was a mess.

Very good food try out their cocktails

We ordered take out fries and decided to eat it in the restaurant. But the person in charge told us, we couldnt sit in an empty restaurant because we ordered to take out. Really rude and not a way to treat a paying customer. Very poor service i was very insulted.

Good burger and nice lemonade. More expensive than most places in Jerusalem. Feels like an American burger place, like smash burger.

Mediocre place. The size of the dishes is not satisfied, the service is not so efficient. But usually they have good deals.

Great burger spot. Its got great deals if youre an Israeli citizen, and overall good food regardless of where youre from. The atmosphere is normal for burger place, and the service is good. I reccomend this place.

A unbelievable burger 🍔 restaurant and super there open till 3AM most #magnificent service from the Waiter service to the maneger Sharon....a outstanding person And most importantly the food is fresh daily

Hamburger and chips were ok.However, when we complained about the entrecote sandwich being cold, meat and bread, we received the sandwich after a few minutes with the meat still being cold. Afterwards, the hostess Amit came to our table, not with the intention of solving our problem but to justify the cold meat. Quote: "Entrecote ist a meat that cools down so fast, on the theway from kitchen to the table it will arrive already cold."This must be the most rediculous thing Ive ever heard!After explaining this we anticipated a solution, we were told "I prefer to recommend you something else from the menu." After we asked for a warm sandwhich, Amit the hostess simply walked away from our table.Very, very rude service with no intention to solve costumers problems.

great staff, nice architecture.but its too pricey. burger sandwich without fries and beverage costs minimum 60 shekel.

Could not try these burgers - restaurant was closed thou their internet site said: oprn. Fix your opening hours as the ones on the internet did not match the actually opening of the restaurant :-(

High quality fast foods, well go again

Nice atmosphere. Great food. Awesome service. I got the vegetable salad and wings (ask for tabasco sauce because the chili sauce that it comes with is blandfor startets. For the main I got a Latino burger and it was delicious. Even on summery nights its a bit chilly so tell your date to bring a light sweater. Enjoy :)

Great restaurant, food was really good just like back home and service was fast! The waitress was really kind and She helped me with all my question about local stuff.

A tad expensive if you come form the UK at the moment. Meat not great, service was OK.Music much too loud.

Very tasty. And not so expensive. 4 stars instead of 5 because the music was a little bit too loud. But meals and service were great!

The food was delicious and they easily accommodated the six of us plus a high chair.

Great food but terrible service, waiters and managers need to learn some kindness and respect. Great hamburgers highly advised to get a friend card and get a free hamburger every Sunday with a purchase f a hamburger, no limit for how many a person can own, I own five. We go out and eat with the family for half price. Great big cozy place, loud music. Very suitable for a large group! Not the cheapest prices but quality comes with price. Too bad it’s a kosher restaurant, other BBB’s have better toppings which make the burger much much better!

Great menu for adults and kids. Friendly for American tastebuds if you are traveling with picky kids. My daughter had a kids meal that came in a car with crayons and coloring pages. Also they have a playroom upstairs. The hot apple cider was excellent. Everything was good.

Horrible experience.Very slow service.Staff lied to us and overcharged us for items we were told up front that we had a coupon for.

We wont come back. Bad service and expensive. Also the menu without many options.Better to go to the regular BBB that not cosher.

Out for dinner with my wife & 2 girls, all satisfactory and nicely served. Came hungry left satiated and happy!

I had a great tasting lamb hamburger. The potato was really really tasty with the mayonnaise sauce. I would have liked to have more sauce options for the burger.

They are expensive however there night menu is cheaper and really good clean spacious and quit something you usually cant find in town

Try the special burgers. Really great. Ive eaten there many times and just got our first take away - really awesome. 1000x worth it.

I came with my family. The place was nearly empty. They did not like the way I put the stroller. They haven’t had a baby seat. They did not bring the whole order. At the end the waiter disappeared with my credit card. They charged Me wrongly and they needed to give me the refund. The food was like a McDonald’s or even less.Recommend not to enter.
