B.Hive in Beirut

I needed a place to tutor and B.Hive came through big time.

I have only some comments regarding their Wifi policy. Why would I buy a two-hours Wifi connection, while I can simply stay in Starbucks for example with a free Wifi?!

The place is spacious, having an indoor and outdoor.The place is quiet good for business meeting or studying.The place has a light decoration and light menu as well.Almost full and busy.

It has it all and all that it takes! Good coffee, different spaces for different purposes; you can study, work, eat and drink, meet with friends, have meetings and workshops, play boardgames. The staff are great, super nice especially nour, shes super cute and helped me chose my drinks. and friendly and most of all, its the first hub in Lebanon to introduce nfts to its community with amazing utilities. Its not only a place, its a home

I see this place as one of my best coffee shops across the country. It has that lovely vibe. Whether working, reading or just hanging out is a mood changer.

Simply awesome. I tried a few places including antwork during my stay in Beirut, but this cafe is by far the best place to enjoy coffee and get some work done. Flat white at 44.000 and 2-hour super fast wifi access at 2.000 that you can extend as you wish. Power points are strategically located and plenty. Very clean and cozy. On a Sunday morning there were around 5-10 people, literally everyone on their laptop, one of them taking a business call outside in the terrace area. Super chill with lo-fi hip hop kinda music. There’s a separate workspace and a meeting room downstairs too. Open from early morning until past midnight.If you’re looking for a place to focus like I was, don’t waste your money on antwork as it’s only open between 9am to 8pm, gets super noisy with people constantly chatting away (even in the quiet area and the staff don’t act on itand it’s just way too expensive for what it offers.

Excellent place for meeting, playing board games and studying, the internet is fast although not free, yet the price is almost nothing. The desserts and drinks are good and cheap, the waiters are fine not bad and not too friendly. You can sit indoor or outdoor and theres a special quiet room for studying which makes this place even better for students...Board games are also available.

One of the last places left in Beirut to serve a proper chai latte... although its gotten significantly smaller lately, its still the best chai Ive found in Lebanon!

I usually go there to study as i sit under ground or in the silent zone. The internet is okay might have issues sometimes but in general a good place to focus on studying . The coffees arent the best but at the same time not that bad.

Great coffee but not a big variety, what’s really great is that it’s cozy and quiet so it’s convenient for work or studying. There’s also a wall where you can hang your artwork for sale which I really loved

Awesome atmosphere and friendly service. Great place to grab a coffee and catch up with a friend or study. The coffee tastes great and is freshly ground for each order. I usually get a double shot iced americano, which highlights the coffee flavors.

Nice coffeeshop and coworking space.The meeting rooms are ideal for meetings or zoom meetings, very calm and withfast internet.The coffee is good but not special, but this is not their key selling point.

B.hive is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee and study. It has been there for more than two years in Hamra. Their second location is much bigger than the first one. It is so well designed and comfortable whether to sit and chat on a bench or to spend hours on a couch and finish all your work. It has outdoor and indoor places to sit. They offer all types of hot and cold drinks in addition to cakes and other snacks. Once you purchase any drink on the counter they provide you with two personal wifi access passwords. This is one clue how comfortable you will feel at B.hive. The staff there are very friendly along with all the people who visit the place. You will get to meet a lot of people and get the vibe that you are at home.

Good menu, beautiful space to work, but gets very crowded, the wifi is painfully slow, and each wifi code has a 2 hour limit. Love the basement space and the board game/book options!

Its a really nice place with affordable prices. However, what is something to dislike is that if you have classes you cant watch them there since every wifi password only has a duration for 2 hours which for some with a bunch of work isnt enough.

Its a nice place where u cloud finish up some work, study or even just chill out with your friends. Service isnt quite on point but its decent but, overall its a pleasant experience.

this place is a legit b hive with everyone just busy working and doing their own thing. They serve the best coffee, the loveliest staff, they have board games, art pieces all over, multiple books that you can browse and read. theres a quiet area for the busy bees and a place you can talk and chat. Let me first describe it as a Starbucks ish cafe, we all know the type.Budget wise very good and understandable, guaranteed quality ofcourse, and coming from a coffee lover, the coffee is adorably good.Now about the area, its a real quiet none busy street regarding it being in hamra which is a very busy and crowded town during the day mostly. But lets stick to the street where the B.hive is (I really like the name).About The cafe itself, well lets start with the underground floor where they have multiple conference rooms and a great work area, if youre job can be done from a laptop or phone, cause its a good place to do a phonecall as well. Going to the main floor which is the ground and last floor first it has two outdoor terraces one on the entrance European way, and the other you can access when you get in the cafe its really like a small private outdoor terrace if you can know what that means, but I like it, its nice to sit there, oh ye and smokers beware not all the chairs outside are comfy so good luck, inside dont expect much from the space but its really nice and comfortable, cozy I can say.People who go there are friendly and neat, so dont worry about it.More than that you should know about the wifi vouchers you get with your orders so dont be shy to ask for it.Support with a like if you can, and have a great day.

Chill, comfy, cozy, clean, tasty food and coffee, has an outdoor garden and the interior space is very well designed. You get access to wifi after your purchase which after "4 hours" it stops and you have to buy something again.

For those who are searching for a place to study and drink coffee. This restaurant is highly recommended, very nice atmosphere, quite and unique coffee especially B.Hive iced latte.

This is a coffee shop with a difference..it has the usual coffee offerings.. latte , cappuccino.. and the few sandwiches and yogurt mixes.. but that is not all .. in addition to a garden area, it has a co working area an art exhibition area a quiet room for studying and reading and even a cubicle to rent for private study .. all this in the middle of the bustle and hustle of the Hamra area of Beirut !!

If youre into cold black coffee, order Koby!The staff are really friendly, the location is nice, and there are plenty of seating options (streat balcony, outdoor area, and multiple indoor options including a quiet room which I wish was free).Coffee is okay, slightly better than something mainstream.Internet could use a speed boost, but its not deadly slow.Overall a solid 4/5 for the entire experience, be it doing some work or hanging out and chatting with friends.

Such a lovely coffee shop in hamra..just next to the main street on the left side. The coffee shop is big and has a very nice outsdoor seating area..as well as a big conference room and a small one that i booked once for an interview. This is the perfect place to study and/or to work surrounded by positive vibes and cool people. Prices are good compared to the quality and the excellent service offered.

With a multi seating styles available youll definitely find a sweet spot in this place. With great coffee and desserts/snacks its definitely recommended for daily casual cafe outings

This place is truly a blessing to life in Hamra. Its massive, with three spacious floors and tons of work space. Always swarming with students. Truly more student-oriented, but young professionals can fit in easily too. And the garden space is a nice seating area for anybody. The coffee is a little generic in taste, which is kind of a bummer, but its really fine. Maybe thats a personal taste thing. Sandwich and snack options are fantastic. They do fun events here all the time as well; its exciting to have an experimental space thats trying new ways to bring people together.Some miscellaneous things: there are outlets everywhere, which is an incredibly smart way to make working here actually plausible. Theres a soundproof video call room downstairs, which is so unique and useful!People tend to not respect the quiet policy in the downstairs workspace — which is obviously not the cafes fault, but something to maybe expect ahead of time. The interior of the main space (ground floor, where the bar isis a little drab and underserved compared to the garden. Way too much gray, and dim-ish lighting — an interior designers touch could really help out.One last thing Id maybe recommend to the staff is mopping the restrooms a little more often. Theyre definitely not dirty; they just tend to be wet for some reason (this review is in April 2019, for reference, by the time you read this its likely theyll have gotten into a good rhythm with keeping the place neat).Thanks for everything B.Hive!

Best coffee shop in town .prices are very good . 8am till 12am - 50%off coffee price. 3 levels : 1 outdoor garden , inside space and upper level where there are books and a quiet place to study or take power naps .There is also rhe -1 level where you can rent a room to study quietly or in groups with a TV projector and a white voard. Coffee and Food choices are big and delicious ! Open until 3am during finals weeks .

A student friendly Café with a cozy and calm atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the quality of beverages is excellent. The Café also has conference and quiet study rooms equipped with boards and high speed internet. Highly recommended.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop experience. The offering of a garden, library, and a coworking space is very convenient for my various use of the place. Now, I work from there, I do my meetings over there and best of all, its not like your usual mainstream coffee shop (not to name anyI mean they are nice, and well branded, but they feel dull and the atmosphere is just not appealing to me. However, BHive is a new taste and look for the genre.

Great place for studying and doing conferences with quality coffee and food.. Divided into three floors and a terrace.. The underground floor is dedicated for silent closed rooms which are equipped with projectors and whatnot (paid booking required though.. The ground floor is the main floor where you order and can have a seat.. The upper floor is more reading/studying with chairs and small couches.. The terrace is for hanging out in good weather. Overall its pretty quiet relative to other coffee places and has a more "study" vibe to it.. Staff are also quite pleasant..prices are on par with other coffee shops.. Highly recommended. Good luck finding a parking space in Hamra though.
