Very good service and Dip Sauce was very tasty.

Am really tired of your bad customer service. Will go to the other burger place in the city that has the same menu. Either you guys never answer the phone or you hang up on people.. in other countries this is a no-go leading to termination of employment and a reduction in customers

Had a cheeseburger here and the flavour was perfect to my taste. Great for a quick bite or place to meet with some friends!

the burgers are subpar, used to be good. stopped accepting cash which im not sure makes any sense.

Ok burgers, decent sweet potato fries. Dont fall for the truffle burger, the regular cheeseburger is better.

Never again.The waitress was extremely impolite: she literally kicked me out 10 before closing time on a Saturday night while I was eating, because she wanted to clean and go home. Isnt the closing time meant to be for customers, and not for employees? I had to finish my burger on the street. Unbelievable and disrespectful.

Is this place supposed to serve one of the best burgers in Zurich? Heard about it and decided to give it a try.I walked in not knowing what to order asked for recommendations and the cashier couldnt give any because she said "every burger is special on its own and suits different people".I really struggled because I asked whats popular or signature and she said "everything is" so I stood in front of the menu for 5 mins before deciding on the Truffle Burger. Also ordered the sweet potato fries and and drink. The bill came out to be 32 CHF which was quite ridiculous for me but I just accepted it because I thought thats the average price of a normal meal in Zurich, not knowing if this place is considered a fast food, cafe or restaurant.The burger was actually quite nice and the beef was cooked to my preference. The sweet potato fries was kinda too big I couldnt finish it despite telling myself its expensive I should finish everything. Was quite satisfied and filling meal and worth giving a try. Think I arrived about 2pm wasnt really peak period so there were people eating but there was no queue so the food was prepared quite quickly.

I went for a cheeseburger, it was amazing! You could taste how fresh those ingredients were! The only downfall was the price (from someone coming from the UK). 2 cheeseburgers and 2 colas were almost 40 swiss francs. That hurt!

the burger tastes pretty unique. i usually do not enjoy pickles on my burger, but on this particular burger it really complimented the flavour perfectly.the service was friendly, but due to the location of the restaurant and quality of the fastfood the restaurant is usually extremely busy and crowded.i had to wait pretty long until i got my order, which consisted of a cheesburger, fries and an ice tea.the price was pretty decent for a restaurant located in zürich.i enjoyed my lunch and i will visit again.

The Chefburger was ver y good and juicy, the fries were crispy. The servants were very nice and brougjt our food to our table even though we should have collected it from the bar.

Veggie Berger is good and salad is available as well

30 minutes to get what we ordered (2 burgers). No excuses. This is not fast food. Tasty but not enough to forget the price, clearly too expensive. Fries are industrial and not warm enough. Forget it.

Meat quality is quite good and the bread is also brioche style therefore pretty good. I would like to see some more creativity in the options like some special sauces or other ingredients rather than just the classics but in general the quality of the ingredients was good. Big portions of pickles and tomato. Just I would rather use less mayo on the burger as it was too oily with it but it’s just my personal taste. Instagram: @raqueltacos

We ordered over Uber eats. We added special notes regarding the burger sauce. These instructions were ignored by the restaurant. After contacting the restaurant the staff reacted quite rude and told us that they did not get any special notes (which is not true, uber confirmed this). To sum up, we ended up with non eatable food and rude comments over phone.

Super delicious burgers and fries. Nice place for a quick bite. Unfortunate the ladies behind the till are very unprofessional. Bickering and fighting about their work rotas, one rolling tabacco behind the till whilst on her mobile and talking amongst themselves while taking orders. Great pity. But…the burgers are awesome!

Today I went for a lunch to Burgermeister. The young man at the cashdesk was super friendly and professionail, he spoke english and German. Burger did taste amazing and the price for such a burger was very good (I mean considering prices in Zürich). I will definitely come again ☺️☺️

Burgermeister is my fav burger place in Zurich and Ive tried a bunch of places! Coming from the US, I love an American style burger and the Burgermeister cheeseburger is where its at!They nailed the bun (such an underrated component of a burgerand the ratio of meat vs bread vs condiments is on point. Its well-balanced where its not an extremely dirty burger, but still gives you that dirty burger taste bomb when you crave it.My only personal wish is that instead of mayo (which I do love), they would use a house made burger sauce (the pink kind - think Shake Shack!)

The place is cool and the staff is great!! The burgers are just ok, not great. But I absolutely looooooooooooooved the zucchini lazania falafel salad and there’s your 4th star ⭐️

Super tasty and fresh food. They have a wide variety of healthy food that you can choose from. Very clean restaurant and cozy ambience. You order and wait at your place and you‘ll get a device that lights up and beeps as soon as the food is ready. Around 5min max.Location is super central in zurich‘s old town part. Prices are very fair and rhe quality of the food is outstanding.

The sandwiches served taste deliciously good and the atmosphere is the best 🥯🥙 they have healthy dishes!

Nice grain bowls, salads and burgers. But ill have to edit my comment because the costumer service was really bad the last two times I went. First they forgot to put dressing on my salad. On the second time, the cashier was very rude when I wanted to ask if I could substitute something on the bowl. And then my order was ready and my name wasnt called, so the food got cold. The food is good but the service makes me not want to come back.

The food selection is pretty big here. My friends and I had the veggie burger, a salad bowl, a quinoa bowl, a shake and sweet potato fries. The spinach salad with pumpkin was a bit sad (pumpkin wasn’t fully roasted and the dressing was a bit bland). The quinoa kale bowl was ok, but the sauce was lacking something. The sweet potato fries were a bit soft. The veggie burger could have been cooked a bit longer to be crunchier rather than as soft as the burger bun. Other than that, the staff was friendly and fast to take our order. The inside area was clean.I am wondering, though, why the beef burgers cost the same price as a veggie burger, and a chicken burger costs 2 Chf more. Could this be because the chicken is fresh and the beef burger patties are frozen? 🤔

Shoutout to the tasteful decor and free wifi, but I was underwhelmed with most of my meal here. We were excited to try the Cousin Oliver burger, but it was below average. The meat tasted bland and unfortunately, the sauce topping was as flavorful as water. The sweet potato fries were good! The strawberry milkshake was extremely runny and had the consistency of milk. If youre expecting creamy, thick, delicious shakes, save your $8. Overall, I would not return or recommend this place.

Pleased to have discovered this place. Very clean/tasteful decor; great location and healthy/tasty food. I had one of the quinoa salad bowls, with chipotle sauce. Was fresh, flavourful and a good sized portion...

I go there often but they often mess up orders and get extremely slow. This time was my last. No attention to the clients, they left us waiting for over 20 without saying anything. Definitely not recommended if you wanna have a quick lunch

This is a nice looking establishment with better prices than most of Switzerland.I ordered the Adopted Luke Burger minus mushrooms. Added fries and a beer.The beer: great!The burger: just okay.The fries tasted like somebody took the frozenfrench fry bag out too early and let it thaw a bit before dropping them in the fryer. The texture was way off.I wouldnt go here again.

Excellent hamburger with a little spicy kick. Fresh side salad with a nice mix of greens, not the usual same old mix, and some apples and beets. Pleasant modern surroundings and free WiFi.
