I wouldn’t recommend coming to the azzeman hotel very poor quality customer service the equipment in the room doesn’t work properly and if you order room service expect some to wake you up at 7:25 in the morning to pay for your order instead of waiting to check out I would highly recommend going to the Zemama hotel better customer room service and all equipment in the room works well I give the azzeman hotel Zero stars

Professional and friendly staff providing excellent service, accessible location, above average in town

Spent a night here. Warm reception, professional staff, clean and good rooms. Also very economical.

Friendly staff and a warm welcome from the driver at the airport to the housekeeping staff. Restaurant has a good variety of Ethiopian and other foods. Internet is adequate. The only critique is that there is a night club directly opposite the hotel that is very noisy on certain nights.

Please dont come to this hotel its full of noise management and night staff is unprofessional there is a hotel exactly on the opposite side which keep on playing music whole night.

I had a meeting to attend at Azzeman Hotel and two breaks for tea/coffee and lunch.The meeting rooms are well arranged, well equipped and comfortable.Their food is delicious and the hotel services are commendable.

Rooms okay but very few options for me when it comes to meals at the hotel.The major turnoff for me is the hotel policy which says 30USD must be paid per night if you are to have your guest stay with you, especially after 6pm.I dont just understand this policy and what the payment is meant for.Noise from music across the street can be disturbing.Fluctuation of WiFi occurs sometimes.

I had a pleasant stay and the wifi...though weak signal came in handy. The bar staff were too slow for my liking

Good but price changes every time

The hotel was hosting/ catering my family wedding recently. A lady manager named Buruktayit, had me pay her for the catering per person. She agreed that if I paid sooner, the cost for anyone who did not come to the wedding would be reimbursed. Around 24 people did not come, and she refuses to pay me the refund she owes of approximately $350. I spoke to her and she refused to pay. She said she’d speak to her boss and never got back with me. I still want a refund of my money. I need someone to contact me regarding this matter immediately. I hope they do the right thing and return my money and also in the future conduct their business with more professionalism. This was costly and upsetting. I suggest people be careful in trusting the word of this hotel. Mrs. Scott Family.

Service much better than average in Addis Ababa..

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere, the service, the room and the restaurant food were all great! The only negative thing about the stay was the loud music from the club across the street. Their music woke me a couple of times during my first night. Everything else was awesome!

Professional staffs and excellent services but the rooms are basic! Sometimes they forget little things but just remained them and they will courteously and quickly help you out. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone for whom he/she is seeking professional services with basic rooms and excellent foods.

The hotel is not too bad for stay 14 days of quarantine with adequate 3 meals of foods, the room is tidy, clean, and cozy to stay for long time. The food is simple and healthy with good amount to keep you stay fit, the staffs are friendly and helpful for any inquiries. The location is quite close to the international airport with only 10 minutes to drive, the room got everything you need in basics but for the entertainments you might need to BYO

In addis close to the Bole airport. Very supportive staff. Room is decent enough with combined of amenities.Has the shuttle service to the airport on free of charge.

We had our breakfast in this hotel. The quality of the food was good. BUT Some of the cold dishes looked a bit dry out. What wasn’t really good was what supposed to be a chicken - it was basically a chicken sausage. The juices we had had no taste what so ever and were quite thick. Overall it’s much better if compared to other places around.

This is a beautiful hotel made based on hotels in Dubai. They have great meeting halls and are situated 5 min walk from the center entertainment hub of the city.

The exterior and front entrance of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are basic. The beds and the sheets are comfortable though. The shower is clean but not spectacular. My bathroom did not have toilet paper when I checked in, so it didnt appear as if the room was fully prepped for a new guest. The front desk though was receptive. The complementary breakfast had limited options and did not offer eggs every day as expected. The hotel price was also affordable. Overall, if you are looking for a decent 3-star hotel to be comfortable while in Addis Ababa, this hotel would suit you just fine.

The rooms are excellent but the entertainment is poor and complaints to reception are ignored. Many of the TV channels that are prescribed are not working. Quality of food service is poor. No butter for Breakfast on the first 3 mornings and theres a supermarket 20 meters from the hotel

Well-trained and extremely courteous staff. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport makes it ideal for business travelers, coupled with the hotels proximity to the airport. However, the King room I checked into did not have all the amenities listed on the website: the room had no air-conditioning and the fridge does not work. I called in maintenance thinking that there was something wrong with the fridge in my room. He explained that the fridges in the hotel do not use a compressor system and therefore does not cool down items in the fridge. Everything in the fridge remains at room temperature no matter how long you leave it in there. Their website also stated that the hotel has a gym and spa. When I asked the staff where the gym was they explained that it was not on their premises and that I needed to book a shuttle to take me to the gym which is "5 minutes away".EDIT: I had 500 Birr stolen out of the safe in my room :(

Nice location and the best part were the rooms very spacious and bed was comfortable. I had a room up on the 10th floor which was a lifesaver as the CEO nightclub is very noisy and busy at night. I struggled to fall asleep on a couple of nights. Food was OK. Reservations was very comical as I was there during the AU summit and they double booked meaning many of us did not get rooms on time. The shouting matches at the reception were epic. Restaurant is OK food was nothing to write home about. Azzeman is trying but still lots to do.

Azzeman hotel is located in a very safe location. Many good restaurants are close by with in walking distance.The staff is professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating, if not the best, perhaps among the best in the city. Rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious. Lots of selections on the free breakfast buffet and tasty as well.We stayed at Azzeman for a month. We have nothing to say but appreciation how every staff member and the management treated us throughout our stay. Thanks Azzeman crew for your hospitality and kindness you afforded us.Rating 4.5

Clean room and wonderful concierge. The room I stayed in the first lodging has a private sauna. After Six (6different lodging here, I have to give 5-stars; excellent service keeps getting better.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, just be careful when you walk outside the area usually has tourists so thieves lurk nearby

Comfortable rooms, clean and well services. There is noise from the construction site on the next plot but its manageable. The breakfast that the receptionist raved about was basic and uninteresting. On the whole a decent place to stay in Addis

The rooms are wide with good feelings. The location is very accessible. However, service at the restaurant is poor. The waitres luck formal approach and felt a kind of arogant attitude. WiFi in the room is very slow.

Good location for business travelers. One of best Internet speed available in Addis. Bar / cafe can be busy with non resident people using the Internet facility.

Clean hotel and in a good location. Close proximity to good restaurants and the mall. Staff is friendly and very helpful.Main issue is that there is no air-conditioner in the room.Food is not the best.

The is a great Hotel, I stayed twice in this Hotel , and hospitality is amazing, Great staff, great food great room, while I was dining at the hotel, I spilled red sauce on my white shirt, A Manager (Aberanoticed that and offer me laundry the shirt and bring back. I took his offer, in 30 min my white shirt come back clean and ironed. What more can i ask!!!
