Its famous place with name of Surajkund having antient importance from era when Mahabharata Yudha was happend in Kurukshetra. From Hastinapur to Kurukshetra there was huge movement of Warriors. In its center there is a statue of Great Vivekananda Swami which is surrounded by the Pond kind of design which is further at low level of around 4 to5 feets.

This is such a huge park with beautiful spots. Its good for picnics or just for a walk.

Cricket should be banned here..Its a park not a playground..If u are with ur little kids,u wont feel safe.. Although the park is well maintained but the parking fee is too high..Dont know whether its a legally tendered parking or not..

People must be aware. Good park but people are not using dustbins here. After eating something they used to throw polythenes here in park. That is the main concern only. Nigam must look into this matter and proper fine must be maintained here for these kind of activities

It is very beautiful place. People are not maintaining to keep clean.they through chips paktes to and fro.

Very good place to relax.Cops will round of the park in every few minutes avoid any type of conversation with them.You can visit there with family .. Couples. No issue. If you are couples be alert cops will come to you and they will ask something something make sure you answer Confidently.

Best for morning walk and exercises.The park needs no landmark to reach as the park it self is a landmark. Beautiful surroundings as it has temple along all the four sides. North south, east and west. Lovely atmosphare.
