Worst experience ever in my life,We went for a swim 2 adults and a kid, 218 SAR, pool is disgusting, no towels provided due to health concerns but after begging the person responsible for the swimming pool to give us 2 towels he finally gave us 2, then after we already left, the guy actually came all the way out of the hotel to the car park asking for the towels rudely!!!!! We said it’s in the shower room where all the towels should be left, he consistently and rudely ask us to come upstairs and give it to him (as it seemed that we stole the bloody towels)We went upstairs and gave it to him. I can’t believe what happened I can’t believe this is actually a 5 stars Hotel!!! This is NOT even a 0.001 star ..

The experience at Awaliv was horrible.The AC was not good enough (room temperature fixed at 26). The mattress was not comfortable. The pillows felt cheap and high/full. The furniture was crumbling (toilet door handle was broken, carpet was dirty and water cattle was impossible to connect). There should be water in the room furniture. The worst part of the experience was the helpless front desk when I called to ask about a solution to the air-conditioning despite their promise to send someone!

Superb location. Beautiful hotel and main attraction roof top city view.Service is quick and staff managing cleaning and other stuff very well.Buffet system in hotel is also organised every item is available on the table.Hotel is 5 star thats why price is not less. Table service is also available here.

5 stars hotel with out honeymoon package! How come!!Sorry for that but 3 stars are more than enough for you guys!

I was here 2016..the view from the top in the rotating restaurant was amazing.You will see Taif view 960 degree while eating on you table.

The chicken in the burger was crispy from bottom which made it difficult to eat.

Great staying at the hotel, helpful and collaborative staff in reception, clean rooms , the general environment in the hotel is great. Deserve the money !!

Nice place, very good hospitality but the food in the 29 floor restaurant was not Good.

I have a stay for 3 nights 1st night due to high demand they provided me with a smaller room but basic amenities are available untill now experience is good will provide final review after my complete stay...

The best hotel available in the center of Taif. The hotel is connected with a shopping mall down in the 1st floor.

Avoid at all cost if you don’t want stress. This is maximum two star hotel. Its way over rated hotel. Management is very poor. I waited until 10:30 pm to get a room. They overbooked the hotel and the guy at the reception was providing service according to nationality. He completely ignored me by considering i am an indian but as soon as he saw my iqama and realised that i have a western nationality, only then he apologised. They don’t clean rooms. I put a request to clean room for the next day and they completely ignored it. Was told that i will get an extra bed in the room and they later excused that we don’t have it. The room window is broken and i was getting noise and wind inside the room.

Could you believe there is no water supply in washroom since 3 hours. There is no proper response from hotel staff

This is a remarkable hotel. From the spacious waiting area to the fountain at the entrance to the reception desk this hotel certainly earns its five star rating. And the price makes it the perfect place for a staycation.Rooms were spacious and very clean. Amazing view from the room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and many spoke English.The revolving restaurant served an excellent seafood buffet for dinner. Regrettably I couldn’t make it for breakfast this time but will definitely go there again to try that. The upstairs view decks are breathtaking. And gives a whole other perspective of Taif with the lovely weather.The hotel is situated in the heart of Taif and near a mall, so a little difficult to access the parking area.

This is the best Hotel in Taif!! We will always come back. The view is amazing, the revolving restaurant is an incredible experience. Good breakfast, good beds. The staff is friendly and helpfull!!

Club rooms on the corners are best with the view .the restaurant is closed due to corona .

Great place. The restaurant was something to experience! The hotel staff went out of their way and helped us by providing their restaurant high chair inside the room.

Awesome view and hospitality. Superb cafe in 30th floor overlooking into Taif City. Revolving restaurant in 29th floor. You should visit Taif and stay here for at least 3 nights to relinquish your thirst.

A very good quality hotel with panoramic view. With a unique revolving restaurant at the top floor. You should come and visit. Bring your spouse to enjoy the morning breakfast or the evening dinner with a birds eye view of Taif .

Nice “place with good city view” but food is average class with limited items in the buffet.

Unfortunately, very bad restaurant; never seen in a 2 stars hotel. fish hammour was undercooked, shrimps was not clean, diet soft drinks weren’t available, nobody checked our table before complaining and after complaining they brought us 2 pieces of cheese cake while we paid for an open buffet and before accessing.

Very bad restaurant. I dont recommend anyone to go there.Firstly, they charge you before you step in.Secondly, food quality, variety and availability is poor.In general, it does not worth the expensive amount they charge.Anyway, I took my money back and left.

Expensive and it’s not perfect service and the restaurant has few of drinks and pastries in menu !That was my experience in March 2018 , but I’m not sure if the service improved!

its big tower hotel in taif..it has around 30 floors..their specialty is revolving restaurant...top floor is best view for whole taif..

Good hotel to stay for long period of time. At the top of hotel, there is the revolving 360 degrees with nice view of Taif.

This id my chosen place to stay in taif. For the price it id the best you will get. It really needs to be updated, but again, for the price it is better than Thad intercontinental.

A nice place to stay in Taif as there are very few Hotel options.Very pleasant and welcoming staff entrance is bit tricky you might miss it if not vigilant.A little expensive as compared to the standard and ambiance of the room ( I stayed in club room)Overall a decent place to stay in Taif.

One of the best coffee shop here in Taif, maybe because this is a Hotel but I assure you the coffee taste very good.

I had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. I like the food taste, variety and the dessert. Al Taif view from the top of the tower is superior 😍

Great views is what I’d say makes the hotel. For the rest the rooms are a bit aged and not up to the expected estandards for the category. Gym is good and with proper equipment but timings are a bit odd, I believe they could think more about the customer and less about their staff best timing (was closed early morning for instance)The breakfast bufe was ok but the level of attention of the staff is poor. Nothing outstanding

Location is nice. Room set up is very poor and old. Reception is very helpful. House keeping is the worst thing I have ever seen.

Outstanding breakfast/Lunch buffet, Grill stone restaurant 30th floor is another milestone in Taif, warm staff, fantastic cafe in the lobby (not the same in Bellevue cafe), I changed my room 3 times in 2 months and noticed utilities different qualities.

Tried the revolving restaurant. Food at the price point is great. Large variety of salads, few main dishes, and large variety of sweets. Recommended.

I like the view. I have been in the restaurant it was acceptable but the waitress werent nice, they took so long to bring the food.

soI went there after a long day and the whole experience was goodate at the rotating restaurantI never liked rotating restaurantsI find it kinda disorienting and the view is mehits the city and the storge space of some mallthe 30th floor café is nice if you want to sit down and talk I drunk an espresso and it was made with a coffee machine and tasted like what a cheap coffee machine would taste like

One of the main reasons for a top rating are the quality services offered. The other top reason is the localization of the hotel as it is right next to a large shopping center. The hotel has private parking. The room service and especially the in room dining is of excellent quality and organization, and the laundry service is excellent and very fast. The wifi service can get better and the rooms need an upgrade on the lamps as some rooms dont have proper ilumination. All in all the rooms would get four stars and the services would get 5 stars.

IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SAUDI , IT IS EXPECTED THAT CHICKEN & MEAT IS ALWAYS PART OF YOUR DAILY MEAL. SO ITS BEST TO TRY ON UNLIMITED SEAFOOD ONCE IN A WHILE.THOUGH THE PRICE IS A BIT EXPENSIVE AT 140 SAR PER HEAD, BETTER ASK THE UPDATED PRICE BEFORE GOING. A GROUP OF 10 OR MORE WILL GET DISCOUNTS.

IDK how this hotel got 5stars rating. Am not saying is a bad hotel to stay at, but what I believe it should be no more than 4stars rating if not less.

We stayed here before hajj. We were two families with Kids. In the beginning checkin was late due to late checkout of previous guests but hotel management treated the situation very well specially duty manager Mr. Ogie. Considering Hajj season, the services provided were upto the mark, we faced no issue during the stay.

Bad experience , bad service , a/c not working , wrong room not le in the reservation, food taste bad, bathroom was not clean, room service is bad, cappaciono was good, I dont suggest going to this hotel .
