Avishar Shopping Complex in Kolkata

It is a three storied building housing a number of shops but the main attraction is Spencers.

This is famous shoping Mall.All the daily essentials are available from here.

Small version of Spencers with an well stocked liquor shop. You can find most of tge necessity items. Has a parking lot with wow momo joint next to it.

Lost its initial glory, but still providing a huge variety at affordable prices

Good but price was not so good

Spencers in the ground floor is the only USP

Spencers is here, so most of the items and liquor are available, also has a saloon, separate liquor store, and some other shops

We mainly visit Spencers over there.The supermarket is good and we get a lot of products there

Can fulfill daily needs, excellent location and locality

Smells like a rotten ground. Please try to avoid. Need strict policy to maintain hygiene. Cockroach everywhere. Dont know the source of foul smell but it made me nauseous.

Too crowded as the space is less, you have to be lucky to get a parking space

The Spencers here, although small, has an extensive selection of groceries - including fresh foods and a great variation of frozen goods. Avishar itself doesnt really have much to offer except a salon, two liquor stores (one is in Spencers itself and the other on the first floorand a couple of cosmetics stores.

We visited habib, which is excellent place to trim your hair

A lot of good shops. Asor FL Shop is a great counter in the kalikapur Locality!

Not much of an option yoy will get here. Few garment shops, FL shops, Beauty parlour , Pattanjali shop etc.

Good place for quick shopping and has parking.

I frequently visit the liquor shop "Asor" at the ground floor of Avisar shopping complex. The complex is very neatly maintained, sanitized regularly with "no contact" sanitisation, with adequate and friendly security.

Its ok but I felt other Spencer outlets has more product options.

It really has almost everything we require also at a great cheap price. Somedays ago they had offers of products having prices they used to have a decade ago. Loved it. Also the customer support was one of the nicest.

Good place under one roof. However, the store at South City Mall is much much bigger and more variety of things available

Its a nice little shopping complex for the neighborhood with available outlets ranging from gifts and stationaries to clothes to beauty salon to not-to-forget Spencers at the ground floor.

After seeing the ambience of the restaurant we devised to cancel our booking. Actually we had an image of the same brand of restaurant that we go in Kolkata South City Centre.

Houses Spencer and some liquor store. Situated strategically so you can shop groceries as well as liquor in the same place. Stocks are quite comprehensive and you will a good collection here. Recommended.

Its a good market but they need to attached & updates with different vendors as because this market is limited which I believe it cannot be.

Week end and month ends are chaotic Spencers Mall. There used to be a counter for Single item buyers, but I dont see it any longer. So if one is a sigle or two item buyer on a week end you stand in a que with bulk buyers, so better not venture in Avishar Spencers. I believe there is a shortage of billing people in this so a few of the billing counters stay closed. Being summer months, I find the regular curd packets eternally missing. One gets Chicken and Fish way cheaper than the roadside vendors...I save at least 40 bucks every time I buy Chicken.

Entrance is a bit small, but other than that nice stock. Helpful people are always there to guide. Billing personnel are fast.

I went to Spencers in Avishar. Caught them red handed for charging over the MRP!! One ice cream tub, with MRP INR 450/- was billed for INR 500. The manager refunded me Rs 50 in cash on confrontation. The system price remained unchanged. So the next customer after me will also be cheated unless he/she looks at the MRP. I got grocery worth 5-6K, but now I am wondering on how many items I may have got cheated already! Yet to check and tally.Its very unfortunate to observe a chain like this is actually blatantly cheating this way!!

One of my favourite shopping destinations for sarees and dresses, as well as you can find there good tailor, shops for books, stationary and gifts items.

Small but different types of products are available. Specially groceries are cheaper than other mals.

Very nice place for take your family for weekly shopping. Liquor shop has a great range of liquors. Staffs are helpful.

Service could be better, overall almost all things are available. Prices of some things like garbage bags,etc are much higher than other places. Could probably stick with some cheap ones.

Badly hackled and insulted by ladies own tailor of abhishar mall with their tremendous unprofessionalism and frustration of extremely poor business performance.Dont ever think of ordering anything there.They even dont know to stitch proper and most common blouse but charge out of proportion of market rate.While my seven year old blouse from a good tailor seemed to them new and of unknown technicalities and they wanted to learn from it.Yet they charged unexplainably more than them. When questioned about it they bursted out their frustration and even returned my unstitched fabrics and charged me money for wasting their time during billing (though all designs was given my me as they could not providewhich was not mentioned anywhere either in their shop or bill.It is not the matter of money but I hereby want to state their unprofessionalism and behavior of the shopkeepers who were sitting idle the whole day n shouting of time waste.

Car parking is a major challenge ... almost not available. Congested display of goods. Infact the planogram inside is well below par. Will not recommend this retail outlet.

Okay so from where do I begin?1. The prices are exorbitant. 150 Rs. for 2 pieces of zucchini? 600rs. for 250 grams of berries. Are you kidding me?2. The employees keep following customers and push them into buying certain products. This is really annoying. Let customers do the shopping.3. Place is highly congested. The bill payment queues remain messy.

Wide range of collections of groceries, packaged foods, fishes, meats and many more household essentials. You can purchase various kinds of liquors from here as well. The staffs of this Spencer is very humble and cooperative.

The ground floor has Spencers supermarket and the 1st and 2nd floors have retail shops (salons, readymade garments, mobile accessories, furniture etc and two IMFL Off Wine shops.

Situated on EM BYPASS near kalikapur crossing, Spencer at ground floor, FL OFF shop and other shops at 1st floor, bike parking space, easily visible from passing road. All groceries including vegetables, non veg and liquor available at Spencer

Very good behavior of staff..... All kind of grocery available..... Good discount..... Even if you are facing some problem the staff will help u with a smile on their face..... Visit there on Wednesday or on weekends you can get some good offers

One of my favorite departmental stores to visit. Staffs are very well trained and well behaved. Just need to expand more cause sometimes it suffocated to shop there. Also need to add more cash counters. As sometimes I have to wait too long.

This is a Super format store of Spencers Retail. Good for daily needs like FMCG goods, groceries, fruits,vegetables,dairy products. Liquor counter is also there.. they do home deliveries within limited range.

It is nice one. One can get all necessary items and even hard drinks and wine over there. They are having the facility of giving cash back points in Spencer shop area at the ground floor.I used to buy my groceries and meat and sausages and chocolates of various brands and hard drinks from there .

A nice and cozy place for shopping. Alcohol shops remain open till almost 10:30 pm... Clean and overall well maintained place... Not a fancy place but definitely quite utility... Spencer is available...

This place is quite congested and does not looks like a mall ! In this mall we can find a Spencers and some wine shops and most of the shops remains closed most of the time and on the 3rd floor there is a ace academy.thats it ! So to reach this place you need to board the buses like 24/a/1 or c26 or ac24.these information are not available on Google so thats why i am sharing on the Google maps so that people can reach there properly.So from howrah all you need to come to kalikapur which comes just after ruby more ( ruby hospital).
