Very good hangout place, awesome live music!

Pretty quiet during the week, nice place to place some friendly games of billiards and drink a few (they also have a foosball table.)

The bar was nice and the shots were outstanding. We went on a karaoke night and that was an absolute blast ..the people that go seem to be really nice as well. Definitely coming back!

Kool place to hear great music n also food truck outside made it better.

Great Place... just be prepared to have a good time.

So last night was a little bit dead...but it was raining so theres that. Good drink prices and the karaoke was fun to watch. Takes balls to get up there so I dont heckle anyone for that. Will continue to go and see how its going...how can you complain about getting drinks with the woman you love?

Good and fast service, good mix in music and the DJs and bands they bring in never disappoint.

You really can never go wrong with AJs. Even after taking a year off due to a pandemic, its still the place to be to sing karaoke and have a great time. And yes, they do take reasonable precautions against the virus. I sincerely hope this place lasts for years to come. Laredo needs more places like AJs.

Great place for a chill night and have a good time. Food and drinks are good, price is right. The only downside was one jerk security guy that was just harassing us to leave when there were plenty of other full tables inside. I get it we are grabbing our stuff to leave no need to bark at just the one table when there are plenty if other patrons that can use a reminder the night is over.

Came here right before the whole pandemic happened and stayed and drank for close to 10 hours and it was the best time Ive had at a bar hands down. There was a good selection of beer and liquor cool people and good music. Definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to drink and meet new people.

Awesome place to hang out with friends and make new ones. Especially when DJ Ricky Rick is there. He sets the place on fire!

Im old I guess I should start there (37). I thought this would be a laid back place. There was an extremely unappealing DJ that was playing super loud dance music but it didnt seem to match the atmosphere. It was also pretty early. It looked like he was practicing for later. We had a drink and left. The waitress was nice and helpful but the drink she recommended was not very good.

Its fun, I love it HOWEVER last time I went the bartender never took my order or my boyfriends order. Rowdy drunks that got there after us kept being served before us. Bartenders should be aware who was there first and serve accordingly.

Great crowd at karaoke on Wednesdays King of the Mountain. People singing along and making it so fun.

Been coming to thos bar for over 10 years! The happy hour is awesome and they have karaoke 2 or 3 times a week which is always a blast. One of the few bars in Laredo that has been around this long maintaining their fun atmosphere. You can also bring or have food delivered here without any problem. Highly recommend AJs!

Went to hear a band named Jolly Ranchers because my coworkers were bragging about their music and I LOVED THEM!!!! Love how they play English and Spanish songs. Great atmosphere.

We were there saturday night, we had a great time. The manager was very nice and friendly, the staff waa great. Really enjoyed karaoke too.

Ive been coming to AJs for years. This bar is absolutely awesome. Great service and quality libations. I met the owner when Dilana came here and the man is a great owner compared to many other bar and club owners.

Don’t bother going to this place. They want to “cut you off” for whatever excuse. We were there, barely starting our night, and we accidentally knocked a bottle over. A bottle that was not even ours. The staff didn’t clean the area, so of course, if you’re not looking, you’re going to bump into something. We went out to have a good time, but some lady that was at the front got after us for an ACCIDENT!!! We were fully functional, again, because we were barely starting our night. So the lady cut us off. We explained, “hey, we’re sorry. We didn’t see it there.” And she then stood there to kick us out. WHY!? We weren’t being loud, obnoxious, or disorderly. Again, we explained that it was an accident, due to THEIR staff not cleaning, but she still proceeded to kick us out. So DO NOT waste your time and money on this place. Go somewhere else. NOT HERE!!!

CLASSIC. Everyone knows this spot, no review required. Classic biker style bar with a few pool tables and live music. Always a good place to swing through even if you have other plans. Or post up all night and enjoy the good music, drinks, and conversation.

Love this place. Not only do they have reasonably priced drinks and an awesome bar staff, they also have an amazing crowd. My band plays there frequently and its always a good time, whether its Live Band Karaoke or a full show; the crowd is always cheering and in a great mood. Cant say enough about this place 👌

Its a gastropub. Its a bar. Wish it had some pool or darts or even more TVs. But mannnnn! Does it have some good chicken and steak dinners. Incredibly impressed. Wanted to try their mac and cheese, as its literally half a page, but they charge way overpriced for it. Still, would go back for those two dinner plates - very reasonable in comparison. Definitely a unassuming place.

Had my cigarettes stolen bc i went out side after receiving a important phobe call. The guard at the door frisked me and wouldnt let me just take my knife to my car he had to keep it till i left. Gave no proof of ownership so he could keep it eve after i left.

Good place to chill, have a beer and watch your favorite sports events or just hanging out with friends. They have some good live bands on the weekends.

Great atmosphere to hang with friends however the bartenders are so rude. I understand a $3 drink is not gonna be that great but I expected at least of drop of whiskey not high fructose corn syrup. I would give is 5 stars if they were to hire new staff or at the very least train them to be more polite.

i love this bar, the best place ever with the happiest of the happiest happy hour in laredo. Youre looking for a good band, kareoke or just fun this is the place to be. Why pay more?not to mention they have good parking unlike other bars, good lighting, security, I feel safe here. Been coming here for years and will never leave this bar. God sent!

Not terrible. Watch out for the rotund little waitresses. If they dont fit between the crowd, which is often the case, they channel their inner DeMarco Murray and shove you into other equally confused patrons.

Band was ok, took a while to get served and that was because it wasnt too busy. I was also standing at the bar. Random to hear rock inside then walk outside to rap. Looking to meet women? Pass...friday was practically guys night out.

A great sports bar with live bands and karaoke nights , awesome drink specials. Everyone there are really average Joes; its like drinking with close friends.
