Great place for business meetings and conferences!

The hotel is nice and clean, and staffs are friendly.It is a walking distance to Basilica Minore of Peña Francia church.A lot of restaurants nearby.My sister had a bad experience with the service.

Excellent quality of rooms clean fresh beddings and nice location.

The thing that made me most staisfied with this hotel was the service here.Nice staff, very organized, polite, do the thing extra to make the visitors happy.The food was excellent, and if there is something u desire that they dont have on the breakfast table or the menu, they make it for you without problem or extra cost. They offer extra bed in the room if you need. The extra bed was uncomfortable though. If you want a small change in the room or something not working they fix it. There was a few issues that they should have resolved though. The keycard to the room stop working every second day, so we had to renew the card often. Also the wifi had to log in every hour, a bit annoying. After a power restart i had problem connecting to the wifi sometimes. The tiles in the pool starting falling off and moisture coming down the wall inside the hotel sometimes when heavy raining. Some worn out furnitures in the hotel room. They should also have dont disturb cards on the door so that housekeeping could stayed away when its not ok to enter. A little worried about cleaning the room without knowing when we keep money inside the room. They should have added a small waterslide for the kids in the pool. But apart from all this im very happy and i will consider staying there also next time again :)

Rooms including sheets and pillows are all smelling clean.The gym is beautiful. Staff are friendly and accommodating.Almost everything is excellent except for the food. Nothing very special about the food they serve. It’s pricey but very ordinary.

We had a client photoshoot within the hotel. They made use of the hotels facility as their venue for their wedding preparation. It was a fun & tiring experience for the whole team. Their staff were very accommodating.

We stayed for one night and we didnt get to enjoy all the amenities but so far it was a good experience. Well be back.

This is probably one of the best hotels in naga city. Although it’s due for an update as it’s already starting to show it’s age.

Nice place.. large room and clean.. staff are very nice.. conveniently located in one of the busiest streets of Naga City at Night..Magsaysay Avenue..

Staff are very accommodating. Place has got everything. From shopping to swimming, gym and food. Just love my stay there. Nice to book on January where promos are up due to lean season.

The food at the hotel was delicious, room service was prompt, and check-in/out was easy. They made sure our stay was memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Naga City.
