Ave in George Town

Luxury hotel and excellent customer service, the only suggestion for restaurant on the back, cocoloba, needs to add another menu like a seafood and fresh fish to increase more your sales volume, guests would like more that kind of food than tacos, specially when the location is next to the beach!!

Great hotel but the staff didnt control a racist guest that was shaming colored kids who were playing on the beach in front of the hotel. disappointing.

Cancelled my appointment in November with Pasquale. Told me he was no longer working here. Ugghhh, horrible management. Why get rid of your best stylist?

We just visited the Seafire Resort for our daughters 12th birthday and it was amazing. The property is very nice and so was the staff. From the beautiful interior decoration, to the landscaping, to the food and the hospitality, it met and even exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

We extremely enjoyed our stay here. The service was impeccable and everyone was soo helpful + friendly. The free non motorized activities & free wine hour really makes you feel like the hotel cares to make sure you have a wonderful time. Paddle board yoga was also one we will never forget!

Staff are so polite and helpful. From reception to the beach staff.Premises are immaculate.Polls and Beach are fantastic.Food and service excellent.The only negative for those wishing to relax and stay in the resort is that the choice of food becomes a little monotonous, especially when you are dealing with "fussy" kids.Highly recommended and I will be back.Thank you!

Absolutely loved this resort! My experience was excellent. Beautiful property, beautiful beach, great restaurants, exceptionally friendly staff; the doormen, concierge, front desk, restaurant wait staff, and the house keepers. Everyone was helpful and kind!

From the beginning to the end the service is what sets this property apart from the rest. Our Concierge Rita was with us from the moment we arrived on property making sure every expectation was not only met but exceeded each time! Remember you are on vacation! This is an exceptional resort. However, the issues that we have are that they do not allow guests to use the cabanas and other seating at the pool and beach when they have not been reserved in advance (so they go unused). Also, they have no nightly entertainment for guests to enjoy. Otherwise, this is the resort that we will more than likely use when in Grand Cayman.

The Kimpton Seafire is an amazing hotel. The location, staff, and services were all 5 star. My only complaint is that I couldnt stay longer. I will definitely be back.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very inviting and comfortable and the housekeeping team is excellent!Faldi was our server for the moonlight beach engagement dinner and he was amazing. Our service at AVE Restaurant was beyond our expectations. Colleen, Ruth, and Joyce went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.We loved our service from Brooke at CocoLoba - she is very attentive and more than willing to help suggest food options.Mo, Romeo and Robert we excellent beach staff. They carefully selected a location in the beach in line with our liking, set up our chairs and brought us flavored water every day.I can’t say enough!!!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Kimpton Seafire! Marvelous would be an understatement! This resort is amazing! From the moment you step out of the taxi to enter the resort you can feel the sophistication! The front desk reception team was super welcoming and efficiently checked us in. I was then greeted by a member of the concierge team (Kimonefor a brief tour of the property. Kimone was awesome! she also reached out to me a few days before arrival and was helpful in arranging activities and dinner reservations. I had lots of questions. She was patient and provided a lot of good information to help me decided between activities. Another member of the Kimpton Seafire team that made our stay special was Laszlo Boros (Food and Beverage Manager). He was friendly and provided excellent recommendations.Overall 10/10!Service - Outstanding! EVERY employee I interacted with provided outstanding service and seemed happy to be working at the resort.Room quality - Very nice! We booked the Premiere King Oceanview poolside and was not disappointed at all. Rooms were clean with modern decor. Cleaning staff does an excellent job every day!Food - Outstanding! We dined at Ave for Breakfast everyday and we enjoyed two dinners at the main restaurant. We also had lunch at the beachfront restaurant. The food NEVER disappointed! My spouse is a vegetarian and usually complains about the lack of options. I heard ZERO complaints!Beach - Stunning and Pristine! Felt private. I couldnt believe I spent 8 hours on the beach without someone trying to sell us products, lol.Activities - good. non motorized Watersport activities are free. There is a social hour everyday for guests (wine and canapés).

Beautiful Resort. Incredible staff. The beach, the spa, and the food were all as amazing as you would expect from the Kimpton.The walkable tourist areas arent near the resort but that has its pros and cons. The resort has everything you need, so we enjoyed the peaceful relaxation. Activities and other restaurants are a short cab ride away when you want them.

Absolutely 10/10, every detail is perfect, from the art to the furniture to the service and views. The greenery is fantastic and the beachfront is amazing. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience. The only thing missing is better pedestrian surroundings. It’s really hard to walk around the area. I’d also like to see much more food variety. I didn’t feel like the resort had enough on-site to stay on-site.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Seafire Resort in Cayman and it was so enjoyable! The property has the most amazing views of 7 miles beach, the service is top notch, the staff will do their best to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The beds are super comfy! The views from our room were gorgeous, the happy hour in the evening provides wine and snacks, coffee and tea in the morning, plenty of pool or beach side lounge chairs with excellent service, we did not want to leave! Highly recommend watching the sunset at Cocoloba restaurant, and trying their tacos! The only thing I wish they would change about the hotel is the little plastic bottles they provide… they’re not environmentally friendly, would love to see re-usable water bottles in the future :)

The reservation team and management are very unprofessional. They charged us the full amount when they we’re aware we were not able to come and stay due to vaccines restrictions. Kimpton. Seafire sent an email offering exception to reschedule and never followed through. American Express travel tried to contact them from beginning and they never follow up. We ended up going to the Bahamas to the Rosewood resort and we highly recommend it. Kimpton Seafire Cayman Islands resort stole my birthday vacation trip and money. You are liars and unprofessional. The worst customer service ever. We are making sure to let everyone we know about your false promises to your guest.

Excellent! Good location, very nice rooms, property, pool and beach, fantastic food and, most of all - great service! The people, from the front desk to the cleaning and pool/beach staff to the restaurant staff…all seem very well trained and genuine…really make you feel welcome!

Amazing place to have a top quality beach visit, great food, amazing and safe wildlife creatures like Gekos and Frogs. The rooms have great views, the rooms also nice TVs and many more features to make your visit top quality. Do watch out for those scamming Taxis. They are way overpriced!!

Absolutely incredible! We have traveled to many places, and stayed at many high-end hotels & resorts, but we were blown away by the service at Kimpton Seafire! Every single staff member we encountered was happy, kind, friendly and always went the extra mile. Our 3 & 4 year old were always greeted with a smile (sometimes a high-fiveand the staff even left little towel animals for them on their beds which made them so happy! The hotel sent us a cheese plate, chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne just because. The resort itself is beautiful and exceptionally maintained! I would absolutely recommend a stay at this resort!

Just a spectacular place. The spa was fantastic. If I come back to Grand Cayman, I will stay here.

Best views , incredible staff, perfect place to vacation. This resort has the friendliest staff of any resorts we have been to. Lastly the rooms are amazing… you must get an ocean view.

My family just visited this incredible resort for the second time and it has become our spot that we are going to try to go to annually. I cant say enough good things about the hospitality. Its over the top amazing. They are constantly going out of their way to make sure youre happy and have everything you need. The two restaurants there are also beautiful and the beach is fantastic. Cocktails are awesome, food is awesome. And I HIGHLY recommend opting for a suite if you can swing it. The ocean view and balconies take your breath away. Its one of those places youre very sad to leave at the end of the trip. Only good things to say and cannot wait to get back!

Hotel is gorgeous and staff are wonderful. Sadly, the walls are paper thin; you can hear everything around and above you. I came with the hope of getting some quality sleep, and was awakened at 5 am on a Sunday but footsteps and moving furniture upstairs. If you want to catch up on sleep, this is not the place to do that.

Came visit my sister from US, Only went for the Spa, called 2days ahead for reservation with 2 Coconut Massage with scalp add on for both and vitamin Sea facial. Upon arriving were told we only have 2 massage and next facial will be later in the afternoon. I was disappointed when i was excited more on facial than the massage.. so much for Reserving and showed up disappointed. Besides thw Massage i got was awesome.

Beautiful resort with stunning views of 7 mile beach. The pool & private beach are great. Location is a bit out of the way, but it was OK as we stayed at the resort most days.

A truly beautiful and well run resort. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly. Anything you need was thought of before you arrived or delivered when asked.The food at the pool was delicious, fresh and quick when ordered. Even the water was clean and fruit infused.The Coccoloba restaurant was BEAUTIFUL since it was on the beach. Its a mash-up of culinary influences from the island and coastal Mexico. We had lunch and dinner here and both were flavorful and fresh. If you go at sunset they offer you bug spray - USE IT.Our dinner at AVE was incredible. The staff was THE BEST and each items we chose was great. The steak and broccolini was truly like a great NY steak house. The Branzino was filleted and rich with shrimp and muscles. And of course the cocktails and wine was on par!

This is the perfect location with an amazing view. The service is also great and friendly. The food, Taco Tuesdays is the best right on the beach bar!!

The service is impeccable. The rooms are great. We reserved cabanas for our stay; while they are expensive, it was worth every penny.

A truly luxurious experience in paradise. We stayed 2 nights in the top floor Oceanfront Suite for our anniversary. Besides the full kitchen, comfortable couch and bed, soaker tub, and countless luxurious amenities…the oceanfront view from the wrap around private balcony cannot be beat. I’ve seen many sunsets on Seven Mile Beach, but to view from this setting is simply breathtaking.We also ate dinner at Avecita and had drinks on the beach at Cocoloba (Get a pina colada, trust me). Thank you Kimpton Seafire…this was an epic and memorable anniversary stay.

We just returned home from an incredible 6 night stay at Kimpton Seafire. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The service at thehotel was superb. From the front desk, to the doormen, to the attendants around the pool and beach- they truly go out of their way to treat the guests to a 5 star experience. Our room was immaculate. Grounds were very tidy, pool was clean and the beach was wonderful. Highly recommend this gorgeous property!

Stay away from the spa if youre pregnant! I went for a prenatal facial and received a massage with it. The esthetician massaged a pressure point that is a big no-no for pregnancy - between the index finger and thumb. Would you please make your staff more trained on this topic? The pressure point is now for causing contractions! Very disappointed.

Front desk staff is wonderful and the AVE Restaurant is the only thing worth returning to. Room service food quality is a joke for the type of resort this is marketed as. Dont go if rain or storm is in the forecast because the hotel will expect you to bring SOAKING wet patio furniture into your room and do nothing about the water coming through the sliding doors.

Another magical stay at the Kimpton Seafire. Incredible location, amazing service and delicious food and drink. Highlights were the beautiful bedroom suite, the spa treatments, cute finds at the boutique, renting a sailing boat and an afternoon with friends by the pool. Big thanks to Meg and Lazlo for making our stay so extra special. One of the best places to stay in Grand Cayman.

I had an amazing facial there earlier today. Was worth the high price for the steam room and jacuzzi. I go there almost once every other month for family brunches and we have always been treated with care and respect. They only hire the best and I hope to get another facial there but it is still expensive. It doesn’t affect my rating though because it’s all worth it and we always have lots of fun. Good to bring kids as well as they are very accommodating to families of all kind without any judgement.

Kimpton Seafire Resort- Grand Cayman was perfect in every way; it’s obviously a 5 star rated resort for a reason. The rooms are incredible. Some of our family had regular rooms, some had suites, and one had the Presidential Suite on the top floor (see pics, if it will ever let me upload them). They were all great, and the views we woke up to every morning were amazing.We rented a couple of the private poolside cabanas each day that we were there that week, and always had an attentive staff member stationed in front of the cabanas to cater to our every need. I mean, the cabana staff would literally come In to open a bottle of water or pour your champagne when we’d get them out of the mini fridge... it was actually borderline intrusive how overly-attentive they were at the cabanas. But we took it in stride; it’s hard to fault these super-friendly people for being TOO helpful.The food in the restaurants was very good, the facilities were impeccable, but to me it was really the amazing people that staff Kimpton Seafire Resort that made it an incredible stay.

Beautiful resort, they definitely take care of you here.The beach was so beautiful, clean, & the water is warm.Its a perfect tropical paradise!Our company also hosted 2 partys at this location and the food was phenomenal!We also loved that they had childcare onsite. They were so good with my son he never wanted to leave!We also enjoyed the equipment they rent right on the beach! We paddle boarded, and took out the kayaks and sailboats.I would definitely recommend it!

Literally excellent in every way. From service, to facility to location, to views, to food, to amenities... the list goes on. The Seafire is located at the top of Seven Mile Beach- a bit removed form the cruise ship madness and closer to the West Bay area. The beach is private and gorgeous. Clear blue warm waters, prefect for swimming. Both Ashley and Bianca helped us to check in and get settled. We came here for our honeymoon and the staff did so many small details to make us feel very special while there. The resort facility is impeccably clean and beautiful, so much luxurious outdoor space and the rooms are lovely. We had a suite facing the pool and ocean with a large open balcony and the view was spectacular. We had rented a car to get around the island and every single person on the valet staff was incredibly fast and so kind. There are plenty of options for food at Seafire- All restaurants had a vegetarian/vegan menu available with great options. We had excellent service from Lindsey at Coccoloba and all of the staff at Ave were courteous and knowledgeable. Overall this resort is just so beautiful with top notch customer service. We cannot wait to return!

I have stayed at the Kimpton Seafire 3x now and I will 100% go back. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are spacious, the washrooms are beautiful!! Super comfy bed. Great service. The front desk staff are so gracious and welcoming. The complimentary drink upon arrival is a great touch. My last visit to the resort was with the boyfriend and it was his first time visiting; they sent us up chocolate-covered strawberries as a little gift and it was the sweetest gesture. In addition to the amazing staff, the pool is gorgeous and huge! Great beach restaurant - you have to try the ceviche! Of course, my favorite part is the beautiful beach steps away. Will definitely be going back.

Outstanding hotel! This is a gorgeous resort on a beautiful beach. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff here is unbelievable - helpful and friendly - they really go above and beyond what is normally expected. The grounds are gorgeous. The pools are clean and beautiful. You will love it here!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough....fantastic service, beautiful rooms, great restaurants and everything you could wish for at breakfast. The pool and beach were perfect and we were a family with 2 young children. I’d also like to give a special mention for the attention to detail the hotel gives, I think it’s their personal touches which really makes the stay so memorable. The only thing if I was to offer a suggestion for improvement is that there were a lot of plastic cups and bottles in use. We had our own water bottles to refill so didn’t need to use them but I couldn’t help notice the level of wastage. Please consider this change for future and we’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful hotel. I dont think I have ever been so impressed with the cleanliness of a hotel before. The spa was amazing. I am pregnant and was able to get a wonderful prenatal massage. There is a really cool day camp for kids (no children with us but we saw them and they all looked like they were having a blastour family did the banana boat ride. 15 minutes doesnt seem like a long time until you are on the water and then you feel like you got your moneys worth. The location is beautiful. I would definitely come back here again

Hugely enjoyable stay in a stunning / beautifully designed hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location on the beach. One of the best buffet breakfasts Ive had anywhere in the world. Dont be put off by the early reviews after opening. Every new venture has their teething problems. We had no problems whatsoever. If a nice view from your room is important to you (never an issue to usthen book a sea view as some rooms do look out over a barren area thats due for development. My family and I had a great time. Hopefully well be back soon!

This place is amazing! I went here with my husband for 2 days for a wedding stay. The staff is very friendly and they made our experience perfect! We received an upgrade to the Junior Spa Suite. It had a tub for 2 that is perfect for a couples getaway with a shower in the same space. For the quality this place was reasonably priced on the room and on the food and drinks. The restaurant and even the breakfast bar was some of the best food Ive ever tasted. Great service on the beach and by the pool. The only complaint is the pool was too cold which is just my preference. Seafire is very well kept and absolutely beautiful! We will be back for our anniversaries!Edit: I want to re-emphasize how amazing the staff is here! The employees here were the best of any place I have ever been. They are so friendly and truly made the stay here special.
