Good choice of shops, free charging of electric cars on P1. They could do with a bit more places to have some food or a drink. Also its quite a walk to the other parts of this centre Commercial.

There are some nice stores here that I have never seen before, a laser shooting hall and a trampoline park. But most of all: it is conveniently located, right before the Belgian border and close to Auchan and Decathlon.

Good choice of shops, rubbish parking / pedestrian circulation. You cant really cross so have to walk around hundred of meters and walk pass all the shops to go where you like, which is pretty annoying.
