Good tasting Pretzels. They also do Slushies as well. So both keep the kids happy. Sometimes they can run out of the items you want and depending on the time there can be a long queue

The staff here are wonderful, my son sadly had an upset stomach and he vomited right in front of the store. The lady was extremely attentive and helpful beyond measure. The food is good but the service outweighs positively by far

I had the sweet almond pretzel, it was 3.50, I had to wait like 10 minutes, but overall it was delicious. Will definitely come again.

Love Auntie Annes Pretzels. The bites are the best. Staff are friendly. If you can, ask for fresh because they are better than the ones sitting in the window. Nice snack for walking around the shops with.

always here and always delicious granted it is slightly pricey but well worth it and this bromley brunch is 100% halal which makes it even better. the girls who work there are always welcoming couldnt ask for more, keep it up!

The pretzels are nice but I think there abit over priced for what they actually are.. It cost £3.50 for a vanilla flavour pretzel today. The children asked for one otherwise I probably wouldn’t bother at that price..The service however was fast and friendly :)

Soft pretzels are not something we have in Belgium. Ive always wanted to try them. So when I had an Auntie Annes soft pretzel for the first time years ago, I was an instant fan. For the longest time, I thought all soft pretzels were as delicious, because Auntie Annes were the only ones I had. Meanwhile, Ive tried others, in various locations in NYC and London. Let me tell you, Auntie Annes is the only soft pretzel you should ever try. Plenty of savoury and sweet options, but you cannot miss with the classic. My favourite "dealer" is the booth in Hammersmith station in London. I love watching them being made and the service is always friendly. Now, it may seem expensive for a pretzel. But one is a great snack and two is a cheap dinner.
