If you want to see yours friends u don’t see for long time and they’re in Genave just come and enjoy your orange juice or swiss cakes.

It is a small chocolate shop with friendly staff and a calm ambiance.Their almond cake is recommended to try and especially their almond-covered chocolate.

Small chocolate shop with kind staff. The individual pieces don’t have names on them, but the lady working was very kind to tell us almost all of them.

Great little stop off place with comfortable seating in the shade on a hot sunny day. Just want a coffee and to relax in the main shopping area then this is the place. Pleasant staff with efficient and courteous service.

Given as a gift from our daughter who visits Geneva regularly. The chocolate covered almonds are high in quality and very moreish.

A couple of people had recommended buying chocolates from Auer - particularly the dusted almond chocolates - these are truly delicious...but I did not find their truffles to be that good.

I was looking for Marron glacé and found it in this beautiful shop it was really busy everyone was taking chocolates I did not try the chocolate I tried the fresh marron glacé. Very friendly and patient staff will a big smile.

Been a regular costumer to this place since more than 20 years ago as it’s most classic place to come by whenever in town for a petit cappuccino, mini cake aux pignons & a mini sandwich aux fromage.

Visited this place on recommendation from a friend in Brunei. Wow… the almond cake in their cafeteria is yum yum yum. I came back 3 days in a row for afternoon coffee and of course the almond cake. Very satisfied 😉😁 Oh, their chocolates are nice too.

Horrible nasty staff!We were a family of four members went to buy Swiss chocolate gifts, so the minute we entered the chocolate shop they started yelling assuming we were not together! then began the snarling and talking among each other, they yelled again at an Arab woman to observe the maximum number of people in the shop but said nothing to a Swiss man and his wife who entered just few minutes later into their tiny store. The place reeks with hatred they should sell poison instead of chocolates.

The manager Carine , had very bad , unprofessional behavior ! Zero customer service , my total bill with mom and aunt was up to 700 francs , and I saw her giving the customers before mini bags for each piece and when I asked her to do the same she said “this is stupid”And you call that Swiss etiquette towards customer , horrible place and staff …. Very unfortunate experience !!

Best cappuccino in town

My worst experience in Geneva,waiter was speaking only French and very rude, slow in service, with obvious discrimination even in serving beverages between Arabs and non Arabs, payment with out receipt.customer service was poor, Manger didn’t pay attention to solve problem.Coffee and sweet overrated, no thing special.

The place is very small and there is no air conditioning inside. Service was bad I told the lady i wanted a table outside she made me wait 10 minutes before she said ‘its full’. Didn’t even have the chance to sit it was too unorganized. Macdonalds and Starbucks even had a better service than that.

Unmissable Almond cake and good coffee as well. Avoid their chocolate boutique if you value your diet. Their Almond dragèes are legendary.
