We enjoyed a delicious lunch with exceptional service delivered by an awesome waitress named Carolyn. The atmosphere was buzzing. We ordered a Chicken Roma & Au Bureau signature burger. Both were cooked to perfection. Following our main course we ordered a tea and a small selection of dessert. I felt like a queen when Carolyn brought the selection of tea options to our table for me to choose the type of tea I would like. Despite there being only one waitress attending to our area the service was fast & friendly. Carolyn was not only efficient, she was bubbly & served everyone with a big smile on her face. I can safely say our experience at Au Bureau was one of the best service experiences we have experienced during our 4 month tour of Europe.

The only place in town where employees were nice, smiled and they served a meal after 2pm. The food is good, the restaurant is nicely decorated, the only thing to improve would be the glasses that were not that clean. But a great experience overall.

I liked the location, friendliness of the staff, popularity of the place based on the variety and number of clientele and most of all the fact that there is live music on some evenings, Thursday that week.😄

Its a franchise restaurant that offers a menu similar to brands such as sports cafe or Hooters. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Just dont expect too much of the food. Our waiter (young guy with a ponytailwas welcoming and friendly. Has outdoor seating situated under the buildings canopy.

Great place for steak and chips with a London beer. I will come again.

Great place to have dinner. There are many choices. Service is fast even when crowded. Prices are aligned with what you expect in France when you visit a brasserie style place.

Staff was very cooperative and two of them spoke good English. They also opened up kitchen for extra time as we arrived quite late. Food was delicious. Must try their ice cream if you are in this area.

Great place. We just had beers and soft drinks. Lots of locals in their eating, young and old. Lots of screens to see the football if its on. Good service and very polite.

Decent latte. And terrible onion rings. Onion rings looked half eaten..it only came with 5.

5 euro in Mulhouse goes a long way when it comes to food, but not here at the Au Bureau. If you dont believe me, try ordering the onion rings. Just make sure your baby hamster comes hungry and you are only here for the drinks. 5 mini rings in a basket is an insult to all the onions sitting in bars around the world.

This is a nice, new internationally oriented place. Perfect for burger and a beer before or after your visit to the Musée Nationale De lAutomobile (because, thats why youre in Mulhouse right? There cant possibly any other reason youll want to be here...)

Pro tip - dont try and use the Mulhouse City Pass here. We had to show the booklet to the server, who then said theyd have to check about it and proceeded to clean other tables and avoid us. After fifteen minutes wait, we decided not to bother.

Very nice sports bar appetizer lovely and mains mixed grill was gorgeous. Great atmosphere.

This Sunday (26-05-2019i was for a quickly visit in Mulhouse. I saw this risto-pub and decided to lunch.The atmosphere is very nice, outside looks like a french bistro and inside more american style ambient.I order a burger with double steak and drunk 2 Leffe beers. The girl that served me, Sabrine, was very professional and quick. Everything thing was very good.When i will be in Mulhouse again, i will visit this place for shure.

Its been 3 years since I came to this place the first time and I may say that food quality is going worst every year. Its a pity.

Great food, great atmosphere, prices are great, staff are responsive, professional and friendly. Coming from Switzerland (which I love everything about except the food), this place is to be. They had a live DJ for the music and the decor had a classy / vintage / rock n roll vibe. Ill be back.

I was here a few times and unfortunately the quality of the service is dropped significantly. It was ok to wait for the food 30-45 minutes as probably the kitchen was busy but then we had to wait 25 minutes just to could pay. The staff not even said sorry. The food was average but don’t understand why they not serving the burger on a plate. It cause an awkward eating position as the customer had to worry all the time that the burger peaces and the salad leafs not falling down to the trousers. All this would be ok if the price would not be this much.

Its a good place, but there was no English on the menu as is common most places. Food was ok and service good considering it was pretty full when I got there, they were in constant motion. Would recommend for anyone who puncture a tire on the highway and end up here because it cant be repaired until the next day, like me.

Good location, friendly staff. Really good salads and burgers. Caution if you have chicken salad, I found bones in it. Dont take staff wine recommendations. We were given the Merlot recommend which turned out to be American wine. WHY, in France???

Very nice spot in Muhlhouse downtown. Although, the restaurant wasnt very crowded, we had to wait a long time until we got our meals. Finally it came but it was luke-warm. We did not complain anyway since we all were very hungry. Than we wanted to pay, and again had to wait a way too long...
