I would give it 10 stars if I could, In my opinion its one if the nicest restaurants in Alvor, the staff are fantastic, friendly and super welcoming.We ate here 3 times during our week stay as it was such a lovely experience.The food was impeccable and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.Sat inside or outside overlooking the bay, Id 100% recommend

When a place is open but closes the bar cause they ‘had lots of clients’ that day said the bartender… and recomends the other restaurants nearby, almost making fun of my question and interest, well… that says everything about the place itself. Recomended for turists maybe or like we portuguese use to say “para inglês ver”. Wish them luke that they might one day need, when all the beach users realise that this place dont need the clients because they have lots of them.

Had a lovely seabass catch of the day dish. Prawns for starters were also very good.

Totally delicious! Fresh flavour, authentic and great dinning experience. Worth a visit.

Just like to say we went to the restaurant Atlantida on the 3 brothers beach , words fail me the food was out of this world always thought the ones on the boardwalk were mainly snack bars , could not be more wrong ,we both had 3 wonderful courses,and a bottle of wine , I had a beer or 2 ,around €65 ,watched sunset ,doesent get much better than that

The seafood is amazing, the staff are really friendly and relaxed (e.g. about how long we are at the table), and the location is brilliant - right on the Alvor beach. This is my favourite restaurant in the Algarve

Great night out. Amazing food

When arriving at this restaurant we were -in a surprised way- asked if we could get some help. We told that we would like to have some drinks. Basically the staff send us away in a very rude way and told us to leave the terrace. Unbelievable how we were treated. We could sit on some extra chairs outside the place to have the drinks. After this terrible engagement we decided to leave. I would advise not to go here. Dont go here. Very rude staff. They basically send us away when we only wanted to have some drinks.

Great value, friendly service, and a stunning location. You can eat traditional chicken piri piri and chips here for about 9 euros, and have a sea view whilst you eat it - whats not to love?! They also have a great range of other meals too, suitable for all budgets.

Went for dinner with my 20 month old son. The food was fine (nothing specialbut when I asked the bill a miserable looking waiter took over. My son had been well behaved throughout but was now agitating to leave so I was keen to pay quickly. I was brought the bill so I asked for the card machine. 5 minutes later I asked again and after another 10 minutes I asked again (at this point the tablet with the bill on had turned itself off). Finally the card machine appeared with the comment “you should try having a busy job”. I’ve been to many restaurants and have never been treated like that, especially when trying to manage an angry child on my own. If you are going out with kids try restaurant Tropico just down the road. Cheaper, better and service with a smile.

Had a nice family meal here. Great location , but what out for when the waiters ask if you would like bread.You get bread and a plate of little tubs of butter. Cheese spread and pate, all charged at 2.80 for the pate. 3.00 for the butter and 4.80 per serving for bread 😡😡

The pleasantness of the location is not matched by the quality of the food. The cream cheese listed on the menu turned out to be a packet of something resembling dairylea, simply plonked on the plate with bread. We asked for the house wine listed on the menu, were told it wasnt available and had to buy more expensive wine. The spaghetti vongole, with the price of a main course, was the size of a starter, but it tasted good.Both fish dishes were good although vegetables were on the meagre side.

The location is excellent, with a seaside view. The food was really tasty with great prawns in a perfect sauce. However, due to an evidently busy lunch service beforehand and what we suspected was a shortage in staff, the service was just not as on the ball as it usually is. All in all, I am appreciative of the hard work that the waiters put in, even though it was a busy evening - it was a very enjoyable place to visit.

The restaurant is very well located but most of all the staff is amazing. I must say that, as a portuguese, I rarely am surprised by the quality of the fish but this was one of the best grilled fishes ever!! Absolutely amazing!! Thank you much.Congrats

The food is great and the people working here have a good sense of humor, are attentive and helpful. We had lunch and dinner four times and can recommend the prawns in garlic (starter), red snapper and seabass. One thing that can be improved: a little bit more to choose for the vegetarians among us.

This restaurant is on the beach just below pestana alvor praia.what a lovely place.you choose your own fish and the service is great highly recommend.

Went there for lunch today, first time back after several years. Still as good as we remembered it with excellent seafood cataplana and reasonably priced house wine. Reading some reviews here I wonder whether they were published by competitors? ;-Wed be happy to return!

Great little find, perfect spot overlooking the beach and rocks. Service with a smile and the food standard is spot on

The starter and main were ok... The desert was awful! The prices were too high for the food and service provided. Always ask for the prices or you might end up paying enormous amounts of money for things you dont expect. The service was very poor, the staff is very unresponsive and it took us 30 minutes just to ask for the bill. If you have to decide, go somewhere cheaper where you can get a better value for your money.

Not as good as everyone makes outThe restaurant has a fantastic situation right on the beach of Alvor. It is rated as one of the best in the area. Unfortunately this was not our experience. The service was very slow indeed and when the food came it was pretty average. I had the peri peri chicken which was very dry. My daughter and her husband had the fish rice which they really enjoyed.

Just no words for this place. Its heavenly delicious. Great service, amazing location right on the beach and fantastic food! Ordering the prawns laguilho style is a must! The staff speaks Portuguese, English, German and probably even some more languages. Make sure to call for a reservation on weekends.

Exellent fish-dishes an good Tiramisu! A very friendly atmosphere and a lot of people. The staff took good care of us. Reservations are revomended! Very satisfied! Veldig fornøyd og stedet anbefales !

The venue is very nice: directly at the beach overlooking the Atlantic. The interior design is also very pleasant. However, the tomato soup didnt have any flavor and the fish, even though fresh, was completely oversalted. Dessert menu is mainly industry ice, pimped by some self-made dishes. All in all I would not recommend to go there for the food, there are way better places around. The view however is worth going for a coffee.

The food is good but the staff seems to have never heard the expression "service with a smile". Furthermore if you go during the summer months get ready to wait 2 hours for your food. It could reach 5 stars in my book, but until the staff learn some manners and they figure out how to efficiently serve all the tables they have the food, the location and the wonderful view are the only things saving it from 2 stars.
