Well owner of this hotel cant stand critique. They said pools guards are trained to shout at kids and they can do what ever because they have certificate ?Well no there is another way to speak with kids . I have speak with all parents in that pool and they said the guards are too rude but owner doesnt do anything because they have certificates and cant stand critics! This is very rude place very.Cleaners well owner said they have naps where they can clean and they have " certificate to do so " haha 😄 they dont clean properly they always want finish room quickly as possible. Owner said that yhe staff arent rude but hes now even there so how he know all that ? When I try to contact him thry send me letter that manager of the hotel is there at 1pm then massive break until 6 pm . But I havent been told how long is she or he is there for hah maybe language issues hahs 🤔 not sure. If someone is complaining about something they should or at least try to fix it . But this hotel will argue with guests very badly but they dont even realise that without guests they would not get any pay . I am kot saying that costumer is always right but this place need new manager to manage hotel . And there staff !

Another gem of a hotel in kos staff were all very polite great facilities and a huge range of fresh food. Rooms were fairy modern and clean apart from the Airton units which I had to clean the thick dust off apart from that perfect for the family and wasnt too crowded when we went. Right onto of a lovely beach which did have patches of seaweed but that didnt stop us having an amazing time with our kids there. Staff are always extremely polite and take extra time to accommodate children. Keep up the good work would definitely resist and recommend to families.

Beautiful grounds that are very well kept.Every staff member we came across was friendly and smiling. They all worked really hard to ensure we had a good stay. Our room was very clean, cleaned daily by the house keepers. The food at the main restaurant had a great selection and was of good quality. The beach is lovely, excellent location!Points to improve on:Evening entertainment for adult is a bit lacking, usually only goes on for about an hour and a half from 10pm which is quite late. The restaurants that you can book onto (Greek and Americanwere very poor and disappointing. The food had no flavour or seasoning. Unfortunately it was some of the worst food I have eaten before. We actually barely ate any of the food and instead went to the main buffet for dinner instead.

Stayed here for 11 nights and loved every second of it. Rooms were nice, beds very comfy and the adults bed was huge. Cleaned everyday, given fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. Plenty of pools to choose from and an amazing beach right on the doorstep. Food was fantastic and plenty to choose from, the show cooking stations served up some treats. Lobster, fillet beef, duck to mention a few.. Kids buffet was a nice touch too. Kids absolutely loved it and cried when we left as they didnt want to leave. Some amazing memories made and would be back anytime

Amazing place!! 2 year old and 6 year old loved it. Loads to do on site. Pools, slides, parks, footy pitch, kids clubs, poolside activities, inflatables, so much to see. Very clean and rooms impeccable too. Cleaned everyday, water left each morning for room. All inclusive food brill too, sooo much choice. Restaurants on site and american diner. Little shop for extras but not needed really. Across a quiet road to beach, beautiful. Walking distance 10 mins to little section of shops and bars. Kos town 25 mins on bus well worth a visit. Shame to come home! 😁

On the whole, its a nice hotel. The food and the staff are excellent, however the buildings, fixtures and fittings need updating/renewing/modernising. Not massively, but for a 4 star hotel, I think this needs to be done. The beach is lovely, but does need raking to get rid of sharp stones, twigs, etc. Also, the beach bar shouldnt really be called a "beach bar" as its not on the beach. You have to leave the beach and cross the small road outside the hotel to get to it. I also felt it could have been kept clear of rubbish and broken outdoor furniture more readily. The facilities are brilliant, specifically the aerial adventure, pools, and football pitch. The organisation of all the activities is very good, too. Again, staff are superb.

Check out by 11 flight wasn’t until 8 so had to keep the room till 5 and that cost 90 euro. If u want a rubbish holiday this is the place for you

Simply cannot fault our stay here. Everything one could want is catered for, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (Particularly Nadia). I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommendation to anybody thinking of staying here. Theres also a Bus service to Kos Town outside the gate not to mention the stunning beach just across the road from the gates to the hotel. Five stars all day long.

Its a paradise for the children, but they forget that the adults need to be looked after as well, ( as it cost a lot of money to stay ).I found a lot of the staff survley and the life guard on the water fun Pool needs a lesson in the correct way to speak to children as well as adults ( he came over as an over bearing Bully ). Really arrogant and rude. ( which is not the customer service attitude one would wish for ).A lot of the childrens entertainment was poorly prepared, the adults entertainment was poor.Perhaps the management team should visit the Holiday Village in Benelmadina and see how it should be done. The reception staff at the front desk are over brass and to the point. Which is not good. Our family will not be returning, and many other families having heard them in reception have the same views.

After having booked Atlantica Marmari beach through Tui NL this hotel chain simply moved us to Atlantica Holiday Villages, where we received an unwelcoming treatment by both hotel staff and the representative of Tui Uk, who even told us very bluntly that we had no right to kids services as we had booked through Tui NL. Neither hotel or Tui staff ever apologisef for the messup. Dinner buffet has very loud robot music and TL-lighting, food very much geared to UK audience. Buffet easy with kids but not relaxing for parents in the mall-like atmosphere. Only plus were the nice and competent swimming teachers and one girl in the animation team (not the one responsible for organisation obviously). Over all we were very disappointed.

Really lovely hotel. Was quite busy at food times and sometimes tables were limited. Good food selection and nice a la carte restaurant. Location was good a lovely walk along the beach to marmari which is small but has enough shops and bars to enjoy if you want things a bit quieter. Tui staff were brilliant. Cleaners clean your room even if you have do not disturb on, we didnt need the room cleaning everyday but they came in anyway so dont expect too much of a lie in. Manager who walks around was lovely but some of the reception staff were a bit miserable but we only delt with them on check out so didnt make too much of a difference to us. Can watch a lovely sunset on the beach. Some amazing facilities and plenty too do, would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked the Greek restaurant and there was a problem with our booking but for some reason the f and b assistant manager decided to speak to us in a rude way (language barrier played no part in thisand was agressive and that it was all our fault that the booking was wrong. Despite there being spaces in the restaurant he refused to let us in and told us its the policy of the restaurant and told us go away despite making us sit there for 25 minutes for some reason when there is empty spots.

Lovely place ,extremely well kept and the grounds of the hotel we incredibly well kept.Food good, good choice, catered for all tastes.Beach was a let down.If you need to use the onsite shop head towards the beach turn left and head towards the mini Market its a lot cheaper.Next door to this shop, theres a little Tarvan, if you fancy a change of food and surrounding its a nice little place to visit.Taxi from the Blue lagoon Hotel to Kos Harbour cost 8 euros one way .But its not a bad walk 20 minutes all flat.

The hotel complex was beautiful and kept wonderfully clean and tidy. The 4 pools were brilliant, including a splash pool with slides which the kids absolutely loved!!! The room was a great size for the 4 of us with a lovely shower room and outside seating area. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful, the food was faultless and you are guaranteed to find something youll like! Were already looking at other Holiday Villages for our next holiday and will definitely be returning here in the future!!!! Only let down was ants getting into the room but it was dealt with quickly every time we told reception. Wonderful service.

Start off with the good the customer service was great and for a Greek hotel the rooms were lovely the rooms was cleaned daily there is a lot of insects roaming the grounds not the room which has a door on the balcony that works as a net. WiFi throughout and good water supply we went all inclusive and there plenty of bars so easy to get a drink there was also snacks throughout the day and the main buffet restaurant was decent for a buffet style place but would get repepative and deserts were hit and miss so try to be creative the Al a carte Greek restaurant which you can use once for free with all inclusive had very good food and definitely recommend I would also recommend going up the road to near by bars and gettjgn a gyros. The beech opposite great views amazing. Evening entertainment felt like a mix between cbeebies land couple of quiz and couple of dance action CJ I think his name was definitely my favourite entertainer does really good. But the programme itself could do with more variety they did have a couple of good local bands as well. There is a multitude of pools but trying to to get a sun bed is near impossible this needs managing better as yes its its arrogance of people putting sun towels down but a few signs prohibited this night deter a few or get more sun beds. The arcade machines need expanding a little but were fun the near by shop was useful and welcoming the football pitch nice touch and the pinball tables pool tables and little play ground. All in all a few tweaks would make the place great but its not bad at all and very much enjoyed it.

Staff all super friendly, Kids Club is amazing all done through an app with parents signing children in and out (genius idea to keep your mind at ease)Rooms clean and kept to a lovely standard. My little one loved his bunk bed. Loads of pools to chill round, all of which have a kids pool too.Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because of the food. Its not awful but a-lot of the same thing everyday - expected in some ways but was expecting more themed nights. Or at least having the basics like pizza 😩 Some foods can also be too dry/ fatty. The steak in the American Diner at night however is LOVELY!

Holiday Village Kos is great, but there are a few areas that need looking at.Overall the place is really well run, the staff are great and the Tui Holiday Village reps are fantastic. The kids entertainment is top notch. The large restaurant has a comprehensive buffet with a huge variety of food on offer plus there are often regional variations through the week. There are two large clean pools, and a childrens splash pool with some simple slides. Its also right on a really very nice and oddly underused beach (when the pools are busy the beach is often relatively quiet, and with a nice breeze, soft sand and warm sea its a great alternative - and literally just a 2 minute walk from the pools). Two things that need looking at:+ The hotel is generally well looked after and clean, however our room was only cleaned twice in the week, with the amount of beach use/ sand brought in and showers taken it really needs to be cleaned at least every other day. In addition, our room was a bit tired looking, it was certainly in need or some attention - the sink looked old and some light fittings were old and lose. One of the towels we were given was very old, thin and even have a hole in it. For a "superior" room you might expect a bit more room and a separate less exposed toilet.+ As others have mentioned the sun lounger situation is ridiculous, you get up for breakfast as 7:30am and a large portion of the sun loungers have towels on them. The infuriating thing is that they then stay like that - often unoccupied for long periods - all day. Wed return from lunch and find a pool maybe only at half occupancy but with every sun lounger "reserved". There arent really any other options to sit, so you just have to move on. Not entirely the fault of the hotel but they really ought to enforce the "no reserving sun loungers" rule. Theyd only need to remove towels from all the unoccupied loungers once a week and people would get the message.Anyway, neither of these are the end of the world. Its a great place overall, weve been twice - Im not sure if well go again, but its a very good option overall if youre looking for a decent very easy all inclusive with nice pools near a beach and with great kids entertainment.

We had a lovely time at Kos Holiday village the only thing that let our trip down was one of their life guards who was perpetually on her phone and paying no attention to anyone in the water. I made a formal complaint after my daughter had to be rushed for stitches at the hotel drs and despite this she continued to be disengaged from her duties. The Facebook group for the hotel has made a running joke of how bad she is. But its not funny, a child could drown on her watch. Watch your children closely and please management do something about it.

Its ok, not the best holiday village. Food isnt great by all inclusive hotels standards. Worse thing is the militant life guards.... telling children they cant jump into the pool?!! Pools dont open until 10 and close at 6pm....you can them swim for another hour once life guards leave before me Grumpy rude security guard comes round thinking he is a policeman! Wouldnt go back to this hotel but would go to Kos again.

Power cuts across the island highlighted that this hotel is very dated with a faulty backup generator. When the power went, which was often, there was no water (at all, for showers, sink or toilet), no WiFi, no drinks from draught, no lights and no air conditioning. This is not the 4 star plus hotel that it sells itself as. It doesnt even have lifts!3 star at best. Avoid this hotel.

The entertainment staff in the night are phenomenal. Really good at getting the kids involved. If they see a shy child they walk up and introduce themselves and get them up dancing. Really energetic and keen to make sure everyone is having a good time.Food was good. Different theme each night. Waiters quickly clear any empty plates so you can go back and get more food 😊.Rooms are very clean. 2 adults with 2 children, fairly spacious but with holiday like this you don’t spend a lot of time in the room.Awesome drinks for the kids, slushes and a mixture of soft drinks.Gym is ok. Not a lot of free weights but enough to get a sweat on.Pool were awesome with life guards always on watch. The only downside for me was the cost of the on site shop. They really do have you at their mercy. 2 euros for a chocolate bar is a little inflated. Bucket and spade 12 euros!!Spa was awesome. Had a back and shoulder massage. Was incredible. Missus had her nails and feet done who was very happy with the results! The beech across the road from the resort is stunning. Lovely sandy beech with beautiful sea.Would never visit the same place twice as the world is to big for that. But if I came across this exact resort in a different country I’d happily spend a week there. All in all an amazing time. Awesome staff. Incredible scenery. Immense entertainment.

Brilliant family all inclusive comfortable rooms not to large the pillows could do with improving but other than that the beds are very comfortable. It carers very well for children of all age groups there are activities for all the kiddies. There is a payable creche for younger children and stay and play sessions every day. There are lots of family activities in and around the pools. We had a day of rain the staff moved activities in doors. The food is excellent with themed nights there is plenty to choose from the kids are encouraged to try new things with a Russel the Brussel lanyard they can collect stickers for healthy choices. There is a dedicated childrens buffet. Night time entertainment is good for children with the widgets the shows are educational and lots of fun. The staff here are amazing they do everything to make your stay good. The bar has a selection of local drinks the lobby bar is a nice quiet spot and sells premium drinks after nine. This hotel is perfect for families with children so much to keep them entertained the beach is across the quiet road as is nice to. The main town of Koss is a bus journey away and costs just over two euros its worth a visit.
