We were fovwn a room in the basement without heating eventhough in the booking application it was not mentioned that the room is in the basement....
I haven’t stayed for a long period. But this hotel is suitable and for long and short stay. Friendly staff, good service. Clean and nice rooms, pool, tennis courts and other activities to do. Very close to the airport, and close to most of the rental car companies pick up points. All distances are accessible by foot. Highly recommended.
Rooms are so dirty that cockroaches dancing on the floor. In the night forgot about transfer(need to wait 45min or after call, receptionist push us to take taxi €15).During the day just €10 provide by hotel. From airport you can catch a bus to the city center €1.80 -45min drive.Instead of €25 how insinuate guy in the reception(" Antonio-night receptionist" please stop pushing people to use taxi ,even when they ask you for a bus- you dont need create story about 3 bus changes ).
I cant speak about the hotel cause I only went for the pool but the service is great the pool is amazing and it is good for kids
Nice rooms, nice staff, very good service.
Close to the airport. Stayed one night before a morning flight. Clean rooms. Normal standard. Nice staff. Pool area for the kids (not only kids of course). Free parking. Restaurant not so impressive but there is one. Will go back next I have an early flight.
Its a not place to sleep in it
Nice place but the food is absolutely a disaster. The breakfast is poor, the lunch and the dinner very poor, made from deep frozen and cheep ingredients. The worst food that you can get somewhere in Europe, it can be worser than that probably only in 3rd world countries. The room was nice but the bathroom had bad odors.
The hotel can’t be 3 stars hotel at all. Objectively it’s a 1 star hotel/ nice hostel. The room is ok but the sound insulation is very poor that you hear everything in the corridors as if the door is open. They advertise for Free airport shuttle at the website but then they told us we have to pay for it because our room is economy rate, which is not mentioned at all anywhere. The guy in the reception ( Tuesday 2 June 2022 @ 8pmis rude and doesn’t want to work. I asked for a kettle to be able to wash the baby bottles and he said that they don’t have any and I need to come to the reception to wash it every time I need to, when I insisted they gave me one. What kind of 3 stars hotel doesn’t have a kettle and why you say you don’t have one if you have one.The central air conditioning is not working in all the hotel, with a temperature outside of 35 degrees Celsius, in the reception and the restaurant is not pleasant to stay at all. There were air conditioning station in both of them but they had them turned off to save electricity I guess. The restaurant is even worse. They recommended us to wait for the open buffet which was a joke. We preferred the food on the menu which was also very bad and the chicken souvlaki was raw. On top of that there were inside temperature of 35 degrees at the restaurant. When we got the restaurant receipt, it had completely different items than what we asked for, they say because they don’t have all the options in their system.Definitely it’s a nice Hostel not a 3 stars hotel. Don’t recommend it at all and never will stay in it again
Things were under construction when we were there. The staff at the reception is super friendly, though the breakfast is underwhelming. Be aware of the aggressive driving and slightly grumpy attitude of she shuttle driver.
Nice hotel, hosted lots of youngsters, interesting tennis displays, friendly, quick free shuttle from airport (which is helpful because its not within walking distance). I thought the breakfast could be improved. Room was nice.
One of the worst hotels:•dusty•heater in the bathroom wasnt working (bathroom was very cold- was there February•air conditioner (warm heatwas not always working too•food was so bad omg we only had breakfast couple of times and I think they freeze their bread and heat it up quickly when you order. No fresh breakfast• some workers are rude•some guy that stayed in the opposite room as us, came into out room in the middle of the night drunk and loud with his own key card (one of the scariest experiences)Im just thankful that Im back home hated it there
The hotel is 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki. Quiet location, although a few kilometers from the airport. There is a large parking lot. Rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator and a TV. The bed is comfortable. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but there are gaps in cleanliness. I had two problems with running water from the ceiling coming from upstairs. They answered me at the reception, but they were not kind enough to move me to another room. The food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast is buffet style and there is the same thing every morning. Dinner is rich and delicious.
Excellent customer service! All staff was very nice and warm towards me. Facilities were very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very poor though.
Solid experience with a well priced Suite. Excellent location if youre flying the next day or if youre on a quick shopping tour due to the close location of so many shops. Mattress a bit to soft for my taste but have been coming here since years now. Call the Hotel yourself for the best price.
Its a nice stop over hotel. Stayed for one night, good customer service, most hotel amenities are closed with the exception of tennis courts, outdoor pool, free airport shuttle, and the hotel restaurant due to COVID resrestrictions. The restaurant had some good selections and room service is available as well. It is maybe a 3 min ride from the airport. A tennis themed hotel.
Nowhere near worthy of 4 stars. I arrived there as one of the leaders of 50 Bulgarian footballers (teenagers). First issue was that despite confirmed reservation, the hotel had overbooked us with a group of footballers (same age for same tournamentfrom Cyprus. This meant that 50% of our group got diverted to another hotel. The remaining 50% was put in rooms not worthy of 2 stars. Owner/manager is an extremely rude, arrogant bully showing signs of racism and doing anything possible to make clear he is in the wrong line of work. Food (buffet styledisappointing, staff more or less friendly with the exception of the lifeguard at the pool (same mentality as the owner/manager).That a hotel has a swimming pool and a gym does not make it automatically a 4 star.I do not recommend this place
Great Hospitality thanks for everything
Didnt even stay, wondered what we had walked into!! No staff, no information, cleaning equipment left all over reception.Extremely unprofessional manager, when we said we were leaving he pushed us out of the hotel on to a steep slope. We are both inour middle and late 60s
Amazing place, perfect tennis courts and very friendly staff
One of the best places to train in Thessaloniki! I love the gym and the tennis courts.
If youre journey drives you to this place, you are very lucky! This hotel is amazing and they are all so kind! Its so beautiful that you dont care that is a little bit far from Thessaloniki center
I would stay here, the beds were good, it was clean had good breakfast.
nice rooms. great service and decent food
Very nice place with freindly stuff. A bit far from the city center. If you dont drive it could be unconvinient.
Very nice and cozy hotel
Only stayed for a days sleep while waiting on my flight. I was happy they had a room. It’s a bit dated. The restaurant isn’t anything to write home about.
Very nice place!!!
Ok if you need a place to stay before your flight.
A beautiful place to stay, with a very kind staff, ready to help you on every request. Reasonable rates for what they provide.
EXCELLENT HOTEL NEXT TO THE AIRPORT !!! BRING YOUR TENNIS RAQUET !!!
Happy to have a gym and swimming pool to use on site however Gym equipment old and difficult to get to work. Room was comfortable and staff were very accommodating.
Had dinner there, surprisingly good. Slow service however.
Hmmmm, breakfast was good, pool was clean but only open from 12 noon to 7pm. Bedding and towels were clean. Restaurant fed us uncooked chicken, no cleaner one day! you cannot book any trips from here either. Staff were polite but not very helpful in terms of helping you see the city. You really need a car to stay here as well. Roads are dark so not 100% safe walking. Does have good transport links buses are good and run really frequently.
Good pool good food good service
Close to the airport, free transfer, clean rooms, good breakfast, nice place to stay after late fligth.
My visit was in the context of a five day school trip. The food wasnt really good and furthermore we faced a blackout.
Stayed 1 night, apart from the ventilator which i could hear at night everything else was as it should be.
Poor services, lot of ants in the room, poor breakfast.
Great rooms and service
Very reasonable price, close to cosmos mall, ikea and many shops, 20 min from thessaloniki centre and Thessealoniki airport.
Dirty rooms, low service level, food out of microwave, nothing to do with hp pics
Nice and clean, welcoming stuff
Its in the middle of nowhere and you need a car to drive to the closest shopping area which is over 2 miles away. They have a pool and free breakfast so its fine if you need a place to stay during a layover bit not for extended trips to Greece.
This was a good hotel to use the night before we left for the airport. Very close by the airport, within 5 minutw drive.
Hotel is isolated from any shops and restaurants, but there are plenty of discos and night clubs around it. The renovation is in process, so renovated rooms look OK.
The hotel is getting dated and the room had water damage. Not as clean as it should have been. The hotel is also used as a place for refugees (Dec 2016). The gym was old, dirty and most machines were broken. The indoor pool was not open. The bed were hard and the room was equipped with a noise air conditioning system. The staff were nice and helpful and there is a free shuttle to the airport.
Lovely and clean and staff couldnt be more helpful! But a heads up on the amount of refugees stating in the hotel would of been nice!!! It was a very strange uncomfortable experience! Nothing bad happened but all the starring and desperately running for the breakfast food was quite a shock! Not at all what we expected as the website and other reviews had no mention of this!! Our children were frightened by the stares and glares by the men and young children!!But we had a clean and comfortable rooms (except a massive leak under the bathroom sink!)Sorry wouldnt stay again
The floor in our room was not attached an made a loud noise when stepped on. The breakfast was either toast or a hard or soft boiled egg in a large smokey room. The staff recommended we take it back to our room. Ok to get some sleep but we we were happy to leave.
We were at this hotel a year ago and we booked again this year. We loved it. There is free parking, cleaned rooms, swimming pool for children and adults. We are anxious to get back there.
