Athens City Hotel in Kamaterón

Its not bad & clean but not availableair condition only heating ,, the front of the bus station abd Super markets but their breakfast is very very poor😔 not variety

Staff is very friendly and speak English pretty well. Rooms are basic but clean. The city centre is easy to reach with multiple public transport options. There is a small supermarket next door if you need basic things.

For the price its a nice hotel. Service was good, same as breakfast. About what you would expect. Location was a bit further from everything than expected, however once we discovered the metro and busses it became a lot better doable. If you are in athens for more than a day i really recommend to buy a pass for multiple days, as it will make traveling a lot easier.

Hotel itself...you get of what you pay. Location wise, transportation and shops are outside the door. Ill recommend if your in a budget not for luxury.

Cool city some of the local Natives are a bits 👀 at you and very tricky when it comes to money

A small hotel, near the Acropolis, rooms are clean and have air-conditioned. Is not situated in the best are of the Athens but we hadnt any issues. The breakfast is very poor, but a cross the hotel is an Coffee Island from where you can buy good coffee and some pastry. At the hotel the staff is very friendly! When I will come back in Athens i will book this hotel again. If you come with car, near the hotel is a parking available and will cost you 5 euro/day, keep in mind that you have to let your car keys to the parking guy because he will move your car.

It was quite affordable, no noise even in the heart of Athens, clean and even with a Jacuzzi bath

This place is value for money. Sure you dont get a mini bar in the room or coffee but the rooms are spotless, the bathrooms are spotless. You can call around barefoot and not fear getting mad cows disease and when you lay in bed it feels clean, it smells clean and for 45euro, total bargain.....with simple breakfast

Best 2stars hotel Ive ever seen! Very clean and comfortable. I would deffinetely return or recommend. Great value for the money!

Value for money hotel, close to City centre.

Nice friendly staff. Breakfast is disappointing. Rooms are small but ok enough. Bad neighborhood, full of drugs addicts and homeless people.

Right in the heart of downtown Athens... Very quiet, comfortable rooms.. Big plus, coffee bar downstairs....

Hotel has bit old premises,but is very clean. Its quite far from town and tourist attractions, like 40 minutes walking. There is a lot of bus stations around. Breakfast was with not too big choices but all food presented was very tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In total decent place to stay but maybe search for place which is more near to city center

Hotel full of russian people, smoking everywhere (rooms, breakfast, halls), ugly rooms, damaged equipment. Poor breakfast.

Not much to recommend here.The hotel is not in a very reputable neighborhood and in no walking distance to the center.The rooms were ok in size, but both our rooms smelled of something that we could not figure out what it was and made us feel uncomfortable.The shower room was tiny and the door would not open fully, while the light glass on the ceiling, was broken and a napkin was hanging out (Check photoand the air extractor as very noisy.One of our balconies had cables over our heads, that didnt look in good shape and safe(check photo).The elevator could not fit more than 2 persons and walking up the stairs was not safe due to little light (Check photo).My colleagues shower floor had a rusty* or very dirty water extractor (Check photo).

Breakfast is poor, you can choose between 2 type of food. Bathroom is dark, small,without ventilation. Overall higyene is bellow expected for 2 star hotel.

Good services at low cost, the reception was very friendly and open to any question you have. The location of the hotel is very close to the hotel and close to it is a private parking at 5 euro per day.

Great 2 star hotel for a buget trip

Very rude custumer service i been in Athens for 2 weeks and i booked this hotel unfortunately i change next day

The only good things about this hotel are the airconditioning, the wifi signal, a mini fridge and the bed. You have very less options for your breakfast with cheap supermarket food. My room had no trashcan so I had to make my own. One time I had no towels at all. And the shower had no shower curtain, besides that there is no lock on both doors (main door and bathroom door). The elevator is very small (max. for 2 people). And you have to walk quite a lot to get the metro.

Friendly and capable staff, great room and spacious bathroom (both very well cleaned). 4 stars instead of 5 because both mattress and shower needed some upgrading in our room.

No air conditioning and you couldnt open the windows due to petrol fumes outside, the phone was broken, a very basic place. The only good thing about this place was the bar downstairs and friendly staff.

It is clean, close to public transit, small Hotel. The night manager is quite unfriendly and I should say pretty rude. We stayed there for five night.

Nice low price hotel . The transportation its kind difficult course havent any metro station near there and the bus option its to slow to go around athens
