Service providing is good level and the staff was amazing. Quality products used and prices also satisfied. I highly recommend this shop for anyone visiting for buying goods & services.

Try to avoid online purchase at all , or u have to keep calling them every 10 minutes ortherwise they will not deliver by them selves ,. Customer service will tell u dont worry we will inform the delivery guys , then they will not do anything . I got the delivery branch number they said the same dont worry we will do it , but again , same thing happened !!!!!!!I have made one order and ferry was in malé for 4 hours then they said nooooo , we cant deliver on same day , then i said okay , after one week the ferry will come againOne day before ferry comes i reminded them and gave full information , guess what i called next day i kept calling , okay we will deliver on timeAnd not delivered alsooAvoid online Purchase

I called Asters today because they still didnt come to assemble my furniture and its been 6days already 🙄. I think they already know my number because I was calling them many times because of the delays and some complications in my delivery.anyway, when I called one of the sales associates answered but I couldn’t find my invoice so i told her i can call her in a minute if she can give me her name. And she said they are not allowed to give their names?I couldn’t hold my laugh and i said what? What kind of customer service are you giving if you can’t tell me your name? And she said one of her colleagues said not to give names. And i request a manager or someone who can give their names. 🥸unfortunately manager is on vacation. What a nice service

Been waiting for assembly for days. Even free assembling services are better than this. A LOT of customers on your FB page have said the same. Isnt it time you better your customer care services and assembling services?Update: Dec 3 2021 (6 months after)They in fact did NOT provide assembling service. I had to do it on my own. They have also failed to provide refund. So dont buy stuff from here expecting refund. Get them to sign something first.After much back and forth, received refund on 14/12/21.

Good place to buy some home appliances for a reasonable price

Lots of good quality products are available. Especially the office related items. I bought a Turgus lap bag from here and it has lasted more than 6 years now. The service is okay. Prices are good. Inside its crowded and congested. The music is loud and annoying.

In all honesty, I genuinely hated my experience here. Went to buy a high-end laptop, and first was directed upstairs, then downstairs, then from the left counter to the right counter and then back to the left counter. When I asked if they gave the bag that comes with the product, they said no. Last couple times Ive bought a laptop, Ive gotten a carrying bag with it. For something I paid over 25k, I would expect more.I dont think Ill revisit Asters in the foreseeable future.

Cheap goods for a affordable price.. as many said in reviews .. the dilivery and assmbly team are horrible and un manageable.. they dont speak English . No divehi... and very rude .. The management should do some thing to rectify this ... and offer good customer care ...

Cheap products and poor customer service plans and procedure.

If you are looking for something at comparatively cheaper price, but without any warranty or after-sales service; this is a place you must visit.I bought kitchenware (cutleriesform this shop as it was the best price in Male’ city. It gave value for the money spent.But, my Air conditioner purchase with ASTERS was one of the biggest mistakes. It was 2.0T VOLTAS split A/C. It does not work even for one month and seller was unable to repair due to unavailability of spare parts with them. Therefore, I do not recommend to buy anything with moving parts with this seller.

Bought online a furniture, brought it after a week. And the assembly team called after another week, told them I am in Hulhumale (they delivered it fine, but all of a sudden they dont know where I live?), hanged up after telling will tell them (I assume they have different teams for Male and Hulhumale), and after another week or two, got a call, same thing. After a call to their manager finally said will come in the evening.Got a call, and after some time trying to explain where the house is, finally came, I asked to assemble it in the room but dont take the packing inside, leave it in the living room, did not listen (I doubt they even understand dhivehi very well), my father got angry, they complied.So, I assume they assembled it with a heavy heart, they did it poorly, one screw was bigger than others in the lock, one of the leg piece under the furniture which is supposed to be on the middle is to the right, the furniture is wobbly, they had a hard time getting the door right, so they put screws in more than one place (although it cannot be seen unless you open the doors and look carefully). And had a broken locking mechanism, so told will come tomorrow.Did not come, called same thing, said we are Male people and hanged up. This is ridiculous. Whoever let these guys call or interact with customers should go learn the basics of management or get fired.So overall, very poor service in assembly team. It would work better if they come with a Maldivian who knows what people are saying and to supervise the quality of service.Will avoid from buying from them, the cheap price is not worth a wobbling furniture due to poor quality of assembly.

Staff are too preoccupied with eachother to help the customers. There products are good but every time I go its the same treatment from the staff.

Sometimes sales is good. But theyve no cabinet with doors. Most of them are open. Some of them are chipboard which may get damaged sooner.Service from philipino girls vary according to your country of origin. First preference to Maldivian, once they find you otherwise they dont even listen to you.(once behaved like a miss world to me😄 in male branch, not impressive).Roadha sales packages are good. Bulbs are cheaper comparing outside shops.

Best place to buy varieties of product the staff was helpful

I bought a Printer today at Morning, after coming home at evening... I found out that...They did not provide me the USB Cable...Now I have to go to Male again... What kind of joke is this??
