Ashley's Pub in Bremerton

This is the best game bar in town. Between all the games they have and the space to play them in this place has it all. Also Ashley has an amazing collectiin of video games and video game systems. Ranging fro SNES all the way up to the switch and PS4. This place is a must for any kind of gamer.

I love Ashleys Pub. They have always had a supportive, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for people from all walks of life. Fair pricing on their drinks, and a decent sized selection as well. So happy to see they have made it through this past year, and are still as amazing as they have always been.Update: Their new larger location is Beautiful with the private game rooms, and expanded pinball selection. Still highly recommended.

My favorite spot in town to get a drink. It is relaxing, spacious, friendly, and offers a good selection of drinks.

Great place to grab a board game and a beer. They have a few private rooms for table top games. Theres a huge selection for board games If you want to grab something to play while you drink.

Original review was for another place (also 5 stars). I wish there had been places like Ashleys Pub before I got old and jaded :). Clearly welcoming, good beer list, and as far as I could tell, pretty much any board game you can think of to play. Outside seating, and I believe I saw a couple small rooms with console games.

Ashleys Pub is one of my favorite spots to grab a drink, play a game, fail at pinball, or just hang out with friends. They have mead(!)as well as beers and ciders, and lots of non-alcoholic options too. They dont serve food, but you can bring in food, and they have a nice courtyard area as well as lots of space for everyone since they expanded.

Ashleys had such a great vibe. So many games to choose from. Great selection of alcoholic beverages and a few non alcoholic ones also. Already planning our next game night!

First time to visit. Very unique Pub with good beer choices plus a gaming place where there is a huge library of fee games to play such as Monopoly or Scrabble.

Chill vibes with plenty of mead, cider and beer options. Board games and pinball too!

Great spot for games and brews. Came on a day they were having a book fair in conjunction with Ballast Books upstairs. Really cool spot! Wish we were closer

Everything about this pup is top notch. The staff, the environment, the beer/cider selection. There is a massive wall of board games, not to mention pinball machines and even retro game consoles. I love this place and you probably will too.

Incredible service, a really nice, open, and safe atmosphere to play MORE BOARD GAMES THAN YOU KNEW EXISTED, a great assortment of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and just a really great time. Ill be back here the next time Im on that side of the water!!!

Great place with a super chill atmosphere and tons of interesting games to play. No beers on tap when I went there, but a good selection of beer, cider, wine, and Mead in coolers. I was only there for about a 1/2 an hour getting a young adults group set up, but they enjoyed their night.

Quite the large game and drinks selection here! Kudos for having so many ciders and meads available for non-beer drinkers. The atmosphere was friendly and there were plenty of tables for many groups to play games on. And not shrimp tables either, theyre plenty big enough to lay out even large games with lots of people on. An excellent place to hang out with friends who like games and quirky businesses.

Very enjoyable place to play games and hang with friends. Definitely a cool spot to show a someone from out of town.

So nice to find a place where I felt welcome as a non drinker, some nice NA options. Bartender was awesome, made us read the hilarious label on the liquid death water tall cans. Played pinball for a little while, will definitely come back again to hang out! Super happy that we checked it out on the recommendation from the person working at the coop store down the way. Place definitely seemed very inclusive and welcoming, great spot!

My favorite place to hang in bremerton and the perfect date spot. They have ciders on tap and mead in the fridge. There is an Innumerable amount of board games. It’s a true myriad of good times. The plethora of tabletop entertainment allows for endless fun and mischief. Cute merchandise and art prints for sliding scale prices !

Amazing selection of board and card games as well as kid & adult coloring books, video games, even humor books. Lots of beer and cider on tap too. We appreciated the covered outdoor area although limited seating is available indoors too. They dont serve food but you can byo from nearby.

As soneone who has traveled around plenty and gone to her fair share of board game pubs in the US, Ashleys ranks among my favoritesThey have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. And they have a rotating tap of beers, which is really nice for people who like to have something new from time to time. Theyre board game selection is pretty decent.But what i love most about them is their versatility. They have a gaming corner for video gamers. They have pinball for pinballers. They have a big enough courtyard for corn hole matches and surprisingly, as i found out a few weeks ago, small games of soccer.I loathe the day i leave Bremerton cause im not sure if ill ever find a place that has captured my heart like Ashleys has.

If you are looking for a nerdy hangout spot, a truly inclusive community for all, or just a chill spot to grab a craft beverage... Ashley’s is the place! They have a board game library with over 400 games, retro and newer generation video games, corn hole, pinball, and a big outdoor area. They offer an excellent selection of craft beer and cider, as well as a large variety of non-alcoholic options. You can bring your own food. This isn’t the place to hit on chicks or do shots... it’s a laid back, warm, friendly community that welcomes people of all genders/orientations/races/views. I’ve found my best friends through coming here and have to say the regulars are some of the best people around! During non-COVID operations, Tuesday game nights are a great chance to meet new people and learn new games.

This is a cute little basement pub with an awesome little patio. There are walls of games and books and pinball, as well as 12 beer traps, 4 ciders, and cases of bottles/cans. My nerdy heart went wild in here.Ill definitely be back!

Great drink selection and amazing atmosphere. There are so many fun games everywhere and the flexibility to bring in food from any of the great restaurants nearby is perfect for a spot like this. El Balcón, beer at Ashleys, and fun games... Id be in there every night if I lived closer.

A cool quirky place oriented around pub/game playing. An entire wall of pretty much any board/ card/ roll play game toy could imagine.Diverse crowd, in both style and age. Bartenders were very cool and friendly and a very nice selection of good beers (on tap, cans and bottles, ciders and wines.No food served but they let you bring in food from other restaurants (several within just a few blocks...El Balcon makes really good tacos).When the room fills up it can get a bit loud (gaming excitement: ). Fun place.

The most unique spot Ive found thus far. Its a comfortable spot with board games galore, choice selection of local beers, pinball and a TV setup for random old school video gamers to challenge. Low key and snacks.

Ive gone here twice with my boyfriend and both times were really pleasant. I dont go to bars often so I dont have much to compare it to but the staff are friendly and it has a casual atmosphere making it a nice place to visit. They have a good variety of board games and if youre looking for a place to casually hang with friends while getting a drink Id reccomend giving this place a try :)

Great low-key atmosphere, and board games galore! A very wonderful idea for a pub/tavern/bar to include a very different demographic than a regular pub would. Lots of wonderful local beers and ciders to choose from and will definitely be going back.

Great booze, great selection of board games. One of the bartenders can be rude at times though, just a heads up. Not super welcoming to new comers... If you arent a regular why are you here kind of thing. Still really like the place, would be 5 stars if not for the rude bartender.

Great selection of craft beers and ciders. Great atmosphere, you can sit down and play a board game and enjoy your drinks, they have a large selection of board games to choose from. The pinball machines were my favorite. Great place to stop if you find yourself in Bremerton.

For anyone who loves beer (or ciderand board games, this is the place to go. They had 16 different , unique selections on tap and many more for purchase in a bottle or can. There are snacks available when you get the munchies. If youre looking for something more substantial, just grab your favorite take out and bring it on over.

This weekend was their one year birthday celebration, and it definitely lived up to what Ive come to expect from Ashleys Pub. Everyone is always so friendly, they welcome you bringing food from elsewhere (and they have snacks for purchase), great selection of craft beers and ciders (normally 2-3 ciders where I usually only find one at other places), and all the games they have. They have a community events calendar on the wall next to the bar, a whole wall of board games, and several pinball machines. They also have several classic console systems and games to go with. To top it off, theyre queer friendly.Ive come to know Ashley as a friend since knowing her, and her pub makes you feel like youre already one of her friends. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I was only there for a moment. The arcade is small, but the selection is top notch. Batman 66 is my favorite. They have a wall of board games to play, and a spot to grab coloring books. The taps have Legos on them. While there, they were putting wooden cutouts together at a couple tables, while another group played a game. The game selection for the console area was wide, and connected to a nice sized TV. All in all, a great experience.

I love this place! Board games at a bar. Plus Pin ball machines! The atmosphere here is so relaxed, brightly lit and inviting. Feels more like youre visiting your friends house than like youre going to a pub.No hard alcohol is served here. Fantastic craft beer, and wine though. Snacks are available to be purchased (like chips), and you are welcome to bring your own food in to enjoy as well.This place is comfortable and creative. A super hero bar top, 3 books cases loaded with different kinds of board/card games to play at your leisure and lots of tables to play at. Bring a date, bring a friend, bring your crew, its the perfect place to just have fun and hang out.

I love the atmosphere, its pretty much like youre hanging out at a buddies gaming room, but theres a bar that serves you. Its a very relaxing atmosphere. They literally have a table that just has Nintendo 64 Super Nintendos game cubes and pretty much everything else you can think of available for you and your friends to geek out on. And then theres I would say probably hundreds of board games available to play. The bar has a pretty good selection of ciders and decent amount of beer. Really great for a group of friends to hang out at, cool idea for sure.

Its a nice venue to bring friends. Games are available to play and you can get local brewery beers. The patrons are a little cliquey and not very welcoming to new people, we only had words with the bar tender, very friendly! But I didnt get the feeling this is a good place to meet new people

Great place to hang out. The owners are very friendly. They have around 300+ board games and several classic video games, and even a few arcade games. They also host role playing for D&D, Pathfinder, etc. As for the alcohol, the have rotating local ciders on tap.

Really fun place with 16 true rotating taps in a wide range of styles (eg they dont keep Ridgetop Red, Mannys, Lucille, and African Amber on permanently like many places). They said that they try to keep 4 ciders on tap at all times and they had a couple of really interesting ones including a "smoked blueberry" that was really unique and good. Bottle and can selection in the cooler was not gigantic but was pretty high quality. Im ashamed that this was my only visit since their opening night. I will definitely put this place in my rotation of downtown establishments.

Awesome selection of beer, wine and cider. An almost overwhelming selection of games! I couldnt decide what to play but love that there is a game for every mood, every occasion and every personality. Its an amazing place to just grab a pint and hang out too.
