Ashgrove House B&B in Sionainn

Stayed a week ago breakfast was awfull breakfast in basket in room we were told there breakfast room would be open but was not disappointing as all other b b in that street was doing it

Excellent guest house, very friendly host

Enjoyed a weekend stay. Was fantastic. Only issue was WiFi kept falling.

Spent a couple of nights here. The room was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge, tv, seating area and bathroom. Ian and Diane were extremely good hosts and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and a good choice. They are situated in a geat spot in Stratford close to town and the other attractions. 🙂🙂🙂

Friendly and delightful B and B.Lovely rooms.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was nice and clean but the lack of hospitality left a lot to be desired. As for breakfast.... More like afew snacks. We were handed a box in our room and told we had to vacate at 10am.. needless to say we will not be booking again.Breakfast

Bit of a copout blaming covid for not serving cooked breakfast. Especially when we noticed the b&b next door was serving breakfast in dining room. They could have staggered their sittings.we were given £10 off for 4 breakfasts we werent able to eat so it was £2.50 per breakfast they are saying. They did offer to get us something else but it still wouldnt have been cooked!Parking was a nightmare because you had to park between 2 white lines and some people either couldnt or wouldnt park properly!

A nice B and B with a nice owner (Iain). Breakfast is served in your room at present but thats was ok. A good base and location, its a short walk into Stratford.

Arrived yesterday 7th July for a one night stay.we were met by the proprietrer Ian.a very pleasant man.he told me where to park my car,and then showed me and my wife to our room.what a lovely surprise.it was spotless.very well equipped and very covid prepared.after a night out,we slept very comfortably.the breakfast was beautiful and plenty.no details spared and very fairly priced.we will definitely return,

We have just had a weekend away at this guest house, lovely place to stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfy and a great Ensuite. The owners Ian and Diane were great hosts. Its only a five minute walk into town, so you have got everything on your doorstep. I would definitely recommend this guest house.

This was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious (family roomand very clean. Full breakfast was very good. Location is centrally located and easy walking to major points of interest. Would definitely stay again

Great good value accommodation in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Hosts Iain and Dianne cannot do enough to help to ensure you have a great time. Second time visiting and have already booked our 3rd stay

Location, friendly, quality, cleanliness, facilities

Very nice stay would recommend. Would have been 5 stars but didnt tell us where to park in advance so had to faff with that and didnt get fresh coffee and milk supplies one day. But very nice rooms, great food, friendly people and nice price. Happy to recommend to others

Very friendly owners! We were made to feel very welcome and they were very accommodating! The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Service was adequate, meal was quite nice, location was excellent.

Ian and Di were very hospitable and attentive to our needs, we would return and stay with them again if we have the chance. Full English breakfast included was freshly prepared when we woke up and reached the dining room.
