Very vibrant joint for meeting or leisure.

Decent spot for coffee, tea, pastries, cakes, ice-cream and similar treats.

Many branches in Nairobi, highly recommended. I ordered the steak of the day and was amazing, enjoyed the food and the place. The desert was also excellent, ordered the dark forest.Also, tried the croissant once with almond and once with chocolate, both were very goodThe prices are a little high

Never seen such impacted service ever. So slow that the sandwiches get soggy and the food is literally inedible by the time its served. Thats almost in every Art Caffè Ive been to.

Consistently the food is always fresh and tasty. Repeat drinks service could be better, overall staff friendly. facilities well kept.

Nice relaxing place to grab a drink or have some food within the Westgate mall with indoor and alfreshco options available. The iced flavoured coffee was great although I was not too fond of the cake that I had, just simply was not moist enough and was too dense although looked much nicer than it was. The food here looks great and other than the cake, I found it to be flavourful and tasty!

Loved my experience this morning! Got there @ 8:30am & went straight out to the patio. It’s 14°c with cloudy skies. I sit over the corner reading my book. The ‘trainee’ comes up to me, indicates she’s a trainee & takes my order. The ambience, lighting, morning tranquility, decor - impeccable!! Felt like I’m having a latte in Austria.Food was great but needs to be slightly amended. Got the full platter salmon/ eggs Benedict. The plate is excessively large with a rather small portion! You could have the same portion in a smaller plate.

It a pretty nice space, service is great and the staff were Really friendly. Had cocktails and their happy hour really made me happy 😊.

I had the granola breakfast. The quantity has gone down and when earlier it used to be a sufficient meal, now you are left unsatisfied. Overall the ambience is still great and hence the attraction to go back. Value for money quotient is going down!

Try Their New Soup Bowl with Garlic bread.Types Of salads. Try their Shakes Classic Chocolate.Staff and Managers are really helpful. But the crowd on Friday’s Evening avoid if you are smoker Cause Even manager try to complaint to some people who are non smokers they just avoid to such managersI think so If you have problem from Smoking better avoid Yourself when it is written smoking zones don’t try to be illiterate.

Love the vibe of this place. You can also work done if you looking to sit with a laptop and a drink by the side. They have amazing cake slices, bread based items, many drink options. Best part is they have many options for vegetarians too. Must recommend!

This place called Artcaffe in Westgate has a serious problem, today was my second day visiting with two other friends.They failed to take our order instead ignored our call, i dont always do reviews this is not negativity, this is not a place for everyone if you are Kenyan avoid this place.The Supervisor was not listening our concern, the waiters were disgusting. Please if you want to enjoy your time i suggest CJs restaurant.Very bad attitude, Not welcoming, Ignoring clients, Prioritising some, discrimination, worst experience ever.

One of the most elegant places to enjoy your coffee, your breakfast, lunch or even your dinner in the capital of Kenya. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dishes are delicious and well prepared and the place is so clean, comfortable and beautiful. I recommend it 1000 %. Greetings from Greece

Nice ambience. 4th time here in this branch specifically. All four times, Ive had to wait for 15 mins before any of the wait staff shows interest. Seems like no one in that establishment cares for anything. Food was not too good.Overall not a good experience for me.

We were in the city for one day and ended up having breakfast and lunch here. Its really amazing, food is good and vibe is great.We accidentally dropped our coffee, the server cleaned it up quite quickly and even replaced our coffee (at no charge and without us requesting).Prices are decent and they had a breakfast offer with Mimosa and beer. Not sure when I would travel to Nairobi but this is a must visit place.

I have been a customer of the Art Cafe at Westgate for a long time and this morning I was confronted with an extremely unpleasant experience. After ordering a simple breakfast of eggs, we had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes for the order despite of several inquiries from our side. The food was cold, badly done and not prepared the way we ordered it. The waiter in charge (Francisoffered a very low-quality service. I wish you could spare your customers with such experiences in the future.

Ordered burgers for delivery. Burger meat was undercooked/raw. So disappointed! Will definitely not order again from them

If you are around the Westland area of Nairobi, then this is an option. They serve good breakfast. I was there once and I liked the atmosphere there.

Love the ambiance here. The live music at night is an added bonus. Service is a bit slow, but that is expected anywhere in Nairobi. The cakes are a bit dry, but that is also a Nairobi thing. I think they are getting better at this though as this is likely the best place for pastries. Love the coffee. Great place for catching up friends and enjoying a nice cup of joe.

The food is amazing! The ambience is perfect and there is a lot of sitting space.Had the salmon and mashed potatoes.The food costs ksh 1950 and is worth every bite.Check out their menu on their website for any updates🤗

Nice ambience. Pricey tag on food and drinks but definitely value for your money. Portions are also just right. Staff are friendly and attentive to details. Definitely a date worthy location if you looking to treat someone special.

The best treat is opening a branch at Gallant Mall on Parklands road opposite Total Petrol Station . A treat to the doctors working in the next building who look for the best way to get their caffeine through the shots of coffee depending on ones taste. The staff is always very attentive. A place to stop by for a quick take away or even a meal whether breakfast, bruch, lunch or dinner. The coffee is 💯💯💯

Ordered for a chicken sandwich and loved it. However the service was terrible. I requested for ketchup from three different servers without getting any, I had to ask one of the supervisors if the ketchup was available or not before I was finally given one😒.

A reasonably good shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. Artcaffe is one of the best restaurants at the mall with reasonable prices and lots of options to choose from. Food is excellent especially the homemade chilli sauce (which you have to request when you order, its not on the menu👍

Artcaffe is great,their service was exemplary and the food was nothing short of tantalizing and the portions were pretty satisfactory. If you visit there dont go home without having their apple pie that will leave you asking for more .

My go-to place in Nairobi to work, to have meetings and just in general meals out. Can sometimes be noisy, and after dark, they dim their lights, so not suited if you are looking to work late at night. But, brilliant live music (oftenand great desserts!

No complaints , you wont go wrong with any of their restaurants consistent quality all the time. Chicken wings and wedges were exquisite

Nice place, great food, great atmosphere, I like interior design, and closing time is midnight very good, there is outside sit.but the drinks are random taste sometimes good sometimes terrible, i think all artcaffee are random taste about drinks.But nice place.

Ideal location,efficient service, good and widespread menu for coffee, juices, milk shakes, breakfast , salads, pastries, wine etc... good for chilling out and a good bar too
