Esta vez una vergüenza. Me cobran habitación triple en vez de matrimonial y se niegan a cambiarlo, el aire se avisa que no funciona y no hacen caso. El personal está vez pésimo todo

Estuve ahí hace varios años. La atención fue impecable, los precios razonables, buena comida, todos fueron muy amables, tanto así que un día no me sentía bien ( en la noche me habia pasado de tragosy la cocinera cuando noto mi ausencia me preparo una rica sopa para que me mejorara. Habían unos hermosos loros muy mansos que siempre estaban frente a mi habitación y los acariciaba. Me encantó mi estadía ahi.

Small room, but good price

Una experiencia no perfecta pero buena diría yo, hay que agregar algunas cosas, limpieza en cuartos, cartilla de las cosas que venden no tienen como un menú hay que hacer, en camas encontramos muchos cabellos de otras personas en cuento entramos y a la hora de desayuno despertamos a las 10 y 15 pero nos dijeron que no se daría porque ya se había pasado la hora, hay que decir esas cosas ya que sino se dice uno no puede saber, pero se nos dio la comida. Son cosas que hay mejorar pero un buen lugar

Clean and comfortable but in an isolated area and without local services. Although it has a pool it is not well maintained. Breakfast is served on a complimentary basis but not as a buffet as advertised. Somewhat unique interior with uncaged parrots and fortunately two caged monkeys. Staff speak English which was a blessing.

This hotel is very simple but very nice it gives you a family like feeling the staff is very friendly and very helpful theyre always looking to help you with all your needs if you want to stay a a place that feels like home the Art hotel is the place for you.my name is Idalberto and I spend two weeks here and Im very satisfied.

Very basic and enjoyable. The highlight is the pet friendly atmosphere, especially the monkeys. The staff speaks English and is available 24 hrs.The room we had was small, moldy smelling and windowless but we slept well. Although I saw a few people eating a breakfast, the cafeteria didnt seem to be fully running all day, which was a bummer but I could be wrong. All in all the place was fine.

The place is nice. the room are tiny and without window. But the service is lovley and they some wild animal so it pretty cool.

I had an emergency trip to Managua to visit my daughter who was having her baby early. I needed a hotel close to the hospital as I would be walking. Jonathan was very polite and accommodating and spoke very nice English. I arrived late and was greeted by Sean, who also spoke clear English. Breakfast was included with my stay and in the morning I chose from a menu and Jonathan and Gregory were cooking. Meals were very delicious. I had a little trouble with my A/C but Jonathan took care of that as well.Overall stay was exceptional. Very clean rooms, eating and lobby areas. Prices were very reasonable and staff were very courteous and professional.I stayed for a total of 4 days then my daughter continued on a couple days more. I had a very pleasant stay and am sad that I have booked at another venue on my return visit at the end of the month.I would highly recommend staying here.:-)L. RidleyBCCanada

This hotel is quite special. The inside is very unique, you have monkeys and parrots inside. The breakfast is included and is cooked really well with many options. There arent too many restaurants super nearby, but there are street vendors and a few good options at the hotel. The staff at the hotel, Jonathan especially and Gregory I believe, are super accommodating and friendly, as well as English speaking. They all helped us search for doctors nearby and very just super helpful. Great hotel! I would definitely go again :)

Fui hace una uño a este hotel quede muy satisfecho un desayuno al gusto personas muy amables en la recepción la limpieza diaria muy limpio este año reservé tres semanas de nuevo para viajar a Nicaragua desafortunadamente con la situación de Nicaragua no puedo viajar lo siento mucho esperando se resuelva

La llegada estuvo llena de confucion, la habitación apestaba a cigarro y no parecía muy linda y lo peor es que tenían unos monos encerrados y no decía nada de eso en Booking

Very nice for the price. Like its name, all rooms and the property are decorated in art work. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly, there are 2 monkeys and a parrot to greet everyone.

BED BUGS IN ROOMS , RED ANTS INSIDE ROOM EVERY TIME WE COME BACK...Disgusting... Im sorry but every time i come to this hotel theres always a new problem. dont get me wrong, the parrots singing , the monkeys and breakfast is alright and decent but the rooms are utterly disgusting. as for cleaning when we ask for it, they do a good job we come back to our sheets folded and supposedly everything vacuumed and clean...but BED BUGS left under the bed ??? thats the last thing i expected the hotel , i myself have stayed at more then 4 times to have.from past experiences we had always had the need to change rooms , either there was no hot water, the rooms were infested with red ants or any bugs in general, the air conditioning was never working and now this year that i come its bed bugs .i started waking up with bites i didnt have the night before, multiple on my arm , and as i wondered where they had come from i had assumed bed bugs, in the night i wear a sweater to the lobby so mosquitos wouldnt bite me so i knew it wasnt the mosquitos. 3 nights later and more and more bites kept appearing over night, i finally find the source crawling on the curtains next to the "king sized" bed. a penny sized bed bug crawling. i am more then happy to say i will probably NOT be coming back to this hotel any longer. kind staff , awful enviornment . Not recommended.. until they do a better job at making sure un welcomed guests dont appear where we sleep.(new updatewe just brought back a flee in our luggage from the hotel.... dissapointed

Good experience if you want to feel apart of nature. Loved waking up to the friendly parrots and monkeys. Truly unique hotel.Walking distance to walmart, the lake,and museum and castle.

Helpful staff, nice place, but expensive, And for people who like to sleep after 6:30 in the morning, I dont advise it. 2 parrots screaming in the morning, no way to sleep after. Quite expensive for a place where You cant sleep...

The atmosphere is really nice and it was enjoyable waking up to birds singing in the morning. On top that they also offer free breakfast which is delicious.4 stars because the room smelled like smoke and everything was leaking at the breakfast area.

Excellent hotel and great staff. Enjoyed no fee full breakfast and an air conditioned taxi to the hotel.
