This restaurant this ABOVE!! The food is just amazing and the stuff is above and beyond.Highly recommend this restaurant.

The place look good but prize are too high. Food was just ok. Tool ribs and it was way too sweet.

Been coming here a few times a year. Recently was not able to due to COVID.Menu got smaller, but the food reached a new level.

Quality price ratio just isnt there. Great ambiance, great service but the price is way too high for the food quality.

Loved this restaurant, I recommend the salmon and fries with dill. Amazing. The best server I have ever experienced, his name is Nicolas. Very accommodating and professional. Definitely ask for him for a great lunch or dinner.

Fantastic location, great atmosphere and attentive staff. I went with a big group of people and we each got something different and the consensus is that the food is a bit uninspired, the offerings lack uniqueness that makes it stand out compared to other similar upscale restaurants.

I visited Arome for several times, maybe 4 or 5? This time is the latest time and first time after Covid for my birthday considering that North&Navy this period menu is not amazing also no Italian steak recently. Arome is my back up restaurant when you have some event but other restaurant are fully booked or not sure the quality of the new one. Their aged steak is top level in Ottawa area (but in their new summer menu they do not mention 70days , I forgot to ask the server), Its my first time to having their 2022 summer menu, it changed a lot compare to 2010-2020. Less options, so we try 3/4 dishes on the menu. Wine list I do not need to mention, because it is famous feature of Arome, Tuesday some half price! Good price for some old year wine. Bread fresh baked, warm but not free (maybe free? I ordered it, not general they give us before having dishes, lost receipt), over than most bakery. Risotto is wonderful, kinds of mushroom mix with rice, amazing. Share style seafood plates is transformed from old menu seafood dishes but its better for this version. Steak they have ribeye and filet mignon, look it is filet mignon, not the normal filet, the most rare part for the steak. Thats why the 6oz price is similar as a big ribeye, worth it. I brought my cake and they only charge 3.5 per person (2.5 maybe? not sure). They cut very professional and clean the knife between each pieces. Its a impressive night. DONT forget drop by casino haha

Excellent buffet breakfast. The DIY waffles with mixed berries and whipped cream are to die for.

This was a great little place for a nice meal.The heated patio overlooking Lac Lemy added a magical touch to our date night.The service is exceptional, friendly and bilingual.The drinks were pretty good; they do not have an extensive cocktail menu, but we were informed there is little they cannot make and we found that to be true! I give the Caesar a 8/10. He had the espresso martini 8/10 and strawberry daiquiri 10/10.For apps, we had the French onion soup. The broth was exceptional and the smoked cheddar cheese an interesting and delightful choice. I wasn’t overly fond of the pork rinds on the top.The Korean ribs were quite yummy, but not at all similar to Korean ribs, they were more of a traditional bbq rib. For mains, we both got steak. They were cooked perfectly, but the plates could use a bit sprucing- what you get is a giant piece (or piecesof meat and a side. The portions are enormous and couldEasily feed two! We had leftovers, which was nice!

Nice facility all around. Nothing earth shattering about it. Nice venues, ample parking space, good hotel and concert venue. Lovely lake nearby. Probably the only true all inclusive experience one can have in the Ottawa area. Restaurants are average and expensive as it is food on the casino floor. 7CAD for a very ordinary pizza slice is a bit pricey for me but it might ok for others. It is fairly isolated from the rest of the Capital region so a car is a must to get to it. Other than that, I think its a fine destination all around, especially for those who enjoy the gambling scene.

Asked for a window seat for our Anniversary, big mistake!! Windows are filthy with bugs and webs everywhere. Potage was served cold. Ordered lobster tail priced at 25$ and had literally 2 bites as it was so small. Waiter was courteous. There were so many fries in our plates that looked like we were at a fast food place. Quality of food, menu and plates are definitely what they used to be. Very disappointing, will not be back.

We stayed at the Hilton that weekend and had the breakfast buffet one day and dinner the next. I had been to the breakfast buffet there before and the selections just werent as good as before COVID. Dinner on the next day was just incredible though. It was a very nice ambiance on the terrace and the dinner was just perfect. The food tasted great and the portions were good.

Arrived at 19:40 it is now 2100 order steak tartare 2 steaks frite and one filet all arrived cold!! Chef go back to school you not worth the money you charge for!! Flavourless no creativity and really expensive!! The only positive note is our server she was perfect Melanie thank youFor the GM leave your office and look at what you are doing!!

The food was fantastic. We had the appetizers (focacio and ribswhich were a meal by themselves followed by the cherry cheese cake and the keylime pie. The next night we had the prime rib followed by a double order of keylime pie. As good as the prime rib was we had to leave extra room for the keylime pie.The staff was very curtious and knowledgeable.Definitely worth while but you need to have the time as it may take time.

Their Sunday brunch is expensive while the choices are extremely slim. Absolutely not worth it to go here for brunch. Not in any way. Its perhaps the worst brunch Ive ever had.

Beautiful setting dining out on the patio. Our server was amazing. Unfortunately the Seafood Platter for two did not have melted garlic butter!

I went to the Arome restaurant for brunch this past Sunday for my birthday, we had made a reservation and asked to be in the patio when making it. On the phone the hostess told us they couldn’t guarantee a table in the patio if it was full but they would try. When we got there, we were greeted by a hostess named Victoria, we asked her if we could sit in the patio like we requested, she went to check when she came back she said no. We were very surprised when because the patio looked empty, there was only a few tables taken and there seemed to be plenty of servers in the patio to be able to accommodate us. She was extremely rude and walked us to a table and said she that was the only table she could give us. We asked her if we could speak to her manager, Antoine. We asked him why it wasn’t possible for us to sit on the patio when we could see plenty of tables. We told us we would find a place for us which we thought was very nice of him. He came back a few minutes later and told us he set a table up for us, but he then proceeded to tell us that we wouldn’t be able to place tables again, we found that very odd. However, when we to outside he sat us at a table that was straight under the sun with absolutely no shade right at the noon sun and heat. There was plenty of tables under the shade, and it was clear to us by the rudeness of all the staff that they did this on purpose. I was extremely disappointed with the service, I had heard so many good things about it, but it was truly a disappointment. I would not recommend to anyone. The service was awful.

I have been twice to thier open Buffet 2 years ago and it was really good. Hope they bring it back.

The food and dine in experience was good.Not many vegetarian options but they accommodated my request and modified one of the meals and it was really good.The ambience was really nice in the terrace.The only down side I felt was the service at the beginning. We arrived and we had a reservation and I got a text reminder with our table but upon arrival they didn’t have a table for us and we had to wait around 20 mins!The service apart from this was good otherwise.

Brunch was awsome, nice tower, and the steak with the two eggs, wow! Unfortunately not all plates arrived at the same time, not representative of the renowned place, more of a new server issue. No excuses given. Very nice scenery of the Lac Leamy.

Very limited main course menu. Only 5 choices of main course, 2 were steak, a salmon dish and chicken. Didn’t see anything we liked, went back to the room without ordering.I have never been to a restaurant with such a limited selection of main courses.

The service was excellent, our waitress Melanie was so sweet and caring, she paid attention to very detail and was a joy to have! Food was delicious as well, will come back again!

Catherine was our waitress and she was Phenomenal!!!! We went a little earlier for supper and it was less busy. The location of the restaurant is in the Hilton hotel. Its a great location with amazing service. Worth every penny!

Dinner: Great service. Seafood plate was delicious. Chocolate cake was amazing. Coffee wasnt the best. In my opinion!Very good kids menu @12$ . With soup, meal, juice and dessert options.Breakfast: good to have a full coffee pot per table. But I wished the coffee was better.The breakfast was just OK! But still great service.

This restaurant use to be the highlight of my visit to the Hilton. Hadn’t been here since the start ofCOVID. Service was still on point, but the food was quite simply awful. The flank steak was dry, rice was over cook, dry and crunchy. Many of the staple menu items were no longer available, like the prime rib.We returned in the morning expecting the excellent breakfast buffet to instead find the typical over priced hotel breakfast.I sincerely hope this restaurant goes back to its fine dining tradition from a few years back.

The food was just ok there with higher price and less selection than before. The service was terrible. The middle age waiter (he did not even introduce his nameat this restaurant was very impatient - rush to finish our order, super slow - it was impossible to get his attention to order drinks and he did not show up to get our order for desserts. He even got all of our food orders wrong. I could not believe a terrible service experience would made us wanted to leave this restaurant ASAP and never go there again. The steak and other dishes we had were not tasty at all. Its not worth to spend money at this restaurant with this type of service. Not recommended for sure. Bring your money to support other fine restaurants with much better service.

Excellent food, great service! The steak was cooked perfectly to our liking, and there was a great wine selection. When they didnt have the bottle we requested, the waiter was able to recommend another that was similar palate and even better. We got a cake as it was someones birthday, and it was delicious also!

Had Saturday lunch today with a group of 17 people. Food was limited to three menu but very good. Excellent ambiance except one of the waiter who served had rude manners. Asked to make sure there are no bacon bites in my salad and he got mad at me for asking twice. Management has to train him as we are a long time customers.

Service was prompt and friendly. Prices are on the higher end relative to the taste of the food. Paying more for the service and ambiance than the food. We ordered 2 filet mignons- one medium rare and the other rare. Both were good. The dessert special was a brioche and cream dish and it was excellent.

Such a great restaurant. Had the french onion soup and ceasar salad. Best saladin have ever eaten. Very classy and our waiter was well informed. Will definitely go back.

Excellent service overall. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating.The food was good for the most part. Although the focaccia bread arrived still frozen in the middle. Not just cold, but actually frozen. Needless to say it was replaced quickly enough, and the butter was to die for.Have to say though, Ive had more flavourful steaks before. I found myself using more of the Jack Daniels peppercorn sauce that came with it. I usually prefer a steak without sauce to appreciate the flavor of the beef.All in all, was nice to have a night out at the casino, followed by a good dinner. The ambiance was great, just expected more from the meat.Would return.

Enjoyed a very wonderful meal with my wife here for a little weekend away. I ordered the dry aged ribeye, it was wonderful only complaint is they need to trim the exterior of the steak to remove the moldy/dried bits. The veal t-bone was also delicious.

Waited for our order for 1.5 hrs. When finally got my fish and chips - that’s what I received- look at the photo. Greasy, oily something that I didn’t eat.No apologies, no offer to change the meal. Why? Because 18% tip is included in the price. Why to bother?

Arôme is one of our favorite places for lunch and dinner. The last time we went there was our family lunch in early March, 2020 and this was before the COVID-19 pandemic started in Canada. I always like to order from their table dhôte menu. Their dessert table also had a good selection of delicious small-sized items. I dont know if Arôme still offfers table dhôte menu for lunch now. If I go there, I will only consider the outside patio.

Love it! Food was great! Its the restaurant in Hilton Hotel, fancy! Overall was a good experience for us especially having kids with us soo happy that they gave us a table in the corner and it was very nice! Waiter did a good service 👏 👍 👌

I didnt know they had a kids menu, so I am posting a photo for all the parents out there. The kid thoroughly enjoyed it and her kids chocolate cake was to die for. Delicious sea food plate. Different from before, but very satisfying. A tad overpriced but absolutely no regret. My only issue with it (and suggestionis that I wished it was served on a bigger plate so we could really see the different emulsions and flavors created by the chef. On another night, we had 3 appetizers so we could enjoy dessert. The tuna Peruvian dish is divine. Great calimari. OK salmon tartare. ☺️ Both nights, the waiting staff did very well despite busy evenings. They were friendly and efficient. Someone dropped a knife at some point and the waiter was so quick to replace it, my husband said "hes a ninja". 😂

Took my wife for her birthday and the service and the atmosphere was amazing. The food is priced reasonable and the taste is amazing. The service is great.

A little disappointed with this restaurant. Although the food itself is pretty good, the service is absolutely terrible. the staff is not friendly, not accommodating, they waste food and are simply difficult to communicate with. Not what you expect considering the price!

The lunch and breakfast buffet has a nice variety - definitely not the best in Ottawa but its surprisingly cheaper than other hotel buffets so its pretty good value. Explore dishes outsides the buffet too these are I think the best there.If the weathers good sit outside it is a beautiful view and sometimes they turn heaters on so it makes for a beautiful atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you live in Ottawa and are looking for a nice weekend breakfast or brunch

You pay for what you get and this is a fine dining experience with excellent service. Food was superb and the wine was very tasty. I ordered the seafood platter to split and it could have easily served three people it was so large. I liked that we werent rushed to finish the meal even if they were getting close to closing time. Id really like to come back and see what the buffet is like as well as try some of their desserts. Those looked so good but I was way too full to consume anything else.

Excelling restaurant with great service. The food is made fresh daily. The buffet has healthy choices of salad bar, soups & aBig selection of delicious desert. Last but not least the view of the pool & lake is breathtaking.

Not a big fan of dry aged steak but the Tuesday 1/2 wine and champagne bottle special was a pleasant surprise, wine selection is not great. The service did seem a bit slow and the open table set up made it seem a bit noisy.

Sunday brunch is fantastic!Beautiful views with amazing service. Make sure you make a reservation for the brunch. There are 2 time slots for brunch, one at 11:30AM and another at 1:30PM. The place fills up but it doesnt feel crowded. The staff were super attentive and polite. The selection is nice and the quality of the food is excellent.
