Good food. Very very very slow service. :(

Aroma Caffè is the perfect place for a slow start to any morning. From sitting in the big garden to walking around shopping on the complex, the placement of the cafe is blissful:Their food is so fresh and always served super quick (almost like they have a magic wandand the staff are honestly the most friendly people ever!!

Loved this place. Good food and nice ambience to go with it. Clean and fresh atmosphere. Service is good.

I loved the customer service.

We were told that there were no tables outside they were reserved after waiting more than 15 minutes. The staff attitude is very aggressive and we found arrogant. It is amazing that once a restaurant in Zimbabwe establishes itself this attitude becomes prevalent. We have only ever been able to eat there once and have found the food overpriced for what you get. Also if you do decide to wait for a table there are no reasonable seating facilities. With so many similar types of this restaurant available I would rather leave it on the basis we dont care if youre a customer or not. We dont really need your money sorry two bad experiences less than 6 months apart doesnt cut it for me. Oh yes the name of it is Wechi not Aroma Cafe

The food was amazing and the waiters were so good and patient. We were a table of 10 fun ladies having breakfast and we were treated so great.

Worth a trip: the only restaurant in Harare which truly serves Italian dishes cooked divinely and as well as (if not betterthan the ones you can savor in Italy.

We popped in after a stroll around Chisi Walk market and were starving...the eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon rounded off the morning perfectly. Highly recommended 😎

Aroma Caffe off Enterprise Road Harare, a little jewel, a wonderful oasis of tranquility. Staff friendly, helpful and on the ball. Great ambiance for my early morning casual business breakfast.I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and toast, well presented, well prepared and a delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I rate this establishment four-star and the food here is exceptional.The reason that I do not rate this establishment 5 star is principally because the washrooms are not to the standard to warrant a 5 star. The washrooms are basic, functional and clean.I have seen this cafe / restaurant, flourish, improve and grow over the last few years, always getting better and I have no compunction in recommending this place for breakfast and lunch. However, they always busy at breakfast and lunch, well worth a visit.

Love the restaurant set up. Just being able to do all my favourite things during ONE VISIT......shop and enjoy a nice cuppa! Would definitely go back for another treat!

Beautiful place for a quick meal and meetings

We ordered coffee and croissants, we left a tip that was 10% in Zim dollars, the waiter picked it up, without a, thank u, when we asked, was it not good enough, he just put it down in front of us and walked off, he was not even a good waiter, we had to call him to order. Not impressive

Must visit cafe for breakfast and lunch in Zimbabwe!!Loved my breakfast with avocado then for lunch it was there signature meat dish and we tried the cakes!! Great service and the atmosphere was super nice to see.

Lovely ambience, good food, but the staff are NOT warm nor welcoming. They forgot 2 different condiments we requested, they took our order in haste and never smiled one time. When we asked questions about the meals, there was a reluctance and mild irritation in the responses we got from 2 different waiters. I doubt it was a case of one person having a bad day. Training on customer service is recommended. There are other restaurants we would return to mainly because of the friendliness and attention to detail exhibited by the staff.

Superb food in a quaint location with excellent service. This is without a doubt one of the finest cafés in Harare. The affordability of the meals makes it near perfect. Well worth a visit, again and again.

Oh the food is soooo good. Slightly steep-ish prices, but dang, everytime, the food is high quality and tasty. Menu available in USD prices, too.
