When they say "fine dining" they are not kidding. Fabulous food with awesome service.

Tasting menu was a neat culinary experience. Six courses and everything was delicious. No complaints.

Arianas is the ultimate dining experience! The food is presented in an elegant manner and the staff at Arianas always goes the extra mile for their customers! I love celebrating special occasions with friends and family at this cozy restaurant.

I have traveled all over the world, and this chef serves the best bone marrow I’ve ever had, even better than in Paris. Had an incredible wine tasting. The servers got excited about the wine with us which was so fun. You can’t miss this place. Be advised you need to make reservations 1-2 months in advance, and now I see why! Superb wine list.

We visit Sunriver yearly, and Ariana is our "go to" for our date night while there. The staff is superb and food top notch. If the rabbit is on the menu, order it! Drinks are thoughtful and tasty, and atmosphere fantastic. Queue up to make your reservations a month in advance though, or more than likely you will not get a table.

It’s so rare to have a dining experience that is amazing on all fronts. However, Ariana nailed it. The service was phenomenal. I ordered the Chef’s Tasting, I highly recommend! The food was delicious and plated beautifully from start to finish. An overall, Michelin worthy experience!

The tasting menu was amazing and a good value, all of the courses were unique and so delicious. The wines were paired very well too. The only downside is that the restaurant is too hard to get in to! Had to make my reservation 30 days ago and only 5:00 pm was available.

Best meal I’ve ever had. Was concerned that I might be stuffed after eating 6 course tasting menu and that the wine pairings would be too much alcohol for me, but neither was a problem. I shared a little of my wine with my wife.Every course was wonderful. Especially liked the scallop in asparagus bisque and prawns in chorizo cream with Parmesan polenta. The Riesling with the salad course was the best I’ve ever had. The almond cake with rhubarb gel was a nice finish - just sweet enough. The texture of the cake was perfect, not heavy but also not too airy.I often have problems sleeping after eating a big meal or drinking alcohol, but I slept great after this meal.

What a great restaurant and experience. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary and chose Ariana for our meal. We were not disappointed. The restaurant was beautiful from the outside to the inside. The host was very friendly and joked with us. We were seated in a romantic spot. The waitress was one of the best we have ever had. Her knowledge of the food and wine was astonishing. She was very friendly. Lastly, the food was amazing. We selected the six-course meal and added the wine pairing with it. I highly recommend this experience. Each course has wine paired with the food and it was perfect. I could tell the chef studied what wine would go perfectly with the food. This was such a memorable place for us and one we will talk about for years.

What a gem! We got lucky and they had a cancellation so we were able to walk right in. We had the chefs choice which was 6 courses. Everything was so good and our waitress was phenomenal.

Second visit and again had a lovely evening. The grilled scallop and mushroom bisque was the star. Service was excellent.

From food, drinks to service, everything is top notch. I had the tasting menu and every dish is delicious. And the best yet, only cost 75 for a 7 course tasting menu, which is cheaper than other so called “fine dining” restaurants in town. Hands down at least Michelin 1 star level.

By far the most ghetto restaurant Ive ever been to, we sat in the tent and it reaked of propane heater. The table next to us was talking about her naked pictures and they were playing 90s westcoat rap, the title is to explicit to mention in this review. Thats all fine but for the price I wasnt impressed.

Fantastic meal - went here for my birthday and we were not disappointed. The tasting menu is well priced. We chose to do the wine pairing which was very well done and paired perfectly with each course. None of the courses disappointed or missed the mark as has been our experience at some other restaurants with tasting menus. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

The best fine dining in Bend. Highly encourage and recommend the tasting menu with the wine pairings, it is incredibly thought through. Every course was phenomenal and the wines all paired perfectly. Also recommend the carpaccio and the hamachi crudo to start, oh and a filthy martini with blue cheese olives, best martini ever. We have come here many times and are almost always lucky to have Justin as our waiter and he is the BEST.

This used to be my favorite place to go for fine dining. But the menu rarely changes and the staff dont seem very happy to be there. I get the sense that perhaps theyve been told to be standoffish. Im not sure what the relationship is between fine dining and pretentious service. A smile and a welcome can blend seamlessly with excellent cuisine. I dont get the sense that they are happy that I am there. But the main reason is that the portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller and the prices keep getting higher and higher.... I think there is a healthy balance between severely small portions and severely large portions. It doesnt have to be either or. Im sure theres something reasonable in the middle.

Great atmosphere. Great food! Best Bend has to offer.Only complaint, the website says $25.00 corkage fee. When bill game, it was $30.00. Expressed concern to the waitress, she came back and said she could not re run the bill. Sounded lame. Very disappointed. Not the same experience as years passed. Need to change the website if they are going to charge more than advertised for corkage fee. Not cool.

Consistently excellent. Excellent service, excellent food. This is, in my eyes, the best restaurant in Bend. The only negative that I can give is that it is a nightmare to get a reservation, but there is a reason for that!

Perhaps the best and most fine dining in Bend. Superb selection of appetizers and entrees. Drinks prepared perfectly. The chef choice menu is excellent and can be catered to those with dietary restrictions. Matched wines were great. Service is awesome. Fine dining and date night, no kids for us. Prices are as expected for upscale fine dining. Make sure to plan at least a month in advance for reservations.

This restaurant is not a five star restaurant for a couple of reasons. At first glance, it looks very stylish and welcoming, but as you go inside this image deteriorates. The personnel is not very friendly or welcoming, the restaurant is super tiny, and the wait times are super long. The food was okay, but it is definitely not the best of restaurants that we visited.

We had the chef’s tasting menu for dinner. It was a truly great experience for the senses. Hamachi had a firm texture and the passion fruit kosho complimented it with its light spicy finish.The carpaccio was perfect. The scallop was cooked perfectly and was a delight of flavor and texture with mushrooms and bisque.Next was the pork belly. Crispy skin, perfect flavor and texture but needed some salt to bring it together.The filet mignon was cooked perfectly for me as it was rare. It did need a bit more salt as well and I could not discern any smokiness in the fingerling potatoes.The lemon cake was flavorful but a bit dry.We paired the tasting menu with the wine and their choices were right on.It was expensive but I would recommend trying it for a special occasion. Life is short and once in a while, treat yourself to something great.The service was on point and each courses were described when presented. Our waiter could have been a bit less robotic in the delivery.Overall, a fantastic evening with family.

I could never write a review to do this place proper homage, Ariana Restaurant has rocketed to the top of my list as the place I will compare all future fine dining experiences with.My boyfriend brought me here for our anniversary dinner; we chose to do the Chefs Tasting Menu and wine pairings, the menu itself changes based on the season so the wines will change with it which means your culinary experience will differ greatly depending on when you choose to visit.Everything from the rosemary bread and consume starter to the beautifully pieced together dishes and the staff was absolute perfection to us.The dishes are packed with flavor, the staff is friendly and our waiter was so knowledgeable regarding the dishes and wines he can make you salivate with just a description.Please note: reservations are required at all times of the year, you can book them online. They usually run 3+ weeks out so plan accordingly.

Chefs Menu is always delicious. Small bites leaving your taste buds bursting yet not stuffed beyond my comfort zone. Excellent staff. Best service. Warm, cozy outdoor/indoor seating. Feels Covid safe.

Outstanding! Ever dish is special and they have maintained that quality of excellence for years. They should have a Michelin Star but then again... getting reservations would be even more difficult. For now during covid, their 4 course family take out is a delicious deal. Thank you Ariana for all the delightful combinations and palette pleasures. Ahhh heaven.

My boyfriend and I wanted to have a fancy night out, it was also our first date by ourselves since we had our daughter 3.5 years ago! Let me just say that we were absolutely speechless at the quality of the service and the food! Everything was PERFECT! Our server, Jason, was phenomenal and recommended the most amazing dessert!!! We will be returning for sure!!

This is a very excellent spot for fine dining within Bend. The food is always exquisitely prepared and presented. The Chefs table with added on wine pairings are particularly good options, although this last time the menu wasn’t something we wanted so we got individual meals which were also amazing. They even beautifully decorated our dessert plates as we had mentioned it was our anniversary. If you’ve been a Food Network fan and always wondered what it’s like to have expertly prepared food, Ariana is a great place to go.

We were there the middle of July. This is without doubt, world class artisan dining. It’s on par with any major urban food scene. The menu is thoughtful, seasonal, sophisticated, absolutely delicious, all without being overly fussy. A sign of a great restaurant and food scene is the focus on the food and service, and Ariana does just that. The wine choices are also outstanding. If I move to Bend, I will be eating here at least once a month.

Went here last weekend to celebrate our anniversary, baby in tow, and they welcomed us in. Its literally the first nice place weve been to since the baby, and Covid thing started. How refreshing it was to be seated and served by professionals. And the food was excellent, 5 stars. Considering how we felt everything in Bend, OR is slightly more expensive, this place felt like a steal...seriously, these guys can hold their own to NYCs finest dining restaurants. Gladly going back again soon for the chefs tasting.

This is the second time we have celebrated our Anniversary at Ariana and they are two of the best meals we have ever had. We would drive down from Portland just for the day to eat here. It is a superlative dining experience from the moment you enter the place. The ambience, the service, and the food. Creative, inventive dishes without any pretentiousness. I cant say enough about how good this place is.

A delightful restaurant which if was magically lifted and set in downtown New York or San Francisco it would be considered a top ten in those cities. This is no hyperbole. The chefs tasting menu is outstanding - delicate, balanced and perfect portions. Excellent service, a romantic setting with an excellent wine and bar list. Amazing!

Cant say enough great things about this place! The bone marrow is a must! It was cooked perfectly- soft, melts easily, rich and the flavor was phenomenal. The short ribs were unbelievable as well. As was the service! I think I just ate at the best restaurant in Bend. Hands down.

We had the chefs tasting and it was incredible. Quite possibly the best meal Ive ever had. The staff are friendly and informative, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We live over 3 hours away but Ill make the drive again for this restaurant.

What a wonderful way to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary! We order the tasting menu and WOW was it fabulous! Totally worth every penny! Ariana does it right! We cannot wait to get back again.

My husband and I were joining another couple and were really looking forward to the tasting menu. Because we have some pretty specific dietary restrictions we called in advance. Ariana printed out a special menu for us and made our experience so special. The level of accommodation and service was beyond our expectation. Every time we dine here we are blown away by the knowledgeable kind staff and the excellent high quality food.

Ariana provides for an outstanding evening out. My husband and I spend special occasions here because we feel so welcome. The menu is always rotating with local, seasonal fare and is artfully prepared. Its reminiscent of the quality of food you get at Michelin star restaurants in San Francisco and Washington D.C. We have been fortunate to have Castle as our server several times, which is a treat. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The sommelier does a stand up job of recommending appropriate wines for a persons palate while complementing the dishes they choose. We are impressed with the consistently high level of service in a relaxed yet elegant environment. Cant wait until they bring back the bone marrow! I order these wherever I can. Ariana prepares them the best in town! They are savory, succulent, and they contain more marrow than the average plating. Even when we sit at the bar, everyone is attentive, friendly, and sometimes you can even chat up the owner. Ariana is really popular and for a good reason. When we make reservations, we plan for it to be an experience rather than "just another dinner." Part of the joy is sitting, chatting, and taking in the decadence.

Phenomenal. Ponzi Pinot Blanc was delicious for a reasonably priced wine. We started with the best beef carpaccio Ive ever had, moved into a beet salad with a filo wrapped chevre and our two entrees were filet mignon with mushrooms and the pork with a chicharron cake. Sooo unbelievably good, I definitely see why this place is always booked- fantastic!!!!

We had the pleasure of celebrating my wifes birthday here. The food was incredible and the service was top notch. Our favorite dish was the scallops over a crab risotto, the scallops were cooked perfectly but the crab risotto was the star of the show. We will definitely be back cocktails and dessert were wonderful as well.

Celebrating the life of Mr. Bourdain, I found myself stopping in at Ariana without a reservation. I’m so glad I was lucky enough to be offered a table outside in somewhat inclement weather, as the bar was full. service was spectacular: knowledgeable, approachable, and efficient.Carpaccio was some of the best I’ve had as far as quality with a classic horseradish sauce (but it’s been a while and so it may have been my length of time from last venture that made me romanticize this serving)Sunchoke soup was interesting and something different, prepared with cream.Rabbit was a slight bit salty, but well prepared. More cream (basil cream?accompanied this dish with some fingerlings and healthy amounts of parsley and peas.Final course was a “deconstructed” parfait. Passion fruit cues paired surprisingly well with espresso cream and merengue.Cocktail was ok, wine was excellently chosen and delicious, the Sauternes with dessert was as expected.This restaurant is really a lovely treat in Bend.

A fabulous dining experience. The service was outstanding. The food was creative, with wonderfully varied, subtle tastes. The serving sizes were appropriately sized, not too large. The calamari was wonderful, served Sicilian style, not breaded. Although not a vegetarian, I tried a wonderful cauliflower steak for my entree, and it was great with just a hint of chile spice. The Greek yogurt cheese cake was exquisite. All told, a memorable dinner. We will definitely return!
