Argentino in Ljubljana

The meat in the burger and sweet potato was delicious. The service was excellent and professional, also then ambience inside and outside is very pleasant and nicely decorated. I recommend!

Overpriced.For a restaurant that calls themselves a steakhouse, the steak was pretty bad. We ordered our steak to be rare, but what we have received was something between medium and well done. Also, the strak was pretty thin, so maybe thats why it was overcooked. We also ordered a dish that included chicken wings and another piece pf steak. The chicken wings were dry as hell, and the steak that came with them was stiff. Other than that I was okay, the wine was tasty and also cant complain about dessert.Would probably never visit again, because overpriced. I wouldnt want to waste that much money on a mediocre meal.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was denied service due to place being overcrowded. No steak for me, one star for you. Never again.

Not my choice for next dinner...pork ribs eas good, hamburger was horrible.prices are high.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the waiter that we had on 16 of April 2022 around 2015. He was amazing. He payed such great attention to detail and provided us with honest and true options from the food to the drinks. He had a great approach to taking care of his customers. Everyones food was amazing. Top notch chef and staff.We will definitely make this a spot to enjoy.

We were in Argentino extremely disappointed a few days ago. Occupied were only two tables. We have been seated by personal near the fireplace... And waiting to be served...and waiting... Three employee walking around for 25 minutes... Nobody ask us even for drink....I think this was the last time I have visited and recommend this restaurant to somebody, I have been in this restaurant a few times a year, with frienda and businesses partners... Now I will go definitely somewhere else.

One of the best steak places I have been to, ever. Food was delicious, prices are a bit on the high end but it is worth every penny. Service is also on the high level. There is free parking in front. Menu is not too big which is usually the sign of a good restaurant. Definitively highly recommended!

High quality steak restaurant in the outskirts of Ljubljana (price goes with the quality), walking distance from Radison Blu. The waiter was very kind and professional. I recommend the carpaccio starter then gaucho steak (medium). It was tender, juicy and rich in flavor. The building inside provide a special atmosphere. In winter try to get a table next to the fire place. Summer time the terrace is fantastic.

They always have great beef steaks to offer... and perfect Crème brûlée as well! 👌

High quality meat! Very tasty. Also gin tonic was nice. However for highly rated restaurant they should work on professionalism of their staff. We ordered a plate of 4 steaks and would actually appreciate to be told which steak is which. Also they could be a bit nicer and not try to make you feel like they are doing you a favour when they serve you.

Argentino is a nice, cozy and classy restaurant, especially good choice for steaks 👍+ I ate grilled salmon (tasty 👍but you should definitely go with some steaks;+ atmosphere is cool, very neat place;+ friendly and relaxed staff;+- prices are normal (for Ljubljanaor maybe too high on some things;- parking there is a nightmare.All in all good experience, I will surely wisit Argentino some other time as well ...

We were quite disappointed with our order. It was average, vegetables came out cold. The meat meh, we ordered medium but it was to rare for our taste and gummy too. Not coming back sorry.

Pleasant ambience, stylishly decorated. Soft and juicy steak BIFE LOMO 600g, excellent grilled vegetables. The house wine recommended by the waiter did not convince me. Slightly overpaid.

Surprisingly good. Much more than a place to eat by the mall.However, as in most restaurants here, there is no check on passes and personnel does not wear masks.

Nice ambient, lots of greens, but food is average, a little problems also with the service because lack of stuff / Corona fault. Steaks are good, but not worth the price. If you want a quick snack order a burger, which is nothing special, the bread was too soak.. Because of ambient and greens 3/5 stars.

I ordered a medium stake and the stake I got was far from medium some parts were rear some well done it was unseasoned and had no crust for the price they ask I would expect an amazing stake do not recommend

As always, they make perfect steaks. If you really want to go out and eat something special, this place will not let you down. Very professional staff.

Conveniently located for daily commute in Ljubljana BTC commercial district, lots of parking, spacious facilities with three inside and three outside ambients, lovely garden, bar and lounge areas, friendly stuff, ideal for daily meetings and business lunches, open kitchen with Argentine grill and cuts, lovely selection of Malbecs and other wines..good to visit in all seasons...one of my top daily picks in Ljubljana...

Great food, servings big enough to satiate a man, really good tastes and presentation. Kind and attentive staff, moderate prices. Parking space can be difficult to find in lunch time.

Still the best steak house in my opinion. I mean, you can get similar quality of food also in other places, but here the ambient is simply the best. The staff is always great. It is spacious, you dont have a feeling of being crumped. And you can reserve for a group and place the tables near the fire place and have them ignite the real old fashioned fire place.

Good service, great food. Had venison with struklji (homemade rolls with skuta - cottage cheese strain). Coffe up to standards, great ambiance next to a biggest shopping center BTC. easy parking.

Best service in whole of Slovenia. I just ordered a beer which was served with refrigerated glasses, along with water served with ice cubes, peanuts and small bread/ pizza slices. Its the small details like this which really count! Its relatively cheap compared to most bars in Slovenia. They have a good atmosphere and really good music is played. Highly recommended if you want to go for a drink with friends.

We were there on Saturday and day had daily menu with various different choices, vegeterian too. Didnt try the stakes but the rest of the food is delicious and have decent price.

Went there with my girl. Very nice and good restaurant. Staff there is great and nice. Restaurant is expensive if you eat steak and beefsteak,... But it is OK.Was here 4 times already, all 4 times was very good.

It was our first visit in Argentino restaurant, and it was excellent experience for all meat and wine lovers. Service was great, the waiter Borut was amazing. His suggestion was perfect, he knew exactly what goes with what. We recommend it for everyone who wants to eat well and in style. We are definitely coming back. 😊 Marko in Alenka

Poor service, mediocre food, overpriced.Do not repeat my mistake and order something non-steak. I had the ribs and was sorely disappointed. My girlfriend had the sense to order steak which was ok, but nothing to write home about. There are much better options in the same price range in Ljubljana. Both our sides were cold. The service was atrocious. We had to go search for a waiter and drag him to our table to get more wine. Ditto for getting the bill. I would understand if they were packed to the last table, but there were more staff than dinners that night. The location (a shopping mall spread over multiple hallsis horrible, but at least its easy to find a parking spot. Will not be returning.

Service and ambient is nice and good. But meat was hard like rubber. Gristly meat.
