Arena Space Hotel in As Salt

Very nice hotel and the team of staff are better than many hotel staff around the world. I used to think that the Ritz Carlton staff are the best around the world but I found out that the Arena Space Hotel Staff are as good as the Ritz Carlton staff.I must raise the hat for the management of this hotel as I feel proud to see such seven stars service in this four star hotel. Well done!One other thing I must talk about:One of the party guests misplaced his smart phone in a meeting room. An hour later, he went asking about it and found it waiting for him at the hotel reception. What a feeling !The hotel reception staff also told us that they also found car keys that are misplaced and if anyone in our party misplaced his car keys, he can check with the reception!Overall, the hotel is unique and I would recommend it to other people easily.

Rooms are ok

The First room assigned was very bad, with not very clean moquette and old accessories and bathroom; the second almost acceptable but not at 4 stars level hotel. Fortunately only One dinner was included in our booking, very poor, not good; always water extra charge; breakfast for sweet food very poor and Bakery always not fresh. Origini tour operator booked for us this hotel, i suggest to change considering the price of journey

Kind stuff and clean area

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.We had booked this hotel via Expedia over 2 months ago for travel arrival today 22/6.As an international traveler from Sydney I followed up my reservation with a phone call the week prior and this was confirmed with reception that my hotel booking was in their reservation. He even confirmed it was an Expedia booking! I was travelling with a party of 5 rooms who advised that they had received notification in the last 24-48hrs they were not holding their reservations, even those who had booked and paid via Flight Centre travel agents( they are trying to get their refund while now trying to pay for another hotel booking)Imagine my surprise when I called the hotel again the evening I was departing Australia to be told by the hotel they didn’t have my booking. No notification, email to advise the cancellation just a poor snarly attitude from a receptionist saying they didn’t have my booking and a follow up message to my note saying “as we mentioned before we are fully booked”They have obviously “overbooked” the hotel and automatically cancelled genuine bookings. After a 14 hrs flight, we had to regroup and quickly find alternative accommodation in Amman.If I could give Arena Space Hotel a ZERO I would. They should be removed from Expedia/Booking.com. platform for false advertising of their room availability which we have booked in good faith. I will also follow up with Expedia (who even confirmed my reservation arrival today)A disappointment to what was meant to be the start of a wonderful experience. We will definitely enjoy what Amman has to offer and this 0 star rating for Arena Space reflects the type of poor hospitality you will receive.

I will give five stars to the bars on the pool as I just had drinks there only I didnt stay at hotel, I advice to go stortic bar its very nice

Stayed here on two occasions . First time the room was dirty and the shower didn’t work . Fire escape steps are filthy with trays of dirty glasses and plates . Fire escape blocked with furnitureSecond stay there was a party in the room opposite . Load music , shouting , clapping and smoking . Still going as I write at 3.30 am despite knocking on the door at 1 am and 3 am asking them to be quiet . Don’t stay here .

The hotel is nice but the gate keepers are hostile and unfriendly for guests and dont allow them to park their cars in the hotel parking lot

Worst experience ever I stayed there for 14 days1. Noises even at 2, 3, or even 4 am because they stay more than 40 mins to fill the water the sound comes from the big water tank and generators2. The food for the breakfast every single day the same and with many tasteless and old food especially the rice and the fried potatoes3. The staff are helpful and friendly but the facilities are terriblesometimes no water, others no hot water..4. Smell from the smokes and cigarettes comes everyday to our room although the window was closed.I won’t recommend it to anyoneThey need to fix many issues

I lost an expensive necklace that I put in my suitcase. Even the key chain in the suitcase was lost when the bellboy brought it from the bus to the hotel. It happened around June 2019. I just realized that I lost it after I arrived in Indonesia. Really bad service, it must be evaluated the honesty of its employees.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! They would be lucky if they earn 2 stars. They are super friendly and nice! But unfortunately the rooms are disgusting, the fridge isn’t working nor it’s clean. I had to use my disinfecting wipes to clean the surfaces. I had to cover the chair with towels to set on it, and had to buy my own bed cover to be able to sleep. The only thing that is 4-stars in this hotel is the staff members.

Rooms were good and tidy, plugs were in strange places. Porters were extremely helpful. Lifts were fast hallways were tidy. Food and food selection was not great and there seemed to be smoking smells wafting in from different designated areas arround the hotel.

Even 1 star is very much for this place. When you say it is cold inside can you turn on the heater, they show the blanket to you. Think four times just before coming here.

My husband and I stayed here for one week. Its the only hotel weve stayed at in Amman, so we dont have much to compare it to. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was sufficient and the employees were very kind and responsive. We had no issues here and the location is convenient (there is a small corner store close by and many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a carrefour). They also do currency exchange at the front desk, which is convenient. We did not utilize the pool or other facilities, so I cannot comment on those.

Its a good hotel,nothing exceptional though,but for the price its one of the best out there in Amman

Visited the pool only. Loud women, loud music, crowded. For 12 jds Id at least expect quietness, not a full on party throughout the day with tasteless music (in my opinion)

Room are big you have ur personal space toilets are ight the AC wasnt working so that was the only bad thing everything else is good

It`s a good hotel to stay in,it does`t fit for families or children or couples maybe for business trips or school camps. The food isn`t that good it`s normal but the treatment and the staff are very nice and helpfull.

It wasnt a good experience, the hotel 🏨 is old, it needs to renew, the entrance isnt suitable for disabled because the stairs are more than 2 meters high, serve in cafe was bad, housekeeping was good, reception employees have medium experience in their job, the restaurant 🍴 food was about 50%. Parking is available.

Average comfort levels. Mattress too soft. No exhausting facility at bath, TV doesnt work, have to ask for daily quota of 500ml of water. Breakfast is good.

Worse hotel I have ever been in.At first it seemed like a nice hotel with everything in good condition, but awful clients. They were eating seeds and throwing garbage everywhere, extremely noisy, they were staying with their doors open, and shouting at each other continously every single day, until 3AM.And this was not an isolated incident, we were a group of 12, with 6 rooms, and they all had the same awful experience, everywhere in the hotel there where people like that. I think they were patient families and patients from the nearby hospital.The staff did not do absolutely anything to stop them.I stayed for 4 nights and it was a disappointing and kinda scary experience!

Room was clean, had all the basic amenities. Ran out of toilet paper on the second day, and the housekeeper didnt replace it while cleaning the room. The morning buffet was awful: limited selection, and all the food was instant or otherwise unappetizing.
