Best place ever, best bar and many thanks to Mandar

For tine after time the service is at its worst this is not my first experiwnce with the place. Though the staff are very friendly and nice yet most of them are not well trained, they dont pay attention to the guest for orders, many times they f9rget the orders and you have to reorder your food again after its been alrwady late for 30 to 45 minutes because they forgot. Plus they are very slow.

Areia Beach Bar and Grill was simply the best day spent by me and my family in Dubai. Everything was perfect! From the private beach, pool area and staff. Everything is very well organized, everything is beautiful. The place is simply sensational. The food is super well prepared and the taste is wonderful.If you have the opportunity to visit Dubai, please make sure you spend a day at the DoubleTree by Hilton, namely the Areia Beach Bar and Grill... you wont regret it.

Wir haben "Crispy chicken strips with honey mustard vinaigrette" bestellt. Nach über 40 Minuten kriegten wir hart frittierte Pouletstückchen mit Mayonaise und schlabbrigen, ungeniessbaren Pommes. 24.12.2021 / 16 UhrNichts von knusprigen Chicken Steips oder Honigsauce und das für stolze 12 Euro.Finger weg von dieser Bar!

Bar right on the beach with a infinity swimming pool, that was a wow! Good view and a very happening place. Food (particularly the buffalo wingswas good. Service was excellent.The only complain was the bar forgot to return my friends ID used to open a tab. While paying the ID was left there and he had to go the next day to get it ... and there was no apology, no "feelings" for a guest who had to drive all the way back! It was made to look like its my friends fault to have forgotten. That did not auger well.

Не рекомендую. Официанты не внимательные, все медлено. Никто не заинтересован в тебе как в клиенте. Чтобы что-то попросить или заказать нужно бегать и искать сотруднико. Не разу не дали пепельницу сами, хотя видели не однократно, что курим. В один из дней, когда мы прожили в отеле уже неделю, там сообщили, что они бояться, что мы не оплатим заказ, потому что все время платили на месте. И попросили перед заказом еды оплатить напитки. Что вообще за не уважение гостей? А это 5 звёзд, дорогой отель.... никогда больше сюда не вернусь.

We enjoyed the beach and pool so much! The infinity pool overlooking the beach was breathtaking. It was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. The beach area was my favourite, as it has many seating areas including chaise longues and cabanas perfect for small groups that like to soak in the sun! The beach was big, and even though it was full, we didn’t feel it❤️

Pool was amazing. Super big and spacious. The view is breathtaking. Definitely coming back for a pool day and some bites with my friends.

The pizza and burgers were amazing! Tried their poke bowls too, healthy and deliciousThe drinks tasted nice and service was excellent! Daycation well spent

Completely overstretched staff, waiting times are ridiculous

The food was nice but everything was super slow. Took 40 minutes until I got my drinks and another 20 minutes after that until my drink came. Simply unacceptable.

Great setting, but massively understaffed.

Its nice, but we thought it was not by the pool of a hotel.

The food is ok, the view is good and the location. The dissapointment was on the staff, they are nice but they are very short of staff. To order a drink or food last forever if you don’t go to the bar. The prepation time for a salad took about 1 hour or more. The coffee need some real improvement, is not worth the price.

Very bad customer service. The guy who makes shisha called Rady is clueless and extremely rude. Stay away and avoid these amateurs

I am in this place now where I used to spend every weekend now it’s very bad staff are very rude service very bad I ordered beef burger they bring veggie burger and when I said this is not my order he told me eat this it’s better!! I asked to speak to manager many times but no response so far it’s very bad experience will not come here anymore.

Amazing place to chill out and have a greay day with friends between good food and drinks, as i did. Service so cool, i remember Shankar it was the name of the waiter, really warm people. Just a nice vibe. Just exactly what i needed

Avoid this place, the pool is so dirty, staff are so not nice, the beach is the JBR public beach and there’s no private beach for the hotel, the music by the pool is sooo awful! And the pool access is so overpriced! The food also is the worst, it should be grilled but it’s heated instead, the salad was sucks and old,We had a coupon from group o and when we wanted to redeem it and order the staff ignored us and treated us so badly and asked us to send them the voucher through email rudely before they even listen to us!!The toilets are also so disgusting and dirty!Doesn’t even deserve a one star.
