Ainoa miinus on Tunturi Tuote shop, jonka myyjä varmasti karkottaa kaikki asiakkaat, ilkeällä asenteellaan ja joka poliisina kieltää käyttämästä puhelinta ja jos käytät niin hän pakottaa näyttämään puhelimesta ettei liikkeestä ole otettu kuvia.

Určitě stojí navštívit, ale pokud nejsi fanda Santy asi o ničem. Lehce kýčovité, ale někdo to rád. Ráno a dopoledne docela málo lidí.

Best spot ever because the Information Host was a multilingual gentleman from France. He could speak French, Finnish, and English. He showed as much interest in us as we in him. He even asked to take a picture with us! His dream is to come to the United States some day. About the Arctic Circle Information they have a great map and give very detailed directions on where to locate the exact spot to enter the Arctic Circle. The hosts are friendly and want to help you in any way they can, just ask.

Good place to see first to know the roght places to be. Very nice stuff

Must visit with children while they believe in Santa!We were in beging of March - not crowdy, queue to visit Santa only 10-15 minutes.

I went to there during Xmas. It is full of people. But info desk people is super nice. They answered all the questions and also give me advices for activities. They also offer the certificate and activities booking. Very very helpful.

Information centerなのに開業時間は遅く閉店時間が早いです。つまりTravel information centerとして全く機能していません。控えめに言って旅行者にとって一番大事なのは駆け込み場所があることで、それを提供していない時点で、控えめに言って無価値です。

Terrible service. The staff were very rude and yelling at the customers because they were not leaving immediately after finishing the food. The food were very salty. The sanitary conditions were the worst part, e.g. people clean the table themselves, no sterilisation at all during the different customers and during the day. No sterilisation available on the entrance.

A must-see place in Rovaniemi. There are lots of souvenir shops about Roveniemi, Santa and arctic circle. A different experience!

Der Polarkreis ist ein echt Netter Fotospot, wenn es nicht so viele Besucher sind.

Great Place

In einer Entfernung von ca. 8 km nördlich von Rovaniemi kreuzt die Strasse Nr. E75 nach Inari den Polarkreis. Ab dieser Breite kann in den Monaten Juni und Juli die Mitternachtssonne beobachtet werden. Hier ist auch die Trennung der Polarzone von der nördlichen gemäßigten Klimazone. Am Tag der Sommersonnenwende, am 22. Juni (wir waren einen Tag später hier), erreicht der Weg der Sonne seine größte Neigung, so dass diese auch um Mitternacht in diesen Breitengraden am Himmel steht. Bezogen auf den Polarkreis ist dieses Phänomen des Polartages nur am 22. Juni zu beobachten (allerdings nur bei klarem Himmel). In Richtung Norden nimmt die Dauer zu.

Crossed the Arctic Circle in Santa Claus Village. The village is has the Santa Claus office and post office where you can mailed postcards and letters with special post mark.

Very disappointing. I tried to contact someone to find out the opening times before I visited there last week, but received no answer, so having read other complaints, I didnt expect it to be open, and it wasnt. But no-one had even ploughed from the main road into the car park, so I couldnt even get close.Not really sure what the point of the place is if no-one ever opens-up.

더이상 여권 도장은 운영하지 않아요여권훼손으로 기념스탬은 없어졌다고 합니다시내에서 버스로 20분 정도 소요되구요 택시로 30유로 정도 줬던거 같아요북극선과 산타마을 기념품가게등 볼거리 많구요로바니에미의 머스트 씨입니다 공항에서 인접하구요주변에 스키장도 있어요 역에서도 이동이 가능합니다역 -시내-공항-산타마을순으로 버스가 운행됩니다눈길을 가르는 버스가 참 신기했어요안에 들어가시면 산타님과 사진찍는 코스도 있어요저는 로바니에미 아틱 라이트 호텔서 숙박햇어요영하 10도를 넘나드는 겨울날씨여서 정말 추워요

Awesome experience, crossing the arctic was always in our dreams in we had did it with our family! Also got the certificate ! Really amazing! You should do it too !!

It looks good but it is not very crowded, people are capturing photo at Arctic circle marking with near and dear one.I think it may looks very attractive during winter season.Most of shops are open but not too many buyers. Santa village is marketed very well.8 no. Bus is going from station to arctic circle center. It is served at the interval of 60 min.Santa express is also operating at the interval from 50 min to 120 min. Please check time table before traveling.One should visit with children to spent there some good time.

Wonderful place for taking your children to see Santa. The shops are very expensive and souvenirs are tacky. We came in August so there was no atmosphere, I would think it would be amazing if you came when they had snow.
