Restaurant staff is very kind, jolly, Humble and helpfull. Especially Vishnu and Aman

It’s actually my first time here in Bahrain, So I decided to stay at The Arch Hotel for one night then I extended one more night and met the house keeping (Rasel & ShahjahanI really much appreciated to them, I had such a great time and I’ll come there soon, Highly recommended guys

Decent and clean hotel with two good bars at the first floor "Social Monkey" and "Beats". The price is a little bit steep for the room but is clean. There is nice and quiet restaurant on the fifth floor where one can eat and watch football.

The have the worst bodyguards I wasn’t apply to get inside to see the hotel

Nice place to stay although it is little expensive and noisy. Not recommended for families.

Not for a family, too much music, night clubs, and related services!

A hotel with several nightclubs at the groundfloor . Very noisy music till 02.00 each night . The surroundings are under construction . Restaurant on 5th serve nice food . The hotel is behind the buildings om picture. Not a hotel for people who need to work each day

what makes my staying at this hotel unbearable is one guy called Ashish, he is the worst guy to put for client facing , he is really uncooperative he is so rude with customers I really had bad mode at that time after he gave me my room key I asked him to fix the internet he took 1hr after reminding him several times , i asked for ashtray he took the hole day to bring it to me i dont this attitude for me only or for all the customers i asked him can give me your manager he said he is not here !!! , really he is ruined my day and Arch legacy, I hope the managment wil do something in this regards if they are there ..... really i dont advice.. staying bad customers service bad housekeeping zero welcoming attitude....bad days for me

Even Yesterday I was there. It is nice , clean and logical prices in all floors.During the weekend, the hotel needs more janitorial labor to cover the crowd in all bathrooms especially the Thai Bar and Ground floor Bar.Generally, I like the cleaning facilities there.

Very dirty! The rooms are amazing and spacious. The lobby and corridors are amazing but the facilities are dirty. There is a problem with cleaning here.For example room corridors you can see food left on the ground from the room service for entire day no one is picking it up.The pool is a disaster. No one is cleaning it , cigarettes on the ground and beer bottles and murky water. Thats so sad!

I am staying here for 3 nights, tonight was my first.Romilyn from reception is more than fabulous, the hotel offered my a complimentary upgrade to the next tier, which is fantastic, I really appreciated this wonderful gesture. I recommend that you look out for her, she truly is perfection in a human form!The room is clean and in excellent condition. the bathroom is spacious and everything was clean and in mint condition. The car park is spacious and lovely, your car is more than safe here, Great job!However here comes the bad news1- You will not be able to sleep at night. I can hear the bass shaking the window of my room on the 9th floor. There is an afterparty everyday until 6 AM and its by the third party company, and according to the reception person Ive spoken to (at 4AMhe said there is nothing that can be done about it, I have to accept it and go to bed. Thats quiet sad because sleep is the most important thing. Given that I cant get my refund from Booking.com I have to wait everyday till it is 6 AM and once the party is over I can go to bed in peace.2- The pool is very small and the area is not well looked after. The chairs are not organized and the walls around the pool have pictures of alcohol vendors, I dont understand if this is some advertisment but It really does not look professional since the hotel floors and rooms are really beautiful!3- No travel kits (bath gel, shampoo or dental kitsin the bathroom, perhaps you are expected to bring yours with you.4- The room service will never pick up the phone. I wanted to have the Arch burger, yet I kept calling for close to 15min at 2:30 AM but no one is handling my phone calls, I ended up ordering from Talabat which got me my food in less than 20 minutes.

Hotel staff are fantastic, receptionist was really helpful and nice.The room was big, clean and comfortable, the location is great with some good nightlife around.The pool was a little disappointing but due to the recent global situation I can let that slide this time.Location and price make this a good option.Thank you Arch Hotel

Nice hotel, but the pool is closed, some if the equipment in the gym.doesnt work and 70% of the food items on the menu are missing.The menu is expensive for its quality and nondiscounts on offer for the reduced service and menu.Reception and cleaning staff are amazingly friendly.I would try to stay again outside of Ramadan as all the local bars which are a few are closed

Stayed very recently and was very comfortable. The hotel is very new in the Juffair area, Clean and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean gave me comfort of mind in this times of Covid. There is also outdoor sitting restaurant at pool side.Service and staff superb right from reception to food serving staff 👍

The room was big and clean.There is allot of good places to go in this hotel, and the neighborhood.Breakfast was ok, but the choice was very limited.

Staw AwayIf you have a family you MUST stay away. Thanks god it was only 1 night.The hotel is sooo noisy with lots of awful things that you will hate to seeThe noise is all the night. Beside that even though I asked for non-smoking room we still got a room full of smoking smell.I still dont know how did this hotel got 4 stars!

Comfortable rooms and very hospitable staff.

Rooms are good ,new hotel so you can feel the freshness.Restaurants are not up to the mark, breakfast are average.

Food was good. Hotel was clean. Stayed 3 nights. First night no hot water. Second night variable hot water, scalding to cold every 15-20 seconds. Third night, no hot water again. In a nutshell, hotel turned hot water back on, 1 hour later I had almost hot water.

Even though the shamboo and conditioner in the bathroom wasnt great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff was second to none, i will certainly be staying here again...

The staff generally are worn and welcoming. The location is safe and suitable to family. The massage services is the best with no fishy stuff. Bracket fast was ok but not a wow. The room was clean and quiet. The 4 night clubs are a bonus.The staff generally need some training. The reception check in was really not standard and they failed on getting my acceptance. The reception asked to hold my passport during my stay which is illegal. They also didnt block extra money to cover any extra service I may need as usual. Needed to pay on the spot every time I needed something.Also the reception shared some instructions which made me uncomfortable. He instructed that my booking was solo. And if I bring any one during the night I need to share their information and pay additional charges. Just didnt feel ok to me yet was obvious already.

The Place was so good to stay, I like the breakfast buffet, specially mr Vipul who was so helpful and and cooperative,I recommend it for solo stay.reciption also was good specially jitendra.
