I took a group of 10 seniors, and we had a great experience. Service was quick. The employees were helpful. And the food was excellent!

Food was terrible. Whoever runs the fryer needs to pay attention. Chicken tenders fries cheese sticks all burn and all you can taste is burnt taste. Waste of money!

Very friendly staff great food

Went after a game and sat in line 10 minutes. Got to the speaker and then nobody said anything until we said hello after a few minutes. We then sat there another 10 to 12 minutes and ended up driving off while 2 cars were behind us and 1 at the pickup window.

weird female employees 😂 I stopped by to purchase a drink and to use the bathroom and got mugged all the way through the door.. Im guessing the girl with blonde dye in her hair was the manager.. she then came in the bathroom to peek through the stall to see if I was really using it .. just WEIRD.

Decided to give them a shot when a coworker and I needed a filling quick meal. They were running a special 4 beef for $10. Decided to added large fries and two cups of cheddar on the side. We were starving. The service was pleasant at the window but as odd as it sounds the food was prepared and given to me way too quickly. Figured once I got back, we would be eating food that had been made up to 30-1hour prior sitting under a heating lamp. Way too fast of service for FRESH. It was way worse than I had imagined by the time I got our food back. Every item was COLD! And look at the amount of cheddar cheese they are pushing on people. Take a good look. Each cup with this amount (about 1/4 the cup was (.60each! In this blue economy - that’s not going to fly. Won’t be back. First and last chance.

Fish was not worth the money or time spent to get it.

08/13/2022: Very Slow Service Today. New kid would rather be on the fryer than register. 07/07/2022: Fantastic Health Score::200. Asst. Mgr., DeMario Roman 2as great and the preparers of my Roast Beef and Cheddar with Jalapenos, Jalapeno Poppers, Small Crinkle Fries did a Fantastic Job. I had watched a very old man in front 9f me yell and berate DeMario and DeMario was exceptionally kind to him through the entire yelling episode. I was there. DeMario did NOTHING wrong and was very courteous to this man apparently with no hearing. DeMario had told him they would call his name when his order was ready. He went on and on about how he was supposed to know when his order was ready. When I stepped up the man was beside me. I told DeMario that had been the scene every where I had been the entire day. Looking at the man I told DeMario it must be Grumpy Thursday and I knew DeMario had done nothing wrong and was Too kind. When I was upper level at any restaurant or retail establishment the customer was always right until they abused an employee or another customer and then they were escorted out. At this Arbys the staff is great, the unit is clean and the food 8s great except for EXTREMELY High Sodium levels. 05/01/2022: Clean, every few minutes someone was out with sanitizer wiping down tables. New Crinkle Fries are Very Good. Did not see Health Score as they keep it in drive through but last week I believe it was 100. Staff was well mannered and kind and had good hygiene. Double Roast Beef with Jalapenos and Swiss Cheese was very good once I added Arbys Sauce and Horseradish Sauce. Otherwise, Dry. All burgers and sandwiches are dry without something on them. Arbys Horseradish Sauce is basically Mayo as it has No Kick. Unfortunately, like most FF and Chain Restaurants, all sauces are loaded with High Fructose Corn Syrup unless they serve Kens or Maries sauces and Dressings. I love Arbys Poppers because they use Cream Cheese instead of Yellow Cheese. I like yellow cheese but Not in my Poppers. Last review I just bought the cream cheese poppers and orange creme drink. The mozzarella cheese sticks are the best fro a FF place. Excellent.

I believe you could find more friendly people in prison. You work a service job and no one made you do it. No one there cares and it shows. Go somewhere else. I love Arbys, but will never go back to this one.

Disappointed in the service attitude of some of the staff. Not appreciative of the customer, especially when delivering my food to my table. Staff needs to be trained better.

Please help me understand how you have 3 gyro options, Greek, Roast Beef and Turkey. I have been ordering it for my husband for weeks now. But tonight, I am told there are only 2 options. Rather crass, no explantion. My husband said, I have been here many times and got the greek gyro. Yet the guy behind the counter could have said, we are out of the "greek meat", but he chose to be a robot, look over the top of us and acted like we were crazy for requesting the "Greek" Gyro, clearly on the menu. I love this Arbys. There is generally no issues here. But this is highly unsual and if there was a menu change, or out of stock, couldnt that have been said? We are sorry, we only have these 2 types of meat. What is wrong with just being truthful? I am not trying to split hairs and this Arbys will not lose my business, but for this trip, they deserve one star for customer service.

Love the food but I just wish they stayed open longer.

The place was filthy. The condiments dispenser had a thick layer of dust and grime. It really made me question what was on the inside. The floor was sticky and nasty.

Waited at the speaker, no greeting for several minutes then got snippy when I said hello. Service was so slow I almost left. About 3 cars ahead of me and took forever. At least the order was right and tasted good.

Chicken salad sandwich is pretty good. Lemonade was not so good.

Very personable staff, the few people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Something youd expect from a Chickfila or Culvers. Food was great and very fresh! Definitely recommend this location!

Passing through Georgia on way back home and they refused to give $1 Happy Time at 4:59 P.M. Last time I checked it ended at 5PM. What can I expect from people who are overworked and not paid enough and smoke reefers all day.

Well this location is actually pretty good. Cool staff and my food was fresh. I swear there new fish sandwich on Hawaiian bread definitely left a good impression on my taste 😋 buds. Yall just gotta try it

Was able to sit inside. They were pretty fast in getting our food. My husband got the gyro skimpy on the meat, upset his stomach. I liked my chicken wrap. A quick snack before going to the movies.

Stay Away From This Location Because They Will Not Give Your Change Back!!!!! The Cashier Jacob Never Gave Me My $6 Change Then Got Someone From The Back That Was Very Unprofessional And Rude And They Both Were Trying To Fight Me For MY OWN $6. I Know Its Not Much But Stealing Peoples Change Is Not Okay. Just Ask For Tips Instead Of Wanting FREE Money ! I Would Love For Whoever Owns This Location To Watch The Cameras And SHOW Me Where He Supposedly Gave Me My Change. Honestly They Need To Drug Test Them Folks Because They Were Probably All Drugged Up Atleast Thats What It Seemed Like And Thats Why The Swore They Gave Me My Change. Literally Just Wasted $20 Dollars Here Because I Had To Throw The Food Away Because Them People Look Like They Dont Even Wash Their Hands Also.

Friday night date with my wife and decided on fast food before a movie. Arbys was fast and the meals are what we expected but the crinkle cut fries were cold??

Cannot complete the simplest order correctly. Ordered a Reuben with meat on the side. A normal Reuben, just without the meat on it. 1st attempt, we got turkey on bread. Nothing else. 2nd attempt, husband went inside and explained to 2 different employees how to make a reuben without the meat. We got home with a piece of bread with sauce on it and cold cheese! I usually always check drive thru food before going home but figured with 2 employees working on it, it would be right!

Stopped in after a few days under the weather. You know, the days you dont want to put anything too heavy on your tummy but you have to eat something. Had the best experience Ive ever had at an Arbys. The staff appeared to be mid to late teens, all young gentlemen, who had personality plus and excellent service. And I mean excellent! Placing my order you could hear their smiles through the box. Pulling up to the window, the guys had a rhythm down and you could tell they were a solid team. Everyone had a specific job and they did it with a smile and just great attitudes. Everyone of them interacted with us while our order was being prepared. My friend and I were smiling long after we drove off. With the pandemic and restaurants finding it hard to get staff, it was refreshing to find such a happy, friendly, committed team. And for fast food no doubt! I hope this Arbys can hang on to these gentlemen. Ill go back based off this one experience alone. Not to mention the food was fresh and hot. However, spolier alert, Arbys has discontinued potato cakes. Please bring them back!

I normally love arbys but the attitudes of the workers has just gone down hill. I understand that the pandemic really took a toll on them and that’s completely fine I can easily get over that. But I would like to have my order look at least similar to the advertised menu picture. I definitely didn’t ask for a side of cheese on this sandwich.this is what it looked like when I opened it.

The boy taking our order had a TERRIBLE attitude... that tone should NEVER be used in a place of business. It took 20 minutes for them to bring our food out. If there even was a manager on duty, they clearly were not running the store. I have both worked and managed fast food in the past, and every bit of this experience was entirely unacceptable. To top it off, after all that- the food wasnt even hot and fresh.

We dined in and they had no fountain drinks and no condiments available for dine in customers. I got a chicken ranch sandwich and it was two chicken tenders. It’s by far the worst Arby’s I’ve been to. Thats also probably why we were the only customers there. It’s too bad.

Restaurant is usually fine. Very consistently closed in the evenings for a while now off of what the published hours are. Should consider changing the hours if staff cannot be hired. Would help with customer expectations.

Had to try the boneless wings(nuggets). Tried both flavors. Not bad. Plenty saucy which was nice. Probably what I will get when we have to go here to get my kid roast beefs.

Staff of young men with no obvious manager present. The order taker spoke in monotone, so quietly he couldnt be heard. The drive thru cashier was fooling around. Kitchen dirty with food on floor. Dozens of receipts strewn all over the counter. No ice, no tea, and non functional drink station. Very sad restaurant ambiance. Food was good, hot and tasty.

If they had taken the time to get the orders correct I would have scored them 4-5 stars but food missing and wrong flavors

Food is all right, when you get what order which seems to be more and more infrequently. This Arbys is way too chintzy on sauces, providing a single packet for each sandwich, and has failed to provide the Bronco Berry sauce the last several trips - even when reminding them during the order.

Food was fine but I was the only person in line, decided I would add a roast beef sandwich and they said I would have to drive back around. I chose to go to chic fila next door

Despite the misspelled sign on the door ("Drive-thru closed sorry for the inconvience"), the food was good. We were missing an item, and had to return to the drive-thru to get it fixed which is inconvenient. They did overcompensate by giving us two of the missing item.

I Placed an online order to pick up... 30 minutes later showed up to pick it up and it wasnt ready! It was night time, all the outside lights were OFF! Even the order screen... they looked like they were closed! When I asked if they knew theyre outside lights were off, they didnt answer me. They just turned them on then I had to sit and wait 10mins to get the food I ordered 30 minutes before I even got there. And I showed up after my estimated pickup time. They proceeded to tell me the order had just popped up on their screen when I pulled up.... I think they want to get paid not to work. Wth is going on here. This was on Monday 7/19/2021 night at 9:25pm. The only reason I gave three stars is because this is the first time Ive had this problem here and the food is always good. Two young girls that dont want to work is going to ruin this location reviews. Ive done fast food plenty in my life... theres never an excuse for what happened tonight

Just returned from drive thru... Ordered, amongst other items, the classic RB which is 2 for $6. Got home to find they charged me $3.99 each and when I tried to call, nobody answers the phone! I have tried calling at least 3x over the past 30min. Ridiculous!!

Was really craving a chicken sandwich and stopped by Arby’s to give it a try. Drive thru service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was more than I expected. The portion of the salad in the sandwich was very good for the price. The bread they use was soft and perfect for the salad. I would like for the celery to be chopped in smaller pieces because they were kind of big bites. Other than that, I would definitely buy my pecan chicken sandwich from here again.

Love the fish sandwiches they offer during Lent! So much better than other food offerings. Quick and polite service through the drive through.

Service is always snappy, Im in and out in less than five minutes pretty consistently, and thats ordering different sandwhiches every time. Very convenient to stop for lunch, and unlike a lot of fast food places Ive NEVER seen an employee at this arbys without a mask on properly.

Fast-food places usually get a bad rap, and rightfully so. This particular Arbys DEFINITELY goes against the grain. The employees are always pleasant, no attitude. Ive actually gotten to the point where I dont even double-check my order before leaving the Drive-Thru anymore. Seriously!

I think they misplaced our order and were doing the drive outs as a priority. Waited for our order between 10 and 15 minutes. I went up to counter and complained. That is when they started to work on our order. It was for 2 regular roast beef sanwiches and curly fries.

Friendly staff, order is always accurate and exactly what we asked for, and conveniently located. We hadnt had Arbys in quite a while, and I found myself wanting their roast beef. This location exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Came in around 9 pm. Our order was accurate, freshly made, and served warm. The staff was helpful and kind. The store was clean, and spacious. Great experience.

You must stop for the curly fries and quick drive thru service! I admit after laboring in a long slow line at a nearby competitor, I found this location to be superb in quality and service! I now save those coupons that come in the mail so I can get a bargain when I buy my Classic Roast Beef Sandwich.

Arbys has upped their game recently. If you havent been to one of their refreshed stores, its worth giving them a try. The food is better than it used to be. The variety is pretty wide for a fast food restaurant. The turnovers are a nice treat. I would still skip the roast beef as it really is more like sandwich meat. But, the Rueben is a good, large sandwich. The gyros are true to their name. The stores are clean and parking is available.

Tastes good, over priced, but theyve got the meats. This location is decent. Usually clean areas, nice quick staff, good customer service. When its not rushed, everything is super quick & hot. Only con: when it gets busy, they get a little swamped since theyre usually understaffed by 1-2 people to be busy. Still a good place to stop.
