I order online they tell me my order not there there nonthing they can do but they charge my credit card So now I gotta wait to get a refund so then I go to the drive-through order my food I get all the way home 20 minutes away and I don’t have the right food in the bag So now to drive 20 minutes back to Arby’s no I don’t think so this was my first and last time going there need to have more order In that place And they need to listen to peoples orders

This Arbys is great, just recently started eating lunch here sometimes and it may well have turned me into a regular.

Cookie wasnt freshly baked and warm like advertised. Staff wasnt friendly. Wrap was good.

I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone, extremely rude employees after myself and another person waited 15 minutes for our orders after multiple people who ordered after us had gotten there food and finished eating we asked about our orders the fry cook got extremely rude saying we need to wait there short staffed only to find out they hadnt put our order in after getting an attitude with us,shoulda got my money back and went somewhere else that has actually customer service ill share my experience with everyone I know in the area,completely pathetic excuse for a fast food establishment to have terrible employees and talk back when its there fault.

Very rude, barely acknowledged me when I asked questions about my order. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

I have hair all in my food and they will not answer their phone. They arent going like my visit back to their establishment....

Not sure how Arbys runs out of roast beef, but they did and it was going to be about 30 minutes to finish cooking the next batch. Drive through wasnt working either.

The food is good but the employee said they were short staffed yet they seemed to still be able to go out and hang out with no problem. Not sure if they were actually short staffed and needed a break or just making excuses for taking longer than normal.

I was scheduled to take a drug test here for pre employment only to get her to find out they didnt pay their rent and got evicted with no forwarding address or phone number

Dont waste your time: We just left this terrible establishment after requesting for our money back. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting to order. When the lady finally came across the speaker, you could tell she had an attitude. We asked for a smoked house brisket combo, and the new crinkle fries. To which she replied We could not have. Literally said no. We asked for curly, to which she replied "comes with it doesnt it". We told her we have another order, the same as the first. She reluctantly told us "fine" and we pull forward. This lady starts telling us how we dont need to be yelling "hello" at her speaker. They have other customers ahead of us and it takes time. Then proceeded to tell us its fine though. I responded to her, "I wasnt even talking to you" as she keeps getting even more angry. I said "it dont seem fine!" She told me if it wasnt fine, Id be out of her line! We asked for our money back and to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. Imagine that. We called corporate but they only wanted to give us a free meal which I turned down. Id rather never eat at another Arbys again if this is how they let their employees represent their company, and treat their customers.

Clean, friendly, with great customer service and leadership. I look forward to visiting again.

DO NOT ORDER THE LEMONADE from the Orangeburg ( near KFCArbys. I ordered on Friday, gave me an instant stomach ache. Tasted BITTER & SOUR. SOUR, as in spoiled. I tried calling the manager to let him know he needs to throw it in the trash. Phone rang sevetsl times, but no answer.

I love the double roast beef, with Arbys sauce and horsey sauce and a Jamocha shake, with whipped cream.My favorite fast food restaurant.There are 2 on Hwy. 301 in Orangeburg, SC. THEY ARE CLEAN AND STILL WEARING MASK. I THANK THEM FOR THAT.

The pecan chicken wrap was delicious but the crinkle fries were too salty and cooked a little too much.

First visit, not a big fan of Arbys but wanted to try something different. Order the crispy fish meal with cheese. The fries were fried over/over; you can tell by the color and taste. My sandwich fish wasnt fresh and came with No cheese. People dont have much money, Im unemployed. I just wish if people in service would just put a little more care and consideration about others spending their money and helping to support their place of employment

The young lady at the window has exceptional customer service skills. Every time I come to Arbys shes always pleasant and my order is always right!!!!

I ordered 2 meat meat mountain sandwiches. If I took everything off 1 and put it all on the other I still would of been shorted. Ill be calling the manager. Dont want nothing from them. But you dont cheat people.

Best Arbys I have ever been to. Very Clean!! Super Fast service. This Arbys is much better than the old one they closed in the ravel plaza.

My husband had surgery this morning and was looking forward to his first meal in 2 days. Not only did they forget our drinks twice, the slider buns were hard as rocks and he could barely eat them. We will not be going back again as this seems to be a running theme no matter what location we go to. The quality of food and customer service has gone downhill badly for the last few years. For what they charge youd think theyd put more effort into their products.

No no no. I dont no normally do fast food but I was in a hurry hungry and had many things to do. I had seen the chicken salad sandwich advertised for a few weeks so I decided to try. Dont waste your time or $5.98 on just the sandwich. The chicken is canned chicken. Yuck! It was good size however no taste and that canned chicken made it to never give it another try. Being a scratch cook just reinforced why I dont eat fast food. You be the judge. For me it was a deffinate no.

I had lunch here today and was so impressed with the cleainess and everyone was so nice. The food was fresh and hot. I will be back.

Wait was unbelievably long and then when finally got order it was incorrect so had to wait longer. When the order was being fixed due to it being incorrect the order was almost messed up again.the manager had to stop the cook from making the order wrong again.

The service was spectacular! Food was great, as expected! The design of the driveway entrance and exit was ridiculous!! You have to go around the building in the line, then completely around it again to get out of the parking lot. It was just a bit excessive.

Burnt pecans in my sandwich. Tasted a bit dry. It was more of a leafy sandwich instead of a chicken salad sandwich. They didnt cut it in half. No napkins in the bag.

Passing through from NC. A team member immediately acknowledged me and repeated my order. The restaurant was clean. We had the fish and the double stack rueban. Both were very good.

Hit or miss with this place. Either my sandwich is fresh and delicious or old and dry. Not to mention my order is typically wrong. Luckily for them sometimes theyre my only option for lunch.

Nice place. Found weave hair in curly fries. But other than that. Friendly staff. Lost a couple stars due to the obvious. The bourbon roast beef was amazing. Cleanliness was pretty good.
