Arby's in Gadsden

Good people really fresh food , very delicious better than any Arbys I have had in the past...

The Prime Rib Cheesesteak is delicious, as are the Curly Fries. This Arbys has Coke Zero; all places should have Coke Zero. For my visit today, clean store, well -stocked service items, and friendly staff. Large dining area with diverse table arrangements.

Friendly staff. And their bathrooms are the cleanest Ive ever been in.

Horrible service ask for Dr Pepper was given sprite gave it back and ask to have my Dr Pepper and was given sweet Tea food was cold and nasty fries tasted as if cooked earlier in the day. I’ll never go back.

Absolutely love the French dip and Swiss ❤️

Specials between after lunch to 5 pm are convenient for me being on the road and need a quick snack until I get home.

I was waiting on line for 45 minutes and they don’t even wear hair nets and I had some hair in my food

Why would I get a used napkin in my bag??? One of the employees had also written on it. I dont care to have a napkin laying on my food that has a note written on it and has been touched and messed with. Not very sanitary. Maybe the health dept needs to be called. Oh and the napkin has someones name on it....

Tried to pick up an online order last night and when I got there it wasn’t there. When I ask the cashier I was told they didn’t get one. I asked if she could just put in my confirmation number or look at where I ordered it and make it because I WAS AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AND I WAS CHARGED. She said no again and so I ordered different food. She gave me crinkle fries instead of curly fries and then the roast beef sandwiches where soured. I love arbys but this was not cool.

Service is always friendly, and the food is always fresh here at this location in Gadsden.

I loved the food. I wanted to say the drive thru employee was so sweet. Her name is Harley.

Other than the shake machine being broke down for cleaning around 10 pm. Everything else was great still recommend for good hot food,as well as good deals. Best coupons!!

Good food I got the 3 price chicken nuggets but I really recommend it

Arbys is not the same as it use to food comes very sloppy. Also got the new boneless chick wings the sauce was so hot i couldnt eat them had to throw them out.

I love Arbys Ive been a fan of them for probably 50 years. They are very good for a fast food restaurant they are excellent I am I love the recipe for just the original Greek gyros I love their roast beef I love most of their food that said I always enjoy going there the staff is always really good they do a good job the store is very clean they distance us well and you dont feel really weird about it which is pretty cool and I just want to thank him they do a good job

Always enjoy the Beef n Cheddar with curly fries. Been a favorite since 78. (Do wish they still had blueberry turnovers 😕)

This was the East Gadsden Arbys. Tables were Sticky & Dirty! Sandwich order was wrong had to return it & have it made again. Then it was so messy & tasted odd that I had to throw it away. The Crinkle Cut Frys were wonderful. Hot. This was lunch time on a Friday. With only 3 tables of Customers.This store needs a deep cleaning.

Food good. Had to look for napkins, out of tea, when got it, grainy with sugar. Also had a "homeless" person asking for money while we ate. Will think long & hard about going back. Sorry.

I know there is a shortage of employees at every restraunt in town..but I feel like it only takes a few seconds to check an order to make sure it’s right ..our food was cold we didn’t get all of our order there were no sauces that were requested.and the employee was rude..when I called to complain about the missing food items they were still rude ..I will never go back to this location

We dont eat here often and its definitely obvious why. Horrible service and all of my food was cold. Asked for extra cheese sauce on 2 roast beef sandwiches and got nothing really. Will not be back.

Megan was the manager and she was absolutely amazing. I have been meaning to post this review a few wks ago but been busy. She helped me out on ordering exactly what I needed with the budget had .I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you sweet Megan. Youare a delight

I came through the drive thru this morning before I came to work, and I work at a fast food restaurant as well and your supposed to make sure all your food is cooked all the way, I got a Smokehouse brisket and my brisket was not cooked all the, I didn’t even get to finish my food!

It was freaking awful, we received half of our order. Ladys at drive thru window were very unorganized and quiet rude. I hope this is not a representation of other Arbys store , if so I will not be back. Gadsden Al. I hope the owner of the store can see this so he can find a solution.

Health code..100.. It was busy and clean. Bathroom.. Dining room.. What I could see of kitchen area.. Considering being busy inside and drive thru.. And me being someone who has worked most my life in those type of jobs .. I was pleased.

the food and staff are amazing, i nearly go here everynight.i guess one is to say how do i not get tired of eating this so much,i ask myself that question over and over

My wife picked up our order for five people and of course they were all wrong again we have definitely taken Arbys off our list for fast food.

My precious husband takes me here even if hes tired from working. He know how happy this place makes me , I get the medium chocolate shake with topping and Arbys by far is #1 their shakes are thick but not so much you cant drink it. The perfect pre cuddle tv watching ever! I love my husband

I was a little unhappy with my food being put into a plastic grocery bag that shuffled and spilled out.I was told that it was a result of COVID-19 and they werent allowed to use the trays.The food was fresh and hot and tasted very well.

Was delighted to find any place that had inside eating. The people were nice, fast and very helpful when we needed something special. Not at all like the people at most of the Arbys we visit. We will probably go back the next time we visit Gadsden.

Updating my review. This Arbys has become one of the best fast food places in town! Their new crinkle cut fries are fantastic!

Good food. Had to go back through the drive through a second time because they didnt put sauce on my large roast beef sandwich. But after they fixed it, it was delicious.

Service and kindness left the building, they seem to be disturbed to stop visiting with each other and help get order right after multiple times through drive through, but food is good if you get it, love to all

I want to say thank you to the lady at the East Gadsden location. I had a bad experience at Krystal because they had HORRIBLE customer service. I left there immediately and went to Arby’s instead. The lady there was very professional. She apologized for the experience that I had at Krystal (which wasn’t even her faultand gave me wonderful customer service, which made me feel better. This was on Friday March 26. I appreciate good customer service and I will spread the word. THANK YOU!!!!

Fast service and the order was correct and food very tasty. When you go make to stress the sauce you want. Mention it several times as there is a chance you will get home none will as what happened to us on a previous visit. All in all this particular visit was a very pleasant experience

Litterally the drinks tast horrible my family all agreed that it was just disgusting, the powerade tastes like watery sand and the hi-c is so sour it tast like soemthing rotten. I had a 3 peice chicken tenders and wanted to throw up and the matzarella sticks are just gross please dont eat them and then also the worker we had named cola was so rude and kept interrupting our order saying her knee hurt and then she wants to interrupt yelling saying "I NEED A NUMBER 1" while we were speaking. Im very disappointed and I am never going back there

~1/23/2021~Went and got me the 1/2 LB. Beef N’ Cheddar Combo after i got off work at 11:00pm and i was starving because i hadnt eaten ANYTHING today. Got home (3mins awayand took my top bun off to add some cheddar because i like extra cheddar and they had put a SMALL half dollar size squirt of cheddar on a 1/2 POUND beef and cheddar!!! Like really??? None in the middle layer like they are supposed to! Just a tiny bit on the top bun!!! AND THE FRIES WERE COLD AND STALE! Not going back to EAST Gadsden ARBYS!

The beef and cheddar had beef on it. I may be an Arbys customer again. I stopped going because the beef and cheddar was becoming less and less. I was pleased on this visit. The crispy fish sandwich. Awesome.

Same ol Arbys its always been except the lady at the drive thru window was much kinder than l have ever experienced. My day had been a rough one. She was very polite, attentive, and professional. Made my day end on a good note.

I adore Arbys. The chicken tenders,the Spicy Cheese steak,the plain roast beef,the chicken salad are absolutely fabulous. I feel like I get my moneys worth,too. Friendliest people on Rainbow dr.

the girl taking my order didnt say a word to me to let me know she was ready for my order, then got annoyed that i didnt know to give her my order. I told her it was a to go meal but she put it on a tray, so when i told her that it was to go, she rolled her eyes at me and continued to "menacingly" (if you can call it thatstare at me as she put my food into a bag and thrust it towards me in annoyance. as taken aback that i was, this was my one and only experience in this restaurant, so i cannot say that this would be a constant occurance. the food was pretty good though

This is a great Arbys. Most all Arbys have a good food selection but this one has a very charming and compassionate staff. I was broke down and stranded in the adjacent parking lot for 3 or 4 days, last week and they gave me a free ice water multiple tined without judging me or saying no becayse I didnt have a, current order. They were very understanding and I will never forget their kindness and hospitality. Also, I did eat there 3 or 4 times during the stay and the food and service was astounding. They have the meats , for sandwiches. I know there slogan is weird but they really do. I love there roast beef and cheddar. This particular store always does a great job at customer service and cleanliness. I would recommend this store for dine in or carry out. The speed of service is about the same! Which is usually pretty fast for the food quality.

I went through the drive through so I can only report how the food was and how much it costed. I ordered a cheddar melt roast beef sandwich and for the price, I am glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the size and taste of the sandwich, and I really love their dollar menu because there are several good sandwiches, desserts and extras that are available that will fill you up without emptying your wallet.

Arbys is by far my favorite fast food chain. There menu is fairly extensive and IMO reasonably priced for what you get. Yes they are more expensive than say McDonalds but the value and taste of the food is much much better. We have never had a bad experience from the service or food here. When ordering fast food, nothing compares to a meal consisting of a Large Beef n Cheddar, curly fries, and Mocha shake.

This restaurant is always very clean. Very friendly staff that always goes and beyond to make your meal enjoyable. And for the vegetarian in the family, Another they serve side salads as well as regular salads.

courteous and professional staff /sublime good as well /the ``Happy Hour´´ *SLIDER* programme is utterly unbeatable! Kudos to one of my neighbourhood Arbys!
