I mean its Arbys. Food was good because I ordered the Buffalo chicken and then put some horsey sauce on there too. Truck stop Arbys have to be decent to stay open. This was proven true.The curly fries were good but I got too many and my dog didnt help me eat them like she usually does.Now the cinnamon rolls that are in the Cinnabon bakery, those are stellar delicious.

Only drive thru. They have coupons but seems like they dont accept the ones that they send out in the mail. Not the best service.

I have never once had bad service or quality at this restaurant. If you want fast food, this is the place Id recommend in this town. They are consistent in service and quality. Theyve never gotten my order wrong. Theyre menu is extensive (like most Arby). Everything is always in stock.

Its inside the pilot Travel center. It’s clean and have good about of table n chairs from the dine in people.good food.

Food was typical of other Arby’s we have been to. The U shaped drive through line was barely able to be navigated in my 4 door truck, but we made it. Food and service was good.

Being in a Pilot, and being fast food..to grab, gas up and go... for a traveler.. and already 10 miles up the road... I was left with no number to call that would answer. No apple turnover, Cold fries, no Arby sauce for roast beef sandwiches. Rushed or bothered service. Pretty sad to say... because I love Arbys but this was the worst experience ever.

Awful.. I asked for a regular ol chicken sandwich.. well something happened and I ended up with some kinda roast beef sandwich. I hate roast beef. Not to mention it was dry, had no cheese and the bread was partially stale. We spent 20 bucks on absolute garbage.

Had the roast chicky salad. Very fresh for an iceberg fast food salad. Chicken was moist and tender, though not much of it.

Havent eaten at Arbys in over 20 years, but had to feed visiting family. We spent 50 bucks got 4 large curly fries, 2 of the smoked brisket sandwiches, 3 french dip subs, 2 beef an cheddars, everything tastes great, the store is inside a pilot travel center,. The place was clean, employees were very nice.

Great people, Great food, Great service. What else would you expect in Texas? Unfortunately, I usually get the Pilots Cod Dinner. Arbys here is still Great

This was one of several restaurants in a Pilot truck stop.Food was good and served quickly. I opted for the classic beef and cheddar with curly fries. My wife went with the chicken strips.Served fresh and hot with a an excellent drink selection. Great for a quick bite.

I watched one of the team members be great with a little girl, I have one of my own. Let me tell you made me miss my baby.. the speed and the professionalism here, the kindness, the care of this location made me smile and cry at the same time.. keep it up folks you rock in this truck drivers heart

I havent been to an Arby in years. Stopped by while traveling and tried the gyro greek and chicken Mediterranean wrap. Both were fresh and the customer service was friendly and thankful they were open on Christmas Day. Only reason I gave it 4 stars because the table where I sat at wasnt clean. But since I was on a road trip, I didnt really have another option. Still was satisfied. Would not hesitate to stop by another time if near the area.

My curly fries were definitely made out of an old moldy potato. It was gross, I wanted to throw up. Sad cold roast beef sandwich did not redeem the experience.

Waited 10 minutes for food. Everything was wrong, and disgusting, tasted like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours. Expressed my allergies for tomatoes and was still giving tomatoes. Ended up throwing everything out after spitting out one taste.

There arent many choices between Wichita Falls and Amarillo. We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped here. Clean facility, great selection and our food was fresh and delicious. This will be our go to stop next time we pass through.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the patty was still cold and the sandwich was very sloppy. When we went to sit down the tables were dirty.we asked if we could have someone clean a table for us and she sprayed something on it and some what cleaned it .I had to grab a few napkins and use hand sanitizer to clean it again.The tables was still dirty with bby sauce.

Arbys is very overpriced for what you get. The last time I went my son and I ordered sandwiches and they must have been experiencing meat shortage. If that would have been the first time Ive ever gone, I would have never gone back again. For the most part or sandwiches are pretty good but I dont know if theyre really worth the price.

Food was great and the facilities were clean. Bathrooms were pristine. If youre on a long road trip, make this a bathroom stop. Its a gas station with a Cafe and Arbys. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient! It will be your favorite stop!

Went to Arbys 2 days in a row!! Was really craving it he arbys in Dallas on route to Renisance Inn by Marritt, was DISGUSTING!! This is what they served me!!! This was suppose to be FRESH?! However in route home, Childress ,tx Arbys was AWESOME and HOT. But that arbys in Dallas, the manager should be drawn and quartered for serving this as fresh. Omg.

If you love meat Arbys is the place to eat! This particular Arbys had a nice set up it is inside a gas station, a very busy gas station. They got all 3 of our orders wrong, unfortunately. They were kind and did get all orders correct on the second try. The food was fresh and full of meat. They offer unlimited refills while you dine in.

Amazing service! Melissa was the manager on duty and Justin was the cashier (I regrettably forget the cooks namebut they were all so friendly and got our food super quick! After my wife and I drove for 20 hours straight they lifted our spirits so we felt much better getting back on the road.Oh and probably most importantly for most people, the food tasted fantastic!
