Today is the first time I have had problems with this Arbys. Very friendly service but the fries was cold and old my sliders was like a 5 year old put them together the roles was tough put in microwave.
Not organized whatsoever. They were out of everything including roast beef. 😂
This place has literally turned into an unfriendly restaurant. The employees care to talk more about what they did last night than listen to your order. The last 4 times, yes 4 times through the drive thru, my order has been incomplete. When I go in to get the rest of my order, all I see is unprofessional kids ignoring the customers and it frustrates me. As a local business manager, I know the appearance/attitude of their employees has to do nothing but hurt their business. Seems to be the feeling of everyone I speak with.
The beef n cheddars are my favorite. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I dont think that the employees that work the drive through window are not able to hear the orders very well.
Food is always right on and hot. Better than most fast food service these days.
Food was made very sloppily and cold. Crew was more interested in talking extremely loud.
Theyll still sell you a super roast beef IF YOU ASK

Just be careful of what you order my order was over $30 the fries were soggy greasy sandwiches were not what you would think.. Was out of quite a bit of stuff was marked out on the outside drive-through menu.
This is the third time I have ordered from the Cabot location. Everytime I have ordered an item is missing and another is wrong. Today I ordered a French Dip and Swiss with double meat plus extra Swiss, a large drink, mozzarella sticks, a double Roast Beef N Cheddar with no onion roll, and an apple turnover. I got a standard French Dip and Swiss, large coke with no straw, mozzarella sticks (surprise! something was correct), a standard Roast Beef N Cheddar with the onion roll, and no Apple Turnover.Only ever have the issue with Door Dash orders. DoorDash refunds and credits me, but its ridiculous to keep ordering, waiting for food to arrive, only to find the same pattern has occurred again. I mean the order shows correct on the printed reciept... how hard can that be to follow!? Not once out of my last three orders have i received my turnover... not once. So, from now on I will not order Arbys to my home again. Ill go with something else next time.
Absolutely love the Beef N Cheddar and the Arbys sauce, magnificent!!!
Cant beat their 2-fors. We love their gyros and chicken sandwiches. The Jamocha shake is legendary. An American icon.
Love their 2 for $6..always get extra. Their sandwich is bread and plenty of roast beef
Food was ok at best. Not a good value for the money spent. We went through the drive through. The outside was just dirty and unappealing. I decided to pass on food...

One of the chicken Pattie’s on my slider was COMPLETELY dried out. I wish the staff would look for that when preparing food. Other than that my experience was good.
Didnt get what I was wanting... ordered#13 Greek gyro got roast beef one instead..dining room was spotless... Air conditioning in lobby was out made it uncomfortable 😣
The girl who took our order seemed to bothered by taking our order. We had to search for a clean table. We ordered the classic roast beef sandwiches and they were definitely not up to par. They were dry (almost old tastingand did not have near as much meat as they are supposed to have. The only good part about our experience was the fact that our fries were fresh! We love Arbys and have NEVER before had bad service nor bad food from any Arbys until today. Was definitely disappointed!
Just tried to go in to Arbys @ 845 hours posted beside door says dinning open til 9pm drive through open til 10pm. There was a group of people eating at one table not in uniform so I doubt they were employees.. Called the store, they said we closed our dinning room use the drive through. I explained I was on a bike and wanted to use counter. Too many issues with this location.. I will not support this business anymore.
I was asked to pull forward to wait on my order, which is no problem but was asked to very rudely. I waited for 15 minutes for my food to be brought out to me. I checked the bag for sauce that I had asked for previously and there was none, so I asked the lady who brought my food for some. This was like asking for a kidney. Rude faces made at me and when she comes back just throws the sauce in my hand. Got home and my sandwich was a wreck, could barely pick it up to eat it. The fries were bottom of the bag CRUMBS with a side of a HAIR and undercooked/soggy. Will not be returning to this location. Do better Cabot
Got the Smokehouse basket. It was good but tasted like it had been prepared a few hours earlier. Service was good. Cashier was friendly. I will return.
Great service, Alex in Drive Thur was super polite and the food was made fresh and was so goooddd. 10/10 will be back again.
About what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Staff was chatting more than they were working, tables were dirty. One worker used the register then was handling the food. Food was okay but not great.

Let’s see where do I start. I pulled up to the speaker and the girl at the drive thru was immediately rude. She seemed bother that she actually had a job to do. Got to the window and a drink is shoved in my face. I paid, got the order and left. When I got to the hotel I’m staying at and got the food out everything was there so that’s a plus. No spoon for the mac and cheese though, which was cold by the way. The sandwiches were pretty good. The fries were unsalted and cold. And lastly the cherry turnover yet another cold item. Mind you my hotel is across the street. There is absolutely no reason for a single item I ordered (besides the drinkto be cold. I usually like Arby’s but this location really needs a better leader for the team.
They locked the lobby and turned off mobile order because of "staffing issues." Plus they have a ton of stupid awnings so i couldnt use the drive through either. I drove all the way over here after work for something hot to eat they are just "oops, sorry bout chya"
I was highly disappointed today. 2 of 3 entrances were locked against entry and the place was so cold you could hang meat in the dining room area. Service was not nearly as friendly as usual either. Sad to say but I wont be coming back any time soon for sure.
Very rude staff. Unprofessional treatment of customers who ask simple questions or attempt to order items usually available on typical Arbys menus. Food quality is poor compared to other Arbys and sodas are not properly carbonated.
Should of known when no cars were in the drive thru this place would suck. Ordered food...order was not correct by any means. No straws ....no napkins...only got half the order. Paid way to much for the food. Girl at the speaker was rude.....I will never return to this place!!!!!
Really going downhill, quick. The guy taking the drive-thru orders couldn’t talk for all his sniffling and then the lady tossed my change out the window. Got my order wrong on top of it. Good luck to you all✌️
Im a truck driver staying at the hotel next door and they would NOT let me order food bc I couldnt make it in the drive through... so I tried calling for 8min standing outside in the freezing 20⁰f but no answere. Out of both Arbys that are close to me. This one is the best, which is sad. When an order is messed up theyre rude EVEN if you have a receipt. Sadly I wont be back, though if theyre able to hire more people maybe service would be better.
Whom ever is the manager of this location should really speak to your staff! I called and was told the drive thru was open til 6. I was in the parking lot. I drive around to the board and its dark, at 10 mins til, then as I round the corner, the young man with dark hair, hurried and ducked down, so not to be seen. Too late tho. Shame on yall!
The only thing I have found that is worth picking Arbys for dinner is the fact their drive thru line is always empty. No wait to order. But I have yet to like what I order or to get what I order the way I like it. The staff are nice tho.
I went inside only to be told they only take cash inside, if I wanted to use a card I would need to use the drive through. Now since the food comes from inside the store, and I had to give my card to the gal at the drive through to take inside so she could process it, I am left wondering about how well this plan was thought out ???? Other than that, typical Arbys food. Not bad, not great.
Went through the drive through of the Arby’s in Cabot Arkansas. There were NO cars in the parking lot or in the drive through, I was the only customer. It took the employee so long to answer the drive through, to take my order, I was about to pull away thinking it was closed, even though it was only 8:30 pm. First I asked for a chicken cordon blu sandwich, the reply was “ I don’t think we have that”. Okay, I ordered a Ruben. I was asked if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich. I replied “ only the sandwich”. Then I told her to make it two rubens and a large curly fry. I was charged $16+. I drove to the window, handed her my card. I was given back my card, NO RECEIPT, then the bag containing my order. I should have checked the bag before I pulled away from the window, my bad, Because there were NO CURLY FRIES in the bag. NEVER AGAIN will I pull away from a drive through without checking my order.
Rude cashier and employees handling food without gloves. They could be courteous and and at least act like my business was appreciated. Very disgruntled customer.
If you have never tried a milkshake from Arbys you are missing out I dont know what else to say. They have the absolute best vanilla milkshake Ive ever had in my entire life and Im not even a chocolate person and I love their chocolate milkshake as well now the jamocha shake my fiance absolutely cannot get enough of I dont like anything at all that has any kind of coffee flavor. Hands down the best milkshake you will ever have in your entire life.
Curly fries were burnt and the roast beef sandwich got me sick. Im not sure what was worse. That!!... or having to wait in line for 20-30 minutes waiting in line up until I got my food.
Absolutely awesome only catch was the fries I got were over cooked and tough if not due to that a most definite 5 star otherwise. The ladies working the registers inside were very sweet and warm welcoming to us the whole time from start to finish
Service was slow, even though only 2 people were in front of us. On the way home, we found our Coke and Diet Coke we ordered were both Dr. Pepper. Do better, Arbys.Update: I got the message to give more details, but the link would not work.
Garbage.... its 1015 and I was just declined service because they " had truck" and " not enough people to take orders yet when I walked to the back door they were chasing each other around the kitchen
Was asked to hold a moment while in the drive thru. After waiting exactly 5 minutes I said hello and the lady finally responds. I order, get to the window and she asked do I need any sauce. This was the only thing she said. We usually love visiting this Arby’s but this certain person did not have very good customer service.The sweet tea tasted bitter and definitely not sweet. The food was ok though.
Food is always good, but they ran out of roast beef and it was going to be 40 minutes for the next one to come out of the oven. Not very prepared for a Friday night. I will say that this location is usually on par so I think they were just having a busier than usual Friday
The dining room is closed for Covid. Fair enough. But to wait 15 minutes in a line of just 4 cars is completely unacceptable. My order of 2 turkey swiss wraps were hastily slapped together and unbalanced. Poor effort at best
The L fry I got were less spicer than I expected, and the sweet tea was a little watered down but it was ok.
This has got to be the most ignorant group of employees ever. The cashier screwed up our order 3 times and then when we finally sat down to eat an employee came out and reached over my food without asking and grabbed an extra sandwich (we did not orderoff my tray I had already opened and took it back behind the counter and brought it back out. This store desperately needs a manager paying attention to these awful employees.
