Food was really good. I had the Rueben sandwich. I was in the drive thru, on my way to church. But I ended up going in because it was going to take 7 minutes for a strawberry cream pie. Apparently, the truck pulled ahead in the drive thru was waiting for a pie also. So of course, I was late for church. Apparently, pies arent cooked until ordered.

Bad experience, I went to get a refill on my peach lemonade and they said I had to pay for it.

Ordered Swiss bacon chicken sandwich, got a plane one. Make it make sense? 45 people standing in the back and can’t get it right

I am visiting a relative from out of town and stopped by this Arbys on Cannon Blvd in Kannapolis. Paul was my Cashier , he was so polite and helpful. I wanted to say he is an asset to your business, it really speaks volumes to who you meetup front in a business and makes or breaks if a customer walks out or stays. Also wanted to say I tried a chicken slider in Alabama and tried one here and it it was just as good.they did not have Root Beer Float on the Menu ,Paul went ahead and made one for me. Now that is service. Update i went back today before we leave for home, Paul was not there, the cashier was no way as Paul and also my chicken slider was awful, the piece was not edible, he also said there was no root Beer float, nor did he offer to make it. So it all depends o. Who you go and if lucky to get service and good food.

Always fast and always friendly and they always cook our food fresh and the orange cream milkshakes are the best milkshake Ive tasted in a very long time definitely recommend that as well as their crinkle fries

Worst danggon Arbys I’ve been too in a long time! I know that the fast food industry is struggling and workers are even more over worked or some just more lazy! But to wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time and get my food home. My fries weren’t fresh, the sandwich I got was ok. Barely any cheese of it, to be a double beef and cheddar! I try to be respectful and understanding, but these establishments need to either close or be better. I spend my money and would like to have a great experience, that’s not hard! Why I rather pay more at other places that are more professional and efficient.

Delicious. I have always loved Arbys. I love their mozzarella sticks.

Arbys has good food but I will not eat at this kannapolis location again. I saw an employee scratch his neck. I saw another wipe his nose with the back of his hand. He had on gloves too and was probably handling food. There was barely anyone in there and all the tables were dirty too.

Chicken cheddar ranch was fresh and good

The manager on duty didnt care too much that I asked for a small extra bag so I can send food home with my daughter for her father.

They take your order in drive-through and act like they would definitely ately rather be somewhere else.

My first ever experience was just okay. The young lady who took my drive-thru order was extremely nice, pleasent, and knows what she is doing. The drive-true attendant (the person you payhas no idea what customer service is, no hello, good bye, thank you, your welcome, or anything that most fast food people say, he was joking around with other employees the whole time.. I received my food in a plastic thank you bag, no official paper Arby bags? I also did not receive any NAPKINS! Luckily I had some McDonalds napkins from the other day still lurking around. Not very impressed, no wonder in took me this long to try Arbys.

Ordered 2 double beef n CHEDDAR 1 with no red ranch I received 2 double roast beef 1 with red ranch neither had cheddar sauce but I was charged for it! The manager said there was NOTHING he could do they were out of cheese sauce and there was a sign on the box outside which I didn’t see! So obviously if I order a beef n cheddar with no red ranch the server should have said ma’am we are out of cheddar sauce and I’d have said ok just do a double roast beef but NO they charged me almost $1 more for a sandwich they didn’t even have then when I confront the manager he said there was NOTHING he could do I will NEVER purchase anything from these lying thieves again and my family of 6 drops $80 EVERY time we eat fast food

The food here is never hot and do mean NEVER hot

Always have to check your order before leaving.

Arbys stuck it out through Covid. I have always like their stuff over burgers. Good staff and a good menu.

Waited for 7 mins just to place our order. Then waited forever for our food. They appear to be short of staff & have some super slow kitchen workers. Not impressed.

About a week ago I was going to order my usual lunch I get 3 times a week.This Person would not let me order& had to go to Concord Arbys to get what I usually get in Kannapolis..2 minutes from my houseHad to drive way out of my way.The mgr. Was exceptionally nice& efficient at Concord.Kannapolis....rude...could care less attitude.

Forgot half of the order and was extremely rude when I asked for the food I paid for. Would not recommend going there with the kind of staff they have. Very sad.

Food was on point and the customer service was beyond. The guy in the drive thru (I didnt get his namehad the best attitude and was making everyone laugh. Need more people like him!!

I went to this Arby’s last night (12/8/21and I received food I wouldn’t feed a stray, starving animal. This was the worst excuse of “food” I’ve ever seen from anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap that was soggy and falling apart from the amount of honey mustard that was put in it. There was 2 strips of old chicken and a little lettuce and honey mustard. I also got the 2 for $6 it was a roast beef and a chicken ranch. The roast beef was soaked in, what I assume is grease, which could not be eaten. The ranch chicken had an entire bottle of what I am guessing is ranch and the chicken broke my dogs tooth. The tomato’s looked like they were weeks old and smelled just as bad. I work hard for my money and this was like lighting $17 on fire. I have yet to reach the managers to get my money replaced as no one answers the phone. I am attaching pictures. I am not trying to be an over exaggerator, judge for yourself when seeing the pictures. It’s a shame that this is what that expensive fast food place is offering. A shame!UPDATE I contacted Arby’s corporate offices as the manager was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was I totally offered make it right cards but said I have the food to return and I have zero interest in eating here again. I was promised my money back and still ended up receiving “get it right” cards. I mean we are talking about less than $20. To this huge corporation. It has become the principal. They say reach out to them but when you try it’s dismissed. Hopefully no one gets ill from eating here because you’d be out of luck with them. I have submitted another request for my money back. See what happens. Oh and by the way it took me a month to even receive the cards in the mail.

Love when i come here! Staff is always kind and make it a great experience.One of my favorite menu items was actually removed here recently but they will still gladly make it and have figured out the easiest way to ring it up where i dont end up spending an arm and a leg for it.

Service was great. Young man that waited on us was so nice. Im sorry to say food was not good. We had french dips. Barely any meat. Cheese not melted. Very disappointed with the food tonight.

Walked in. Was the only customer and the 2 cashiers were just walking around behind the counter. Did not say anything to me even though I was standing right there to order. Then minutes later they took my order of 1 sandwich. They handed me a bag a few few minutes later with a stone cold sandwich. Worst Arbys ever.

Food was good and staff was friendly. Also did a good job getting me in and out of the drive thru fast. Only complaint is that dumb post in the drive thru you have to drive around which making getting your food a reach.

I love their Market Fresh sandwiches. I usually get the turkey bacon ranch. They always have a ton of meat on them and the bread is amazing! They are like a sandwich you would get from a deli, only at a fast food restaurant. And the orange cream milkshake is one of my favorites, I just wish they would serve them all year instead of just in the summer.

Their food is always hot and fresh! Especially love their fish, roast beef cheddars and turn-overs! Their staff are fast, friendly and very professional! I would recommend them any and everyday!

Quick service and delicious food! Easy in and out of the restaurant parking lot even though its on a busy street. The restaurant was clean and employees were very friendly. I recommend trying their French dip, I loved it!

Employees rude! Heard them cursing about how busy they was.. Asked to change order, wouldnt let me change. Told I need to go back through drive thru again if need to add item on. Didnt receive all items ordered fries missing and drink. Couldnt go in dining room closed. Was not going through drive thru again, so I just left and wont be back.

Very poor customer service. The cashier in the drive through window charged purchases for the incorrect order to my bankcard. The manager could not provide me with proof that the money was returned to my bank card. I explained to her that I really need my money because I’m currently going through hardships. The manager then told me, “Well don’t go out to eat!” I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I havent been back since 10 months ago 2 stars then bad then but now I went thru drive thru and they got the order right and the drive thru woman on the speaker was friendly talking and the young man was friendly getting the food. The new crinkle cut fries were crispy good better then whataburger roast beef great also. Hope they keep the team they got now.

Took a church group after a revival meeting, at first I think they were disappointed with a large group coming in late BUT they rose to the occasion and did an excellent job serving our group.The food was delicious and they had a great sanitation score as well.Would recommend.

We dont eat here often but was looking for a quick meal and this turned into an adventure! We went through the drive-through with no hiccups and was looking forward to our Old favorites. Pulled into the muddy driveway only to find we were missing a Sandwich; I jumped into the truck and called the Manager and much to my dismay She was very apologetic and kind. She solved our problem without dismay and in no time flat I was back home to enjoy the"Best Meal of the Day"!Thank you Arbys!

One of the better Arbys Ive been to, although our order was a Beef and cheddar and a regular roast beef sandwich, quite simple, but good. Staff was courteous and wore masks. Soft drinks were fine. Parking lot taped off??? Maybe to stop people from jumping in the drive through.

I went to the same Arbys location two different times. I ordered a beef and cheddar. When I got home, I had a plain roast beef. Not going back. If they are short on cheese, then tell me. I was not happy. I know mistakes happen ?? But, two times ???

Good food, usually a long wait, but not really long. Bad value though. It just costs too much for what little you get in quantity & quality. Because of that, I only eat here about twice a year.

Arbys is home! I can always buy a good quality shake, and I am guaranteed the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries will have that same great taste each and every time. Just delicious. Drive through service was zippy, friendly and competent.

Arbys is usually one of our favorites! Great take out service. Good food and polite service. And the service was fine but someone served sweet potato fries that should have been trashed. Only two were even close to being edible. Check your sweet potato fries if you order them. Wish we had realized before we had left that they were bad.

Had roast beef sliders today. They just taugh me a lesson- I dont need the big beef and cheddar anymore. Between those and the cheese sticks, poppers, Im stuffed. All was finger licking!

Today I tried the chicken salad sandwich. Was excited to try it but, all I got in each bite was apple and nuts. Very little chicken!! The chicken I did taste was just not good. Now that I think of it, maybe they use the chicken that was left over from the day before, I don’t know. The taste was awful. Will never Order that again! Everything else I’ve tried has been good.The drive thru attends are always very nice at this store

Food was fine. Workers were very lackluster. Water was everywhere by drink machine and when I asked could they do something about it because the puddle was getting big they munche mumbled something and continued about their business without taking care of it (someone finally came with a mop almost 20 mins later.None of the employees seemed at all happy to be there or even smiled. Whole restaurant felt outdated. Had to request sauce for jalapeno bites. A sandwich was missing from our order... Just not a great experience.

This is an Arbys in an older building but that being said the people that have waited on us have always been incredibly polite and helpful. They have taken our order in the drive thru and inside in an effective and polite manner. Food has always come out fresh and correct. This place tends to get busy after church on Sundays so the line can get a bit long but they do get through orders effectively. Despite the older look to the building it is kept clean and neat and I do not feel I have to wipe everything down before sitting down. I would not hesitate to go here again.

The food was good but the attitude from the girl at the window was not necessary. We didnt do anything but place our order. The only reason they get two stars and not one is because the milkshake tasted OK.

Food and service were both great. People were friendly and the place was clean. The only real complaint I have is that it was difficult to find a table, chair, or both that did not rock really badly. It left for the occasional scare when I would lean on the table and suddenly feel as if I were falling. Great Arbys though, and I would recommend it.

Shift manager was really rude when my husband asked to have fresh fries....the cashier asked for fresh fries while we were standing there and an employee and shift manager were extremely rude. We had already paid and were still standing there when the two ladies began having a conversation. ...they both said in a loud tone those ARE FRESH...The shift manager then said those are already up and thats what they are getting. We would not have minded trying to eat those and being told if they werent hot we could get fresh ones, but to be rude was unacceptable. There was only one other family in the whole restaurant so this was not a problem due to stress on the staff . It was RUDE !
