Fast-food chain, known for its roast beef, serving up hot & cold sandwiches, fries & shakes.
Fast service and fresh fries at the drive through. The euros are delicious and the jalapeno roast beef sliders are too!
This location had really good prices, fast correct service and the food was good. If youre traveling by this location, its right near the highway. Just stop by.
Relative to what Arby’s is and promises to deliver, this location did a tremendous job! Courteous and enjoyable service, speed, and clean environment. Great reflection of the brand!
Sandwich’s were dry & didn’t give us all of our order….
It took quit a while for them to fill our order. Had to ask why ot was taking so long.
Was one of the longest wait times ever ~ 15 minutes and I was the second car. Also noticed a car pulled up to the drive thru and talked and left. I also asked for a sauce and none was in the bag. Sadly at this rate they will lose many customers and they will not be sustainable.
Its an Arbys. Nothing of note either good or bad. Decent mid-range fast food. I do like Arbys roast beef, but wouldnt go out of my way to find one, or to get to this specific location.
Its good... Staff seemed nice. Took longer then i thought it would... But everything was hot and fresh. So thats definitely a win!!
They were open and pleasant
Staff was not very friendly and made rude comments about other customers as they walked away. They all seemed to hate their job. Food was the usual but they didnt bring part of my order so I had to go ask for it, knowing I was the target of the staffs next comment which I was along with an eye roll of as soon as I asked to get what I ordered.
Busy but hot and well made food
Worst beef and cheddar ever, no sauce very little cheese. Ordered crinkle fries got other ones. Ordered ICED tea no ice. Goodland ks arbys is horrible.
Unfortunately they were out of tomatoes for a super arby sandwich. Orange shake was great
Slow. Like waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes before we can even get our order in Slow. Obviously some employee shortages causing this - only one person taking and running orders. The buns were stale, no sauce on a sandwich that should have had it, and Im pretty positive we were skimped on the meat, too.
Fast and very friendly service. Food was fresh.
Mmmmm Arbys potato cakesI used to stop in at Arbys regularly.. because of the potato cakes.. guess who doesnt go there anymore
Shake machine was broken, otherwise clean restaurant
There was a fairly long line to the counter when I showed up - probably just bad timing on my part, but they only had one cashier and it took over 15 minutes just to place my order. Then it took near another 10 minutes to get it. Food was decent as expected - its an Arbys, just slow service today.
Food was great and the staff was really cool
This had to be the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. When they weren’t waiting on customers or filling orders they were cleaning. No idle hands what so ever. Definitely a place we’ll eat at again.
The food was good and the service was great.
Ordered the Wagyu Burger talk about disgustingWas bright red in the middle was not cooked at all. I don’t think food in these places are cooked anymore just microwaved. The Wagyu isn’t as good as McDonalds worsts slope. It’s to bad Arbys food is nothing like it use to be, it’s like let’s get the money to hell with the customers and what they like they have to eat anyway. By By never again.Restaurant 08472ID: AADF3KUEALASDT315
Chaos. Mixed up orders. Out of fries. Skip this one!!
My Reuben was perfect, and I loved the new peach lemonade. Staff was short help, but humor saved the day.
I had a quite splendid experience at this fine establishment. I met a worker. I will never forget him. Blonde hair, blue eyes, dreamy face. His name, Jonathan William-Scott Sturm. He had great customer service. And he truly showed me that arbys has the meats. He has some of that good horsey sauce😈😈
This Arbys was fine. Its not this location thats the problem. Arbys is the problem. BRING BACK POTATO CAKES!
I am a bit late on this review, but over the summer I rode my motorcycle to Colorado to visit my girlfriend. On my way home from Colorado, I stopped at this Arbys to get a bite to eat and relax my body. Upon getting to this location I realized that their lobby is closed. The manager and front cashier noticed and opened up the door for me, realizing I was on a motorcycle and unable to relax and eat drive through. They let me eat inside and the manager also gave me a fresh water bottle for the road, on the house. The manager, the front cashier guy, and even the cashier lady were all so nice and talkative to me. Food was also very good but my review isnt about the food, its about the amazing service I received from these folks. The moment I stepped into this Arbys, I knew I was in Kansas due to how kind these three folks were to me. They didnt have to let me in to relax and eat my food after hours on a motorcycle, but they did. Thank you so much. I credit the three of you for helping me push through the hours left in my journey back home.
The Buffalo chicken was COLD. 1/2 of the fries had been sitting there for awhile and were cold and nasty. The chicken sandwich was ok! Nice and hot. This was in Goodland KS. Next time we go thru there we will stop at Sonic! Not serving hot food especially poultry could be dangerous.
Delicious, hot savory and the staff was fast and friendly. Just like you would like in a drive thru. Good job guys
Lobby was closed-drive-up only. ☹️BUT—they were kind enough to let us walk up to the window and filled our order. (We REFUSE to go to the Subway next door.)Thank you!
Arbys is always great one of my favorite places to eat you asked him to cut the meat thinner they do it for you the manager there was fantastic I didnt get her name but it was a lady and I asked her if they can cut my meat really thin for my sandwich they did without a problem restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice
We stopped at this Arby’s on our way back to Oklahoma from Colorado and it was one of the cleaner fast food restaurants I’ve been to. It seemed somewhat new, so that obviously helps. The staff was nice too! They took the ham and Swiss slider off the menu, so that was disappointing. But I had the roast beef slider and it was good!
Similar to some other reviews, our food was good and no complaints about the quality or accuracy of the order. What was weird though was the customer service. We stopped here on the 4th of July. We were actually very grateful to be able to eat inside because everything else in town was drive-thru only. They had a sign on the outside door that said they were closing early for the 4th, which makes perfect sense. What was not cool though was they locked the doors 30 minutes before said closing time. As the only customers in the restaurant at the time we started getting dirty looks from the people arriving and trying to come in the restaurant while the staff just looked at them from a distance with no attempt at explaining the situation. I get it, you dont want people staying really late after closing, but work on your messaging and make sure its clear that the dining room closes at a certain time and the drive-thru is open later.
No dine in! Can’t get camper thru drive thru! Had to walk up to window and know! Had to wait outside for food! Right off the highway! Very convenient for traveling! NOT!
We had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The guy at the window mocked us as we thanked him for his service, and rose his voice to mimic my mom thanking him in a high pitched nasty squall.
First, this review is all about service. The food was great and exactly what we expected. We stopped by early afternoon, well after any lunch rush. Ordered our meal, (2 gyros, Thursdays special for $6then we waited for almost 23 minutes before our order was ready. At this time there were 5 other customers in the entire restaurant. There were more employees than customers. 23 minutes isnt fast food!
The manager is very friendly but check your orders please, i got 3 roast beef sliders with cheddar cheese sause instead of nasty swiss, and i got them with swiss so i paid $3 for cheddar sauce that was not put on my food or even in my bag, so if your driving and stop through you best check your order to make sure you get what you pay for
Haven’t had Arby’s in quite some time, and decided to give it a try. Stopped by here on my way back on my trip and the staff was friendly and gave great suggestions on the gyro (which is very tasty). The food came out as we ordered it and very quickly. Will be visiting my local Arby’s more often because of this place. Thank you!
Seems like its great when the manager, Brittany, is there. Other times it has been hit and miss.I avoid this restaurant in the late evening when the roast beef turns to jerkey.
their new fresh market wraps are great! I tried the creamy Mediterranean one and was very impressed. Also all the workers were very friendly and the entire establishment including the bathroom is extremely clean and updated
Showed up about 1 minute after they were closing and what seemed to be the only guy working was really cool about it, made my food no problems, didnt complain and was even very friendly about it even though Im sure it was an inconvenience. Highly recommend.
Im a truck driver and I just stopped by there to get some food. Its drive-thru service only at this point in time, but they welcomed me with open arms as a walk up. They were very courteous and the service was prompt. The food was perfect. Thank you to the staff and thank you Arbys.....
The gyro sandwich is just as good as any Ive ever had. Right down to the Tzatziki sauce. The pita taste and smell. Homemade and the meat was freshly sliced it seemed. May vary according to location but it sure tasted great on the road!
Nice staff. Clean restraunt.
yuck. only ordered potato cakes. They were not made freshly and had obviously been sitting out in the warmer. Only Arbys in a decade that still does this.No napkins were offered in to-go bag & phone# seems disconnected (to offer manager feedback directly.)
Didnt realize when I went through the drive thru that Id have to ask for napkins with chicken strips and a beef and cheddar with fries. you would think that it would automatically come with it, at least one napkin in the bag would have been nice. And a current phone number would be great too
Crispy fish was gross and not crispy. Fries were shriveled and stale. Mozzarella sticks seemed ok but lost my appetite after a few bites of the fish. Threw most of it out. Granted, it was 30 minutes before closing, but that’s no excuse. Usually Arby’s is great but I don’t usually get fish—lesson learned.
Went through the drive thru on the last leg of a 12 hour road trip exhausted and starving, and I almost turned around to go inside and let them know that it was the best Arbys Ive ever eaten. My fries were hot and my slider buns were fresh and soft. I dont think Ive ever had a slider that wasnt sitting under a heat lamp. Great job, guys.
Very good food, for fast food that is. Price is kind of sticky I believe. Service was kind. It was hot, good and tasty. We had the Classic Arby and Angus. LOL said wanted Arby sauce he gave us 21 packs. Maybe that is why pricey.
Amazing place. Incredibly fast service and great food! I love how clean it looks in there. The employees are really nice, especially the managers! 10/10 would eat there again.
