385 Memorial Ave, Orillia, ON L3V 6K8, Canada, Orillia
Fast-food chain, known for its roast beef, serving up hot & cold sandwiches, fries & shakes.
I enjoy the option of eating here when I visit Orillia, as we do not have this in Barrie. I like the curly fries with horse radish sauce for dipping, a little odd, but I like it very much.
Great service and Arbys food as it should beExcellent location
Meal is average fast food. Main complaint is their Jamocha shake. Used to love it. Now it tastes horrible. Barely any flavour and it seems like their recipe has changed.
The food was pretty alright but the man working the window, although he seemed pretty nice, had his pants down past his knees and was not wearing a work uniform or hairnet or anything. Plus he messed up a lot of our order and the older lady who I assume was the manager was behind him didn’t even seem to care. She seemed pretty rude although we only really saw her interacting with another customer. I believe she said her name was Daneeka to the lady she was yelling at. Sorry for the poor review but customer service was lacking and I’d hate for it to go unchecked for that lady who got yelled ats sake. Cheers!
Best fast food joint. I’ve been coming to Arby’s since I was a kid. Love the curly fries, hot roast beef sandwiches and the Arby’s sauce **drooling**
Worst drive thru EVER!!! So slow EVERY single time. Don’t go if you don’t want to wait at least 30 min for 5 cars in front of you. SMH
Their crinkle fries are absolutely awesome. I also like their Greek gyros and the roast beef.
Beef and cheddar sandwiches come with next to no cheese. Make sure to ask for extra cheddar
Love this place. Great food and great people working here. Remeber to ring this old bell on the way out for great serveice. 🔔🔔🔔
Food was delicious and sandwiches were prepared with care.Store was nice and clean
Usually this Arbys is good, but today I was in the drive thru line up for nearly 40 minutes. There were less than ten cars ahead of me. each car took well over 5 minutes to get their food once they were at the window. I ordered the most basic thing ever- beef n cheddar combo with curly fries and a coke. Easy right? But I still sat at that window for over 10 minutes after spending 30+ minutes in line before that. I gotta blame the staff for this one. They werent that busy and there seemed to be tons of staff inside, but they couldnt get their act together today. Very disappointed. Ill have to stick to visiting at non-meal times on weekdays.
Arbys gyro and burger is so good. Definitely recommend. The service was prompt, nice and pleasant. Its a fast food joint with clean washroom. Will be visiting it again. Also, checkout the Arbys website they have some good deals 👍
Love going here. The staff are amazing. The food is always fresh and hot. This restaurant is very clean and I highly recommend going.Went back to get our companys lunch. They forgot an order of fries. I called and they were super helpful and said they would give me a free meal. Definitely highly recommend going here.
It was ok. Cash only, no internet. Curly fries were stale, sandwich was alright. Menu seems much more limited than I remember. It was more for nostalgia that we went but if I have a choice next time, Ill choose something else.
Very disappointed.last two meals we asked for extra honey mustard on the sidethey put it on my sandwich.couldnt hold on to the sandwich it was disgustingI phone and left a messageno replynot a good way to do businessall beware..I wont be going back..
Came here for a three cheese and bacon and a chocolate shake. Both were great. Make sure to ask for horsey sauce it is the best condiment for these sandwiches. Was so fresh and good.
What can I say - they have the meat! When you are tired of the same old fast food burger Arby’s gives you a bunch of choices. And curly fries!
Outstanding food, the best tasting gravy at fast food restaurants, I wish we had an Arbys in Barrie After eating at this Orillia location, I almost looked up franchise information to see if we could get one in Barrie!
Staff was rude, screwed up order and all we hear was just give it to them the bigger lady said... horrible staff. Very Disappointed service.
Service was good, got my special order correct and food was great.
Drive from Barrie to come have this once in a while, never any complaints. Always get a beef and cheddar with curly fries, hasnt changed in my lifetime so really, no complaints!
Tracey and the rest of the non-management day staff are absolute angels, food is always made to order, pleasant atmoshpere, drive thru was a blast too, thanks ladies.
Spent 55 minutes in a drive through line and 15 mins at the window waiting for food on July 15th on the way to the cottage. Incredibly unfortunate situation, with no explanation except a labour issue. However there was 5 people that we could see. We were hoping for a fast food experience but could have churned our own cheese, butchered a cow, and baked the bread in less time. Truly disappointed.
So nice to be finally able to order and eat inside now. Me and my daughter are so happy to come back for dinner days here again. Great staff. Good food! Keep up the great work!
These restaurants are getting harder and harder to find. They are an instant flashback to going shopping with my mom as a kid and getting Arbys for lunch. Will always be a comfort food and this location is an extra 10 minutes on my way home but its always worth it. Friendly staff as well! Always polite and quick service.
Very consistent food here. Always delicious and we look forward to the drive up.
Lady working drive thru seemed to be having an off day, but i could tell she was making an effort to give a positive service experience. i feel bad only giving 4 stars to this experience, based on the employee having a bad day.
I like there double Montreal smoke meat sandwich, it was really good with the horse radish. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it but next time I will do that.
Walked in to dine in, cashier was talking to previous customer, about buying lobster. Ended the conversation and walked away. Did not come back to ask for our order, went right to drive thru window and no one helped us. We left the restaurant and will just travel to Barrie from now on
I like the food there, so Its really a matter of taste. They were expanding with pitas, and gyros the when I went there, looking forward to having them in the future.
First time at Arby’s was a very good experience. The girl on the front counter was very sweet and liked my shirt. I’m outside of Barrie but will definitely stop here when I’m in town :)
Its been ages since I was here. Decided to try the Reuben Sandwich with saurkraut and a side of those infamous curly fries. Enjoyed it!
Arbys is exactly how I wanted it to be . Amazing service and always delicious food!.
I had not had Arbys in a long time but the hubby wanted it. We visited this location and I was impressed on how clean and inviting the store was. Friendly staff and fast service. I had the Reuben sandwich, which was delicious! Lots of meat, and fresh rye bread. It was hot and the fries fresh. Hubby had traditional sandwich. I feel it was light on any wow factor but he said it was served hot and his orange drink was like drinking a creamsicle.Over all a great experience, we will be back.
Just when you thought the beef and cheese was the best thing on the menu. YOU GOTTA TRY THE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU. AWESOME.GREAT SERVICE AND CLEAN
Great service, friendly associate at the drive through window. It has been years since we had been to an Arbys, disappointed to see the Great Canadian sandwich was no longer on the menu. We enjoyed our selection, and so did The HOGAN (our cat)—he had the chicken nuggets. Arbys is consistent in quality and more affordably priced than most fast-food experiences we have encountered. We enjoyed the French Dip n Swiss (though not very conducive to eating in the vehicle, thankful for the extra napkins :), Beef and Cheddar x 2, spicy curly fries, drinks, and a 4 piece premium nugget (for the cat)...and all the sauces!
I don’t know what has happened to this location over covid. We use to make it a road trip all the time because we loved their curly fries and chicken sandwiches. Now the chicken is disgusting honestly wouldn’t feed it to my animals and the fries are soggy and greasy. So disappointed it what this franchise restaurant has become.
The chicken was good, but we ask for kinkle fries not curly, we ended up with both, I was not satisfied with that.
Ive always loved Arbys! They closed down a bunch of locations in Toronto so when I moved north and found that this Arbys existed, I was happy! My go to fast food joint!
Staff very accurate and fast, area very clean food yummy
My family stopped for dinner while driving from Ottawa home to Angus back in February. My husband found a massive hair in his fries. I contacted the store with photos, and they replied very quickly apologizing and promising to send coupons for two free meals, but despite confirming my address, the coupons never came, and when I tried to contact the store to follow up, I never received a reply
First time ever having Arbys......curly fries are as good as everyone says.... roast beef with the sweet cheese sauce is ok but the surprise goody was the spicy fish sandwich, actually worth going back for
Great two for nine mix and match sandwich special. We had beef and cheddar today; however, we had the crispy fish last week, which was also very tasty.
So nice to be dining in again. We missed the staffs friendly faces and positive attitude. Food was hot and ready as you would expect for a fast food restaurant.
Picking up 2 classic roast beef sandwiches for someone in the hospital during lunch hour.Arrived in the drive thru line up at 12:37pm, 4 cars ahead of me to reach the speaker.Order received and done at 12:53pm. Not bad timing considering the lineup.Service person was very nice. She offered sauce packets; packed the bag with those and extra napkins too.Was an easy and good experience all around. Thanks to the team 👋👌
This place is a shame... basicaly got ripped off with bad servise and the attitude of not my job reaks worse then the beef...I payed 16.50 for med pop fries and 2 for 9 if I wanted this kind of slopy servise I would of went to McDonalds
Went on a camping trip with families at Orillia and found out there’s an Arby’s, a fast food restaurant I use to visit quite a lot when it’s popular in the GTA back then. I love their curly fries! 😍😋👍🏼 Their beef ‘n cheddar sandwich was tasty, however, they used to put more cheese sauce the last time I had it years ago. 😆 I still love it as it’s so unique so much different from the beef burgers at other fast food chains. ❤️
You know what? I hadn’t tried Arby’s before until recently & I LOVE it! They pack the sandwiches full & it doesn’t hurt that they also taste amazing. However, expect to wait 10+ minutes in the drive-through to order & get your food. I personally think it’s totally worth the wait.
We dont have an Arbys nearby so visiting Orillia surely means a stop to Arbys. Not sure if they were short-staffed but it was a bit of a wait inside for food. Great meal!!
The place has been updated and looks great. Food was hot and fresh, staff friendly and most importantly; clean restrooms. Also, were else can you get curly dry poutine?
