Arby's in Vernal

We have not had any bad experience at Arbys their food is always fresh . We go to the Vernal Utah one and we pick oneveryone and we all have a good laugh some on the sweetest people , and very clean .

I really dislike having to leave negative reviews, and to try to be as lenient as possible when doing so.However, every time Ive come to pick up an order here the last few months it has been an excessively long wait time.The day crew is at least friendly and cheerful, but the customer service of their evening crew tonight was terrible enough I decided against getting food here.Hoping I can update with a better review in the future.

This is the slowest restaurant to ever exist

Slowest Arbys Ive ever been to. Avoid this place if you are wanting to eat sometime this century.

I discovered their Turkey Sandwich last month and was really happy. Finally something vaguely healthy at Arbys. Theyve now been out of Turkey ever time I go there. Boo.

Going downhill. For the price increases, I would expect the fry containers to actually be full. I ordered 4 meals and an extra fry. I fit all the fries ordered into 3 containers.

I ordered a large Curly fries hoping that at least some of them would be curly fries.This location always gives numbs instead of curly fries. The quality of food at this location has went downhill.I would not recommend the Vernal UT location.

Awful management and stafd. You can tell theyre unhappy. I would be too with the amount of stress the job brings and being underpaid. The management needs to do better and pay their employees better than $10 and hour. Thats laughable. Lines are way too long here and dont budge for 20-30 minutes. I watched 3 cars in front of me leave before I finally left as well.

Milkshake machine was broken, otherwise it is Arbys as usual.

The order taker today had a snarky attitude, was impolite and inconsiderate towards us at the window. We are deaf. That’s unfortunate when you hope for better customer service.

Very clean. It is like any other chain Arbys as far as food.

Waited for 15 min at the drive thru and nobody came to help us it was 9pm but the hours say 10am-10pm. We called, and nobody answered we also honked. Had a few cars behind us as well. Pretty ridiculous! If your hours change of left early at least put up a sign.

If youre going to close down early at least put up a sign, so you dont have a line of 6 people waiting for nothing...

Friendly service. Brought our meal to us since we were consumed in conversation. Delicious meal.

Giving it four stars because the food is always good and the staff are always friendly. Almost gave it three stars because they cant keep their lobby open. Probably get frustrated and drop it next time Im there.

Im not native to Vernal though I do have some family that is. Anytime Ive been, the food is consistently good and well made while the customer service is amiably on par as well. Thanks for taking care of business and feeding me well. 🤙🐢

Good food, temp and pretty fresh. Customer service from the lady that was working the drive thru was excellent!! Only complaint is the amount of meat on the classic...Ill get the bigger serving next time

Arbys is always a good option, just remember, its not good food, its fast food. With that in your mind, Id pick Arbys over any of the others😉

Forgot part of our order. Handed us?a sack with tears in it. Had to ask them for another sack. Spent over 60 dollars we had 4 napkins with 5 meals ordered. Was not a good day at Arbys today.

Cleanest Arbys I have ever been in! Even the restroom was spotless. Food was a typical Arbys good fast food. Staff was super friendly.

I dont come here often because the dining area is usually closed but the food is good (although it seems its more expensive and much smaller portions from years ago.The staff is usually helpful and friendly and the food/shakes is/are good.

Not too bad, the food was good but the lobby was closed due to staffing shortage, they might do better if they lured in premium help with a higher wage.

I ordered a diet doctor pepper. I took a drink, it didnt taste diet. I asked the girl, she said it was diet. My blood sugar numbers determined THAT WAS A LIE

Had the special 2 for 6 with curly fries and it was the same high standard Arbys always has.

The restaurant was very clean when the cash register attendant wasnt taking money she was busy cleaning. I wish she would have helped get orders out because it took forever and I had to change my order to go it took so long. Food was good stuff was friendly

Went there on July 20th, and the cashier girl Lili was super nice and really cute, she deserves a raise!The food was okay too.

Always great food and let us walk up do to our rig being to big to drive through, which is awesome because other fast food joints wont always serve the truck drivers

This is one of the best Arbys. The service is always amazing, theyre polite and make you feel welcomed. The food is always great. I cant say enough.

Horrible customer service. Used coupon for 2 for $5 and got charged $12.88. Cashier said she fixed it but after looking over my financial statement she did nothing of the sort. I asked to speak with the manager, however a shift supervisor pretended to be the manager and said if I had called earlier it would have been fixed. There isn’t even a phone number on the receipt. They told me I had to look it up. I wish them all a very happy holiday and want to say good job at ripping your customers off!!

Refused to serve me because I am a semi driver, they would come to the door to help, refused to serve me in the drive thru as a walk up in the drive thru because I couldn’t drive a 13’ tall semi through their drive thru, but they continue to rely on truck driver to keep them in business, but can’t help a driver get food

Usually love Arbys. This one was cordial and fast but there was seemingly much less meat on the smokehouse brisket then Im used to. There was no line or rush, so not sure if theyve changed the amount of meat theyre supposed to put on it or if this one is just slim pickings. Still a great sandwich and still good service.

I wish I could rate this establishment 0 stars. The older manager that works there is verbally abusive to employees. It also took like 15 minutes for me to even get my food. And then when we ate our food, immediately after we felt physically ill. Maybe try to work more as a team Arby’s staff.

If I could leave a no star review I would. After sitting in line for 15 minutes and it not moving, watching 7 or 8 bags of food be handed out to the person at the window [not pulled forward] watching two men walk up and be handed their food that were behind us. Needless to say we drove off, no thanks on cold food.. not right. Lost our business for good. Id go elsewhere.

Dont know about most of Arbys menu, but, their Mediterranean, Roast Chicken, Wrap is Wonderful !!!. Loved the sauce on it, veggies, with the chicken. Try it , yum 🤗👍

Staff have always been kind to me. The food is great, and I love their shakes! The price isnt bad especially with their frequent coupons. Highly recommended even during the pandemic. Nice and clean!

I love the food here and the service is always great! If there is ever a mistake made (which is rare in my experiencethey make it right and are very good to their customers!

Always stop here for lunch when we get into town. The employees are super friendly, they’re fast, food is delicious. Plenty of parking since in a shared parking lot. My favorite is the chicken sliders with honey mustard. I love the French dips and beef ‘n cheddar too. Probably my favorite fast food mozzarella sticks. Peach tea pairs perfect with the sliders.

When the craving for mocha milkshakes hits you, theres only one choice... ARBYS!! Its been a very long time, more than five years, since my last visit to that place in my heart where exists all my comfort foods and treats. I was worried that this delight might have been sacrificed to the monsters of change and fashion and when I placed my order and they were still available I was overjoyed! I almost got out of my car to do "The Snoopy Dance!" HAPPY FEET!

My Roast Beef & Cheddar seemed to be lacking onion on the onion bun, but it was fresh and pretty good. The Onion Rings were a bit overcooked. The Cheese Sticks were perfect!!! Overall, it was a good meal.

Very clean store, food was served hot. Only thing was service could have been a bit nicer. Manager on duty seemed to have had a bit of a attitude. Other than that great place to eat.

As far as Arbys goes, its good.Facility is clean and service is prompt.Havent had a messed up order or has any major mishaps with anything.Love the sliders and the happy hour when theyre a dollar each.I also really love that the restrooms are single seaters. That may not mean much to you, but for me that means a lot.I looove the privacy of a single person bathroom. It can make or break a place.All in all, a good location.

The food is great the employees are good at working hard but there manager is really rude every time Ive been in. If u have a chip on your card there machine wount work sometime and it declines ur card. They need to fix that. Saw at least 4 people get upset over it and the mannager is really rude about it.
