Very chill space. I bet in the summer it’s fantastic with more light and a small outdoor patio. We tried a small flight of their liqueurs. Nice staff. A wonderful addition in Nanaimo. Excited someone is making limoncello.

I regularly buy their Elderflower liquor from Everything Wine to make cocktails, now that I get to visit their distillery itself and discovered more goodies. The staff there is really knowledgeable and passionate about liquor. The cocktails are really good too, highly recommend checking them out or try their specialty liquors.

I bought the Citrus gin recently, and lets just say I enjoyed more than one gin and tonic that evening. The flavor notes are so crisp with a lovely dry finish. Being a bartender this is a product Id be more than happy to work with and recommend to guests.

Arrived an hour ago, still looking forward to getting a drink. Also looking forward to clean water glasses.(The server did apologize for being busy on a Friday night, and the drink was good, so thats nice. Need more staff though.)

I love the atmosphere here. Much like the vibe here on VI, Arbutus is laid back but has something spectacular to offer. The finely crafted spirits are world-class and there is a drink on the menu for everyone. I dont get to go in as much as I wish I could, but if I cant find my husband on Friday - I know where to find him ;)

This past weekend I rented the space for a private function, of approximately 20 people. The atmosphere was casual yet classy, and the staff were professional and charismatic. The drink menu is very diversified and amazing! Everyone had a fabulous time, and will definitely be back again. Thanks for hosting our crazy crew!
