The rooms are very small and very expensive the least you can get the rooms is #10,500....I work there as a receptionist then....but it wasnt easy for us over there cause we all work as a slave because of the MD you know what that means....

Had my friends over for a party and booked them the nearest hotel, they legit had to look for canoe to get to the hotel, the road was flooded and the hotel wasn’t so much .

The rooms are so small, no water heater. Shower is not working, small TV for 12,600 for standard classic room. Mosquitoes every where

The pace is not well maintained and they charge standard fee compared to other hotels. I paid for a room of 15750 and I wasnt given a towel, the toilet was not flushing, I was given a bucket to flush. In all not a good place for the price

It has a conducive environment and a nice pool

The hotel is quite old and hasnt lived upto its glory. It is easily accesible to anyone coming in from anywhere in Abeokuta, they have a cool bar, resturant, swimming pool and large compound that can take upto 10 cars comfortably.

Rooms are small, the least amount is 10,500 and its nothing to write about. Small, TV doesnt work, no heater, I almost cried when my church lodged here for a program.Theres a pool & a lounge. I think this is the only good part.

Bad service. They dont offer 24 hours service. Once its night time they all go to bed.

Pool depth is not enough for me, I love 12ft upward pool depth.But the place is nice, love their spicy beef

Please avoid this place..... It is a no no... Bathroom is dirty... Duvet/bedsheet smells... Mosquito is top notch...breakfast was as if we begged for it...but if you insist you want to visit the hotel please come with everything and also include insecticide and bathroom

The place is horrible.. bathroom had terrible permanent stains on them, rooms were low lighted and smelly. I had to change rooms to a bigger one which was supposed to have a fridge microwave etc, but nothing was there, no fridge no microwave. The room had left over cigarettes on the floor, they did another connecting of bulb into the room of which all the naked wirings were out in the open, the wardrobe had wirings in them I couldnt hang any clothes. The bathroom was dirty I couldnt have my bath. The sink tap wasnt working. I woke up in the morning only to find the floor flooded, the AC water was all over the floor of the room and bathroom. This is just to mention a few things.Trust me you do not want to stay here

Arrived at 12:am, (on a terribly bad roadoffered to pay 5k till 5am before driving to PH, they declined (possibly because I dont speak Yoruba), their manager finally asked me to vacate their premises. I ended up been robbed that night. Sincerely, they are not hospitable. Their management is terribly poor, inexperienced, racist (tribalisticand not business minded.

Every negative review you see about this place is absolutely true!!! The place is horrible! I believe its currently managed by the gateman and his friend...Got here and the person that ran to open the door was the same person as the receptionist (fine). Was shown a room where the AC doesnt work. Water was said to be "pumping" and will come up in 30mins.After 20 minutes, a guy came to pick a bucket in my room, said he was bringing a bucket of water. Waited for about 10minutes for him. I was angry and as I opened the door, I found the bucket of water outside the door, he was supposed to at least knock and let me know the water is ready. To think that the name is aquatic and you have no water.TV doesnt work, no fan, literally had to beg for a fan to be brought to the room. Dustbin? That ones another story. buckets of water lined up at the door few minutes after. To think they said they were pumping water and I had to be carrying buckets to get water!Things are honestly not what they seem. From the mosquitoes, to the dusty fan that was blowing dust, to the poor customer service, in fact if theres something lesser than poor on that. The only guy available was literally shouting at me when I asked him to explain what was going on about the water. Save yourself the stress, this place isnt worth it! Rather go to the bridge than spend a second in this hell hole! Its horrible!!! Has to be the absolute worst hotel in history!!!

The water of the pool is not clear. The showers are not working. The toilet is not flushing. The road that leads there is really bad. However its safe for those who cant really swim.

Receptionist was the gateman, they depend on power supply from Nepa to make use of the AC

Place is neat and affordable. Friendly staff.Theyre just lacking a few basic facilities and there are no great views.

The water rumor is true. No water!!!!!!!I was on my period and couldn’t get water. The man fetched a bucket of water..!!!!No TV , no Fan, they even gave me used tissue paper!! What!?!?!This is the worst place. The duvet had been used previously and the sheets were dirty!!!I really can’t wait to leave this place once it’s morning. DONT COME!

Very poor service ☹️ how can a big hotel like dont collect transfer or have p.o.s it very bad...... I didnt have cash on me since I just came back and I do have foreign currency on me, got there and they were like we dont collect transfer and they dont have p.o.s...... it very annoying even in the 21st century and not having p.o.s

Pretty cool place. Amazing staff, has amazing prospects and still has a lot of work to be done.

On the quality of service, integrity, and willingness to improve, the owner and the staff have a score of 10+. Integrity is big with me and the establishment did not disappoint. I checked the facility online and spoke to the owner over the phone and everything promised was delivered. In all, I am sold and will recommend it to friends, colleagues, acquaintances anytime they are in Lagos. The price is by far one of the cheapest in its hotel rating category in Lagos period. So it is just ridiculous that some people that I read their comments will pay such affordable amount and expect a $200/night experience. Trust me I know of HOTELS, Aquatic Suites & Lounge is by far one of the best in its category.

Hotel is located in a good location in the heart of surulere. I got the mini room, room and toilet was clean but the bed left a lot to be desired, too soft and very noisy. Had mosquitoes in the room too.

The roads leading to the hotel is very inaccessible and highly unmotorable. The rooms are too tiny and costly for its size. The facilities in hotel are average, but their staff are however very friendly.

The hotel had a very quiet serene environment ,like a home away from.home ...there was power supply all through my stay, customer service was nice,there was also complimentary breakfast but the classic mini room I got wasnt so good ,I had to request for an upgrade to a bigger room,I couldnt use the Air conditioner in the new room because it kept making a very loud noise but there was a standing fan , the restroom wasnt very appealing either, the toilet seat was shaking but I was told theyre renovating so.hopefully things get better

The hotel is best discribed as a comfortable guest house with all amenities of a 3 star hotel. Resturant, Pool, Lounge etc. Polite and accomadating staff. Very clean and lovely. Keep it up.

Smart quiet hotel. More of a homely setup. No noise. Pool side is cool and the pool lounge is great. Room is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The short access road needs attention.

Pictures might fool you though, its not that bad.. road to the hotel is not cool. Needs renovations. But i heard its on going.
