Aquatek in Ashtarak

Worst hotel i ever been on. Bad service, dirty rooms, breakfast the worst and smallest options i ever sen. You have to pay for everything and 70% of the pools are out of order.I can see that the positive reviews come from probabilistisk the staff or fake reviews. So i hope nobody else get tricked like i did.

Это был первый отель, который я посетила по прибытию в Армению. Мне очень всё понравилось! Прекрасный персонал. Отличные чистые номера с маленькими, но важными вещами-там было все, нужное незадачливому туристу, забывшему важную мелочь-полный набор первой необходимости-паста, щетка, шампунь, бальзам, гель. Да, кажется , что всё это есть в каждом отеле, но нет! На утро, нас кормили разнообразными завтраками со свежими фруктами: и черешня тебе , и клубника, несколько сортов кофе, каша, горячее.Ммм... Далее, можно было прогуляться по зеленой территории или сходить в аквапарк (когда были мы, горки еще не работали, но были чудесные бассейны с кучей развлечений-душ, детские водные игры). Бассейн, правда, в конце июня был только крытый. Спасибо за приятный отдых! Фото только одно, с утра вид из окна, чудное пение птичек тоже отнесу к плюсу данного отеля)))

С каждым посещением приходится переписывать отзыв,так как возмущению нет предела!В целом внутри всё очень даже хорошо, хороший ремонт, многофункциональный, отличный тренер! Но вот работающий персонал портит все впечатление. Ходили сюда в спортзал и бассейн. Перед оплатой все были очень милы,отвечали на все вопросы. После заключения договора на все вопросы отвечали через "нехочу", а просьбы игнорировались. Ребенок (4годикабоялся без меня идти в бассейн, на просьбу посидеть недалеко от бассейна, чтобы ребенок видел меня и страх переборол,мне было предложено оплатить ВНИМАНИЕ!!! 30,000 драм. Лишь по оплате 30,000 драм я могу посидеть на трибуне 40 минут. Была во многих местах в Армениии за рубежом, но такое слышала впервые! Считаю это сверх наглости и отсутствия подхода как к ребёнку, так и к клиенту!Кроме того ребёнку было запрещено плескаться в соседнем бассейне за 10 минут до начала занятия,на моё возмущение как это так,нам снова было предложено докупить дополнительно поход в соседний бассейн! Как так?! Объяснили это техникой безопасности: дети могут утонуть. Очень интересно: если оплатить дополнительно за соседний бассейн, то утонуть не может ребёнок, а если не оплатить, то может..парадокс ! И это при условии, что за месяц занятий мы оплачиваем 25,000 ,что является для Еревана самым дорогим местом для групповых занятий, но отнюдь не является лучшим. Ругаться больше не стала,надоели! Продлевать контракт с ними не будем! И рекомендовать соответственно тоже!Кроме того каждый из менеджеров давал информацию, противоречащую информации другого менеджера. Судя по отзывам это частая практика. На всю шарашкину контору у них один хороший менеджер- девушка Майа!

The closed swimming pool and the dressing rooms are not clean. In the reception are working very unfriendly and unprofessional ladies. The slides in the closed aquapark are almost always closed during the week (absolutely no go for an Aqua park in my opinion). For some reason, children are not allowed to enter the jacuzzi. So, if you are with children, there is ONLY one option - just swimming pool for that price. So we will never visit this place again.

Bad customer service in the inside pool. Bartender are rude and not friendly.Quality of pool and sauna 3 of 5 service 2 of 5.

If there is less than 1 start i will put, the worst hotel i ever been , everything is bad , even the employees was so rude and aggressive , they said we have access for 7 pools and spa in the all websites and i double checked on the phone before i came, but when i arrive they told me u have 10% discount if u want to use the spa , and no access for the pools outside we should pay full price to enter , only the inside pool allowed which is was for kids and full of people and the water disgusting , the AC remote control not working, so u should take the cable off every time u want to turn it off and u cant change the degree ,and more things makes me sad when i think about it , cz i have destroyed my vacation in this hotel if u want to hate your self come here!Will never forget this horrible days here!

Сочетание загородного места отдыха в 5 мин от центра Еревана. Номера хорошие, удобные. Завтрак 5 баллов. Аквапарк на открытом воздухе, чудо особенно в жаркий Ереванский день. А также крытые бассейны и спортзал. Рекомендую всем!

I cannot say enough good things about Aquatic! The gym was super clean, the equipment was new, the staff was super friendly. The pools and the water slides were a lot of fun. We loved the steam room and sauna as well as the hot tubs.

Rooms: nice and spacious and clean, but door to bathroom couldnt close and fan was very loud.There are no restaurants nearby, you must take a taxi somewhere.Staff gave conflicting information about caps being worn in the pool. The water park doesnt require it, but the indoor does... Only for females...but I saw men with long hair who werent required to wear one.They also say waters in the room are complementary, but failed to say that only applies to first night stay.Breakfast was fine.Water world: Half the rides at the park are out of order, or you must pay for individual rides, the ones that dont require a tube almost rip off your skin or give severe wedgies. You also have to pay for a locker... So bring cash. Staff at hotel dont tell you this.Aquatek indoor pool: nice scenery, and main pool is great for kids and family. Waterfalls and massage jets for adults are a relaxing nice feature, and kids have bubbles and rain from the ceiling. Slides and hot tub are out of order.Overall, it was once a nice fun place but now its run down and pretty disappointing. Does not match expectation of advertising.

A peaceful place with helpful and supportive staff, specially receptionist dear Arminia.Clean rooms and beautiful environment.

If I could put 0 or minus I would. No ideq about the hotel but the water complex of aquatek is a joke. Stay clear of it during summer. 4 times more people then it can sustain. no chairs tables benches to sit or eat. They just shruggle and claim it is always like that. Again - the service is a total joke and it renders all fun to a stressfull fight for a place and food

I traveled from Iran with my friend and stayed at this hotel for six days. All staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and accommodation was first class. Specifically, Ofelia at the restaurant went beyond and above what we expected from a normal hospitality. We are definitely going to stay at their beautiful two-story suit in our next visit. Ofelia, Marina and all others are great. Our travel experience in Aquatek was super.

It is a good hotel to stay, friendly staff, but there is a big problem, which is thechotel is far from city center

Awful customercare service! When you call to ask something they tell that cannot transfer the call to respective section and just drop the call!

Nice and clean pool but its expensive. Most pools in Europe are cheaper. Besides, they dont let women with long hair in unless youre wearing a swimming cap(even if your hair is firmly tied up). If you dont have one you either have to buy one in their shop or go. Apparently it was ok for men with relatively long hair to swim with no cap. Frustrating

I love to swim here in Winters, water is warm 28°C and the Sauna is good for this season. It has a several pools close and open, also there is Spa center and a Gym. I used the gym, swimming pools and sauna.If you want to relax and forget about your problems come here and stay for a few hours.There are also subscription plans you can buy and use services with cheaper prices.

The pool is okay, I like their sauna, good atmosphere. Waterslides for kid-age mostly.

Im happy that we have such a great place in Yerevan!

Hotel Aquatek is very very very bad service for customer , I never Back in Armenia .I have a bad experience in hotel Aquatek they are very rut and they cant speak English , hut top (jacozi is cold , they dont have shampoo and soap. Me and my family and my Friends never back in Armenia neverrrrrrr
