We had our pool installed by Aquamarine 4 years ago and we have enjoyed using all their services ever since. They are extremely knowledgeable and they put me first as the customer. It feels as though they are always willing and eager to go the extra mile to help!

I had an underground leak and couldnt get anyone to work on it. Aquamarine was recommended to me, I contacted Peter and he and owner Marc took care of the problem without much delay even though it was during the busy part of the season for them. They also replaced my antiquated pool light while they were at it. I was very impressed with them, their hustle and competence, and their friendly attitude. I highly recommend Aquamarine Pools.

Absolutely worst customer service ever take your business elsewhere they don’t answer phone calls voice mail is always full ... we started the process months ago loan approved hoa approved and waited for weeks to get a call email or text back and nobody ever called. Finally my husband gets through to Ole and he was extremely rude to him. I’ll be glad to give the 60,000$ to someone who is willing to do the job and can answer questions.Don’t waste your time with these people, other options are out there!!! Such a let down for my kids when they were promised a pool by September from these jokers ... Thanks for nothing aquamarine 👍🏻P.s I had to give one star ⭐️ to give the review they definitely didn’t deserve it.

I am so pleased with Aquamarine Pool. They did an awesome job on my pool liner replacement. The guys that came out were so nice and polite; answered any questions that I had and were so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a pool or liner replacement.

The first time I used them was last year to close my pool. They were very friendly and on time. I used them again this year to open my pool and it was the same team that came out last year and it was again a great experience. They were very accommodating and re rolled the heavy cover to my satisfaction. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do. This will be the company I use every time. Very personable, professional and reasonable people that work hard and make sure the customer is satisfied with everything.

I used this company to close my pool. I got a text from Peter when they were on the way and they came exactly when they said they would. They (Peter and Blakewere ready and got right to work. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and answered every question I had. We always closed our pool ourselves so I didnt know what to expect but was very impressed. Even the phone conversation I had when inquiring about having it done was very informative and I liked Oli right away. Very professional and I will be using them to open the pool next season. Highly recommend this company to anyone needed assistance with their pool.

Stop in to get price on fiberglass pool. They didnt act like they wanted to sell one. Went with another pool builders putting pool in first of October. Figured if it was that hard to buy one imagine the service call.

From start to finish and beyond our experience as a family being first time pool owners has been great... Each member of the aquamarines team were extremely professional and respectful of out property. I have worked with this company for years now and highly recommend them. They installed my pool about 20 years ago and set things up exactly as I wanted them. I do most of my own pool maintenance and over the years these folks provided me with excellent advice and assistance when needed. I have found maintenance to this fiberglass pool to be just as easy as originally promised.Today Blake came out and installed a new pump for me. He cleaned up my 20 year old plumbing and had things back in order in an hour or so. I’m very pleased with this most recent installation.

I have a 30 year old in-ground vinyl pool and needed to repair a slow leak, replace the liner and install a new electric heater. After getting 3 quotes I choose Aquamarine for this service. Their quote was very competitive and installers Pete and Blake could not have been more professional in making sure everything was done correctly. Both were very efficient, hard workers, conscientious, and with a quick response to my every request. I could not be more pleased using Aquamarine Pools for this installation. I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

They do an excellent job opening, closing and maintaining our pool. They have also installed a new pump, ordered our new ladder and kept us informed on any issues with our pool equipment. We had tried another company when we moved to the area and it wasnt a great experience. Weve gotten to really enjoy our pool now that we have used Aquamarine. They work hard, are dependable and very friendly, especially with our doggies!

Was recommended to them by our years of service with our trusted pool supplier Cincinnati Pool & Spas. Contacted them a month ago as of this writing. ( As a side note, Google lists a number that goes to a Voicemail that is constantly full and you are unable to leave a message. If you do decide to try to contact them I suggest using the number on their website as it at least goes to a working persons cell. )After finally getting through using the right number I was meet with a courteous man identifying themselves as Aquamarine Pool. I never received a name. I explained the situation with our pool. At first there was some hesitation after outlining the work that would be involved. He even suggested I complete the work myself. I stated that I had three herniated discs in my neck and was unable to do it. He said they would probably be able to get to it mid-May. I said thats fine, thinking it would be open long enough to get ready for Memorial Day. He said he would give his son my name and number and his son would call me with a quote.Two weeks passed and I never received a call back with a quote as promised. I thought it was a bit odd given their reviews online and the recommendation. So, I decided to give them a friendly call to ask for an update.When I called I was met by the same man, obviously a cell phone, at this point in time. Just as courteous, as he didnt interrupt me at all as I explained the story and that it had been two weeks and no call. He stated he did remember passing my info to his son. However, this is where the call got a bit weird...He started to go into this sort of mumbling about it needs to be worth their time to come out and do a job etc. I thought that was a bit odd since he was so on it about doing it the first time I called but now it sounds like he doesnt want to do the job. Weird. He then says, "Tell you what, I will go ahead and make sure that my son calls you either way." I was so happy to get a cordial response I didnt even comprehend what I was just told. Just said thank you and look forward to hearing something soon.Thats when it hit me. "Either way." That means that they may or may not do the job? What in the world?We were told by Cincinnati Pool and Spa these are the number 1 fiberglass pool people in the area. Which is why we called them. Apparently if you dont have a +1,000s worth of a job they just wont call you back "either way."We just wanted to share our experience dealing with this company.Best of luck to any others looking for work from them. Hopefully, you have a job big enough to warrant their time.

Total joke of a company, steer clear! Owners give lip service but do not follow through on promises.We have the correct company! You were out to the site 2 times and were supposed to email pricing...nothing happened even after repeated attempts to contact you. We discussed at length various pool options and timetables for installation.

They are always quick to respond and extremely friendly while they are working. Never had a single problem!! Would highly recommend Aquamarine Pools to anyone!

Started out great - friendly and reasonable prices. Thought we had found really good people to help build our pool. Took 2 months of planning with visits from ole and then a single email - sorry we can’t do your pool. I followed up with Multiple requests to call and discus, but nothing - they were just ignored. So now another summer without a pool. Pool builders are busy right now! I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our kids were so let down this summer and I just Dont want another family to waste their time and lose your spot to get a pool completed like we did. Don’t even start a discussion with them - go elsewhere you’ll be glad you did.

Awesome people! We needed a new liner in our pool, and they responded immediately, provided great services and did an amazing job. The liner had one repair needed, and they came back and fixed , and insisted on fixing it before we paid them! Peter is a professional, hard working, and they know that great customer service is important. Well do business with them again for sure. Hope to have them install a nice spa next to the pool next year.

Excellent work fast and accurate.

My wife and I contracted the Aquamarine Pool Company to prep, paint and re-tile our 28,000 gallon, gunite, inground pool last August. Our experience with this company, has been nothing short of horrible. Aquamarine was suppose to prep, repair, and re-paint our gunite, Klimatemaster pool with a Epoxy pool paint, and to replace our existing tile with new tile. The cost was an absorbent $8500 !! The company sent their son, and his friend out to our house to do the work. His normal working hours were usually noon to 5pm. They started the renovation on August 9th, and finished painting during a drizzle, on August 14th. Peter Michelson came back out to our house again on August 18th to repair some of the tile that had already fallen off, and to also to touch up some of the paint that had already started to peel. He did the repairs, and we were able to use our pool for one month. We actually had the pool closed, and winterized at the end of September. With what had happened with the pool (peeling and tile falling offwe were definitely very concerned what we would find when we took the cover off this spring. We decided when we did open the pool; we were going to drain the pool to better see what condition the pool was in. We were angry, and alarmed with what we had found. There were numerous areas that paint had peeled and the old paint was visible. At that point in time we contacted Peter Michelson, and asked him to come out and look at the pool. Peters response was, "Hey John. How about since you want everyone to be at the meeting (my wife & I), you come to us. Bring some pictures need be and then we figure it out. Then we can just send one person out there.". My Wife & I could not believe the lack of concern, and customer satisfaction that was expressed by Peter Michelson and the Aquamarine Pool Company. We have been arguing, discussing, going round and a round with this company for the past two weeks, to get them to come out to our house to prep, and re-paint our pool with the original Epoxy Pool Paint that was originally agreed upon. At this point in time, we have an empty 28,000 Gallon, Gunite Pool that we cannot use. They refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. Please do not use this company !!
