Aqua Blues - Restaurant in Digha in Tājpur

Well, I saw the reviews and went to this place with family. Too bad I couldn’t try the food, as the staff behavior was inhospitable and over aggressive.We arrived at 3:02, two minutes after lunch time closed and took permission to enter the restaurant. What followed was rude, inconsiderate behavior which prompted us to leave in 5 mins.First the waiter told us everything except starters was available, then one by one most of the main course dishes we wanted were not available and we should have come before 3 to get them. Remember I entered at 3:02 😤, with permission.His behavior made us cancel our order and leave. Sometimes good food and ambience are not enough. Service is key to good repeat business and I hope the owners/management note the same.

I got the best experience in Digha

It was pathetic food.no taste,we ordered food at 9:30 it will be on table 11 very poor service.over all bad experience.

Wash room is not hygienic. Smelly. Fish items are good but chicken items are pathetic. Go for fish dishes. Otherwise dont visit.

Good ambiance and perfect restaurant in New Digha. Quality and price is just perfect. Nice behaviour from all staffs. We visited today as outsider guests but they have served as inhouse guest.As per quantity, 1 plate is not sufficient to share with two, better to share 2 by 3.

One of the worst customer service I have seen in 1000s of restaurants I have visited..an order took 1 hr to serve even when no other customers were waiting..when requested to serve early staff started qaurelling ..worst of all reviews

The waiting for the food time was around an hour which is a real bummer. Also the portion was quite small and the meat pieces were tiny.The overall rating is really misleading.

Great ambience. Arguably best in New Digha. Great seafood with reaonable price. Food is cooked fresh and only on order. So no leftovers served. Due to this, may take some time to be served. Great staff. Professional in atitude. Only deawback lunch needs to be ordered within 2:30. Hence less time for late risers.

at first we didnt spot the restaurant as there was no signboard on the road . we crossed it . then again i came back walking and asked the Watchman . the restaurant is just to the left of reception. neat and clean the ambiance is calm. the food was not premade so took a time but it was very tasty. 5/5.

Ambience is good, sea food also fine. But punjabi flavour lover dont go. It has bengali flavour in paneer.Over all it is good restaurant for out comers who came from other than west Bengal.

Too costly

Ambiance is wonderful 4 * for it. Food is just okay. Found plastic thread in Butter naan. Service is extremely slow. Staff are not well aware about hospitality of guest.

We searched in Google and then thought to give it a try. We must admit, best see food and bengali cuisine we had , better than big resturants in kolkatta. Best part , at a very cheap rate. The serving was slow but friendly staff. In fact we went again next day for lunch. An awesome food .

One of the few sort of upscale restaurant in the town filled with cheap eateries.Liked the ambience, staff were courteous.It had a varied menu spanning north Indian, chinese, sea food, continental.However, a major drawback was that digital payment facility/card payment was not available. Parking space is available, but for outside guesta, not residing in the hotel, they suggest parking outside the premises.Overall, nice experience.

Very good food...But the service is very poor; food delivery is very slow. Average time get the food after delivery is 40 minutes. And the most ridiculous part. Herein, I would like to write the word ridiculous in bold and capitals, the bill payment system. It has only cash option. Not even paytm, forget about card swiping machine. Indians are keeping their feet towards digitization and globalization nowadays and these people are dealing with cash only. Frankly speaking, the service doesnt do justice to the food quality and ambiance of the restaurant.

Food is good but the waiters service is extremely poor. They all were busy watching IPL. One of the waiter forgot the name of dishes which we ordered then again we reordered after 30 min. Even we had to ask for spoons and refilling of water every time.

Yesterday we had best time at lunch that i think i ever had! Pleasant surrounding, great ambience, and the delicious food, (Specially the sea food). Highly satisfied.

A very good restaurant in Digha to experience mouth watering cuisines...

I went to digha with my family last week. Our family friend recommended Hotel Coral Digha. It was an excellent hotel, very friendly very cooperative. But the nest part was their restaurant Aqua blu. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Very fresh and authentic.

Lovely sea foods, great ambience and nice gestures of the employes. Every sea food lovers must visit this place.

I went to Aqua blue restaurant with my friends... Management of this restaurant is very good and the staffs were also friendly..

Stayed in Hotel Coral for a prewwedding shoot and was really amazed to see such lovely restaurant in the premises. its not just a typical restaurant of a hotel...its as good as a good dine in place we see in Kolkata! lovely food and service!

Went here more than once and its a bliss to have a fancy restaurant Digha!Must Try: Fried Pompret Lehsuni kebab prawns :)
