Youngsters birthday dinner. Was great time. Staff came out sang happy birthday. Other guest were great also by singing a short birthday song. Good time. Food was excellent. Staff were great.

Highly recommend. Not all AppleBees are equal. We had good food, with great service given from a friendly, capable staff. The restaurant is clean.

Never disappointed. Great service most of the time. When they are busy is when it could be a bit longer then usual. If it does take longer, they will try to make it up. Food is normally spot on.

So I normally don’t go to Applebees, but this place was the only place open here to grab a bite to eat. So I was skeptical at first, but after grabbing a beer and having their chicken quesadilla…. I was actually happy with the meal. The bartender was very kind and pretty ;they even stayed open for me to get my meal and no one gave me dirty looks. Only 4 because I really don’t like to go to Applebees at all.

Amazing service the night I went. Had endless hot wings. I think I was competing with waitress on who could eat them faster or bring them faster. I think I took the lead, but barely.

Ordered to go, got great service from the best waitress! Taylor thank you! Will be back again!

Would not recommended this establishment to anyone. We dined here twice while in town. The second time, the restaurant sent the completely wrong order to the hotel. Upon calling, the restaurant acknowledged they realized their mistake as soon as they sent the order out, but patched me over to their manager. Brandon, the Manager, refused to correct the error, only offering to replace it if I drove over to the restaurant to pick it up. He would not work with the delivery service they use, stating I would have to contact the delivery service corporate office and would not provide a number. He argued about offering a refund and correcting the error. Brandon was rude, condescending, and assaultive. There are clearly no hospitality skills or customers service skills present. Someone else is missing their dinner tonight too. Shame on you Applebees. This is not the last of this!

Happy hour drink specials are fabulous. I LOVE the wonton appetizers!! My husband, being a hamburger connoisseur has been impressed each time we have gone. Theyre huge! AND...Great service.

I like Applebees food and go there every now and then. The last time, a salmon dinner and a soda cost me about 20.00 plus tip. Which is ok but dinner only comes with potato and some broccoli. The salmon shows a great portion size on the menu..nice and thick slice. Mine was thin and small. Tasted good, but dinner doesnt even come with a salad or bread stick or roll....portion sizes are going way down. And dishes smaller on top of that to hide the fact, I guess.. I wont be back too soon.

This visit was great. Good food. Fast and friendly service.

Walked out. Went there for what they think are great bbq ribs . They had no ribs in the restaurant. They evidently need someone who knows how to do a proper food order. Walked out very disappointed in them. But later glad they didnt. Got better bbq ribs at the Dorsey house. They tasted way better and way so much meater then applebees ribs.

Fast Friendly Service, Great food and convenient to the Hotel.

Most of the time i go here the service was fantastic but this time there were a bunch of kids working that shoved the 5 of us in a tiny booth even though we said we wpuld wait and a few of us got the wrong food, thus not allowing us to eat at the same time.

Had a late dinner to celebrate my grandsons birthday, staff and manager were awesome! Great food as always, but a bit disappointed that half off appetizers after 8pm werent available anymore. 😕

Excellent Service! Yummy Food!!!Havent been to Applebees in a few years. Was disappointed with this location the few times I do eat there back then, (used to eat at them downstate daily with excellent service.)Vast improvement at this location!!!They were decently busy for a Wednesday evening, and yet did a terrific job! Our server, Austin, was in training, overheard it was his second day, I would go back and gladly request a table of his! Not only keen to his job but pretty to look at too :)Keep up the good work, Austin!

I have had a problem at this Applebees nearly every time Ive been there. This time my boneless wings were cold. Of course they brought another order. Then I was charged twice for them on my bill. They corrected it, but nevertheless it was not a good experience.

The food and service was awesome... Our waiter was very nice and helpful... This is my favorite Applebees Ive been to yet. I will definitely be going back...

Small wait to get in but was more than reasonable for a Friday evening and they were short staff. Server was friendly and meals were delivered quickly and correctly. The food was good and everyone seemed to like the meals. Only concern is the constantly shrinking menu. Seems every visit a few things are removed from the menu but less is added to replace it.Update. Menu feels as if it still shrinking. Maybe soon it will be down to a few items. Dont know as now you have to download it as they Dont have copies they have qr codes.

Love the Walker Hayes Song, the Staff didnt appreciate it, when my Daughter in Law playey it on their Iphone acces app... but, I took my kids to dinner at the White Lake, Mi location and the food was good,but I was disappointed they discontinued the comfort bowls.

Went there for Christmas drinks. They were pretty good. Food was hot. The guy that seated us seemed a little goofy but thats alright. Everything was just fine

Service was great and the food was delicious. Becky the manager was friendly and sociable when she stopped at the table. It was quite busy and everything was still timely and fresh and we really enjoyed the new specialty drinks for the month.

As the Applebees usual, the food was wonderful and tasty fresh. I must say though, this is the second time Ive been here, at this particular Applebees, in the past 6 months. And both visits they expected me to, and this is me guessing, to know what I wanted and just order it without looking at a menu. Because I wasnt brought one, nor my dinner guests, during the last two visits. But, as usual, excellent food at the Alpena Applebees. I look forward to eating there again in the near future.

Huge shout out to Brittney B after being on the road for 13 hours and dealing with one of the most awful hotel experiences of our lives, Brittney went out of her way to be absolutely amazing!! Made sure we had everything we asked for and then some. Her personality smile and customer service skills are top notch. Very satisfied with this restaurant!!

This was my best experience at an Applebees. Very good food, nice shrimp special deal, and I left with a very full belly.

Service always spectacular, ordered steaks 3 times since coming here. All of them, and they are always over cooked. I never send them back because its a waste. Again, great service, good prices though.

My meal was excellent!!! Came in last week for dinner with my family. Great service probably the best Ive had in a long time. My servers name was Caitlin and she was outstanding. Never had to ask for a refill and she was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu. Definitely will be requesting her next time.

They got rid of late of late night. They were out of half the menu. They do not pay well enough so they dont have enough staff. Food was ok I guess. Nachos were light on toppings and the drinks 🍸 were light and I ordered top shelf long Island and perfect margaritas. Wings were good.

Staff and food were good! The only thing was the portion was smaller than what they use to be. Next time we wont split the steak and shrimp. Waitress gave us a few inside tips in ordering the next time we come. That was really nice of her.

Great service as a first time visitor and knowledgeable staff on the drinks and food selection. Caitlyn was very attentive to our service and always made sure our drinks were topped up. Would definitely recommend for a good bite to eat when youre in town.

Our waitress didn’t bother to check on us at all with our meal, didn’t clear plates or get refills, after waiting quite some time for a refill I had to go find her to ask for one for each of us. She shorted us a straw and when we asked for one, she acted annoyed like we were incredibly inconvenient for asking for one. We then waited quite a while for the check and to ask for boxes. Food was good though, and arrived quickly.

The American chain of restaurant which I liked the most. First of all its their amazing staff members who is enthusiastically doing the service. They have plan for every customer. Timely service and embrace everyone with open heart irrespective of race , color and other indifferences. On top of that the food was amazingly delicious and unique. everything thing was very clean. Worth the money and time.
