Chelse is an amazing server. Everytime I come here she has a huge smile on her face and is always so friendly and kind. I love coming here when she works because she always gives really good service.

The best part of our Friday night is when we arrive at Applebee’s in Corvallis and greeted by our friendly waitress Chelsie and the weeks problems seem to disappear. She greets us with her charming smile, takes our order and brings us food. She has a good sense of humor which makes dining a pleasure.

Our go to place in Corvallis. Always a friendly staff and Chelsie & Mckenzie make the experience well worth it! Both enjoy the service industry and impeccable memory. Always would recommend them

Our waiter CHELSEA chased me and my husband outside and harassed us all because she has 4 kids to take care of and we didnt leave a big fat tip for her. I will not be recommending the Applebees in Corvallis Oregon to anyone.

Ordered steak med-rare was more rare than med-rare. Baked potato tasted like a nuked potato rather actually BAKED. So much for my BIRTHDAY DINNER

Out of specialty drink items and you had long waits to receive your beverage other than that food was decent and so was atmosphere.

Atmosphere was fine. Service was spotty. Food was both good and not good. Five people had different reviews. Too long from order to serve and my dessert was burnt on the bottom. 2nd visit. Great salad, good fish average chips. Good service.

Good menu, reasonable prices, and the food is always good, always meets expectations for a chain restaurant.

We were there for Happy Hour drinks & appetizers. Plus dinner. The food & service is excellent. And the atmosphere is cozy & perfect for visiting.

Our server paid more attention to the staff than he did any customers he had. Then we stuggled with the touch pad to pay and another server had to help us grab our server who was playing on his phone.

My husband and I both asked for no pink in our burgers (ordered through DoorDash), and although his was pretty much perfect, mine was full of pink! I could only eat the edges of the burger. Some people might be able to handle this, but I’ve got a super sensitive stomach. I hate to complain, but it was frustrating to pay for a meal and have it turn out this way.

Visit for lunch on 3/30/22. Ordered chicken and shrimp, what you get is half of a small chicken breast, 4 (yes FOURtiny shrimp along with a side of flavorless mashed potatoes. How cheap can this place get... They used to be good. Better off getting a breadwich for lunch from one of the many sandwich shops.

Great food, great service even when we add details like shrimp on side, garlic sauce added to the broccoli, etc... Its become one of our favorite places to done.

Ordered Tomato soup and Toasted cheese sandwich. A classic....the tomato soup was thick as if they dumped it out of a can and did not add any liquid to it. The toasted cheese was grilled but barely melted inside. Big disappointment for such a simple order.

Waiting half an hour for a to go, spending $30, not even one offer of a glass of water. Then they ask for payment and another 5-10 before the food shows. I should have walked instead of paying. It had better be good…. But I am not holding my breath.45 min total. Get home, no utensils, not even napkins, and the garlicky potatoes are bland. Cocktail shrimp? Really?The chicken breast was good. Boneless wing quality better than BWW. Riblet platter good. The 2nd star was for meat quality & flavor. Pretty much everything else Was an epic fail. Oh that’s disappointing because there’s not that many places to get good food in Corvallis.I mentioned the wait to the manager. Let’s hope they follow up and make it right. Will let you know if they do.

These ladies were on it! They gave exceptional service by being friendly, quick and accurate. They took good care of us and even cleaned up a spill we left.We will be back again. Thank you!

Applebees are always updating their menu, so I was surprised to see a Quesadilla type hamburger. Pepper Jack cheese, Mexi-ranch sauce, house-made pico de gallo and shredded lettuce. It was good, the tortilla crisp and the pico de gallo flavorful, not too much of any flavor, well marinated. But I didnt taste or see any bacon. The surprise, however, was the fries. I have been on the hunt for good fries and I dont usually order fries as they are usually fried in the same fryer as everything else french fried on the menu. These fries beat all the rest!! You can tell they only fry potatoes in this fryer. Good job!!

Poor service compared to other Applebees. We went there for the fish. No fish. We had ordered appetizers but told our waitress that we hadnt decided if we were going to stay or leave. While we were deciding, the appetizers arrived. She placed our order knowing we were undecided.

The wait staff and Mgr were wonderful. The cook didnt care or comprehend our order. The burger was raw, not even rare. To his credit, the Mgr comped it, apologized and confronted the cook. The front staff were all so nice I still left 20% tip and will go back again

I love their food. It seems like the portions are smaller but prices havent went up like most places. We didnt have to wait to be seated either. Service was excellent!

We came here at 11pm, the waitress who seated and helped us was very kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, we ordered the steak medium-rare and when it arrived it was terrible. Bad meat, brown in color, cooked rare. We werent going to bother complaining or sending them back, we just didnt eat them and were going to go on our way. Our sweet waitress asked what was wrong with the food since she noticed them whole on our plates, so we told her, she apologized sincerely and excused herself. We assumed she went to get our check but instead she took it upon her amazing customer service etiquette to tell the manager there was a quality issue. Well, the General Manager then came out with a shadow and proceeded to tell us that their meat is freezer burnt and thats "just how it is." Like I mentioned, we had no intention of complaining, no intention of not paying for the meat we wouldnt even feed to our dogs. However when the General Manager comes out and tells you that your steak is brown because its all freezer burnt and it looks like it does because of that and not because its undercooked (when it clearly isthen shrugs his shoulders with his palms up, youre definitely getting a review of the entire experience. We paid full price for it. If youre going to serve freezer burnt steaks and that is "just how it is", they shouldnt be more than $10 by the way. Not over $50.

Been a long time customer of this location. Expectations arent very high for food quality, but I appreciate friendly service and have had historically good service at this particular location.This evening we visited around 9 pm on a Friday night and they were not particularly busy - we were seated right away. The server took our drink & appetizer order, and when she came back to serve us our drinks we were ready to order our meals. She interrupted us and said she was going to take the order of the people next to us (who were seated after usbut she would be back in a minute to take our order.20 minutes pass. I finally spot her a few tables down taking yet another order of a group who arrived after us.Finally, our server arrives and asks if we are ready to order, and I told her we were ready to order 20 minutes ago but you disappeared. She got really defensive and said that she had other customers. I pointed out that all of her other customers arrived after we did & that she said she would be back in a minute...she interrupted me and said, "Honey..." Yeah, no. I told her not to call me honey and to bring us the check.She leaves and then comes back with their electronic kiosk, plops the kiosk on the table and told me I can pay on here, and walked off.I am very patient and empathetic towards those who work in the service industry because we have all been there. But if you are going to get defensive over a customer politely expressing that they are displeased with the pace of your service, then you are in the wrong field, Honey.

Have gone here many times late at night and always had great service. Showed up tonight at 11:20 and was treated like we were an inconvenience. Ordered our food it came at 11:45 and was told we had to be out by midnight. I understand it was closing time but they should have communicated better as well as treated there customers with more respect. They seated us. This applebees location lost our future service.

Went there with grand children thinking from the ad..this was family priced. My lord ! Im suprised they didnt charge me for the napkins ! Tipping is.not a choice. It is a necessity ! They bring a tip counter to yu w. Yur bill and ask which percentage do yu want to ad to yur bill? Really Rude. "am i not trusted to tip yu ?" No Class. Worst diner. No music...boring.

Cmon, you cant really say anything bad about Applebees... I mean, you cant really say anything good about it either, but thats hardly the point.Of course its trash! Ya gotta try their steaks! OMG! Love. Love. Love. I mean you cant go wrong with this meat and potatoes type dinner!!And... If this helps any, I usually dont do doggie bags, but this place not only has me bringing all kinds of food home... But Im eating it ALL once I get there!! 😆🥰As a bonus -- I never have any left overs from the leftovers lol! 😂

I think Im done with this Applebees. Waitress took our order, when we got our food none of the substitutions were correct. Actually, every order was wrong. Then it took a long time to get the corrections. My whiskey burger seemed old and my fries seemed really old. Cold and dry. Reminds me of the movie Waiting with the salty staff here. I wont be going here again.

My family and I were seated today and sat for 15 minutes with no service. No one came to ask about drinks nor did a server ask us about food. The manager at the time asked us whats going on and we informed him of the issue all he said was that he was sorry and did not even suggest to fix the situation. It was unfortunate we have not had an issue like this before with Applebees poor service in my opinion.

We started our meal journey being seated at 4:55p. There were seven tables sat and three singles in the bar. While we could several Wait Staff by the bar, it took over five minutes for our Server to take a drink order and another seven minutes to actually receive them. We ordered a Spinach Dip Appetizer to start and then our meals. My husband got a full rack of ribs and I ordered the Ribeye with sauteed mushrooms. I changed my mashed potatoes to cheesy Broccoli (for an upchargeand we waited. Twenty five (25minutes later our food arrived. No appetizer yet though. It had been delivered to a different table. My husbands meal was exactly what he ordered. Mine, on the other hand, had no mushrooms and came with mashed potatoes (which I cannot eat!). Then came our appetizer. Finally! Then came the mushrooms on a dish. Then my broccoli. On another dish. The Managers solution was to offer us free dessert. In the end he also gave us 10% off. Frankly, the Appetizer should have been removed from the bill as well as the upcharge for the Broccoli and the Mushrooms at the very least. We have been Regulars up to this point but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. I doubt we will return any time soon.

Overall really like this chain restaurant. Fast service usually, consistent quality, great soups and salads for starters, and a choice of lunch sandwiches and complete (Spaghetti, steak, tex-mexdinners. Drinks are decently priced. Yeah....5 stars.

Ill start by saying: good food both times weve been. First experience was great service wise, but our most recent one today was poor and disappointing in service and their inability to problem solve. Our server forgot to put our daughters order in (in addition to forgetting small details like extra sauce, bringing us some crayons, offering to refill water). We didnt know the order hadnt been put in until we got our food and waited an additional 5 minutes for hers to come out. We had to flag down a separate server as ours wasnt anywhere to be seen, he hadnt even been to one to bring our food out in the first place. The other server responded with a sassy attitude that she would tell our server. She didnt even try to hide how put out she seemed. After we told them, there was no offer to fix the issue besides saying they put the order in (10 minutes after our food had come out already). No apology or visit from upper management as I would have liked. We canceled on her food and I shared mine with her. Finally, to top it all off, our server brought out the check quite soon after. I was still eating and felt like I was being rushed out. My expectation in such a situation is usually a visit from a manager and some offer to smooth over the issue.... A comped drink or desert or coupon for a future purchase.Overall, I felt pretty unappreciated and upset at the end.

Always deliver (through Doordashwith missing items. We always order with a drink but always don’t have it!Good food, but the redness of steak is inconsistent. We usually order steak.3 stars, basically for good Tomato, Tortilla soup and steak. Service needs to be improved -2

This was my first visit to an Applebees and I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I took advantage of their current $8.99 hamburger combo deal and had the bacon cheeseburger with fried onions strings, fresh onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and an incredible whiskey infused sauce. It was an excellent burger and the fries were done up quite nicely as well.We went there for lunch so I had mango lemonade with my meal. Ive never had such an amazing blend of sweetness and tartness combined. It is definitely my new favorite type of lemonade! My husband had raspberry iced tea and said it was good as well.If you want to dine at Applebees later in the afternoon or evening they also offer two types of specials where you can get two salads or an appetizer to share along with two meals. They have a $22 version or a $27 which both offer a variety of choices. The also offer beer and mixed drinks and have a happy hour. For those of you that work late they also offer 50% of all appetizers after 9:00 pm every evening.In addition to all that they also have a kids menu and hi chairs, TVs showing sports, and tablets the kids can play games on at some of the tables. I would say its pretty kid friendly as well 😊.

Thomas was very kind and helpful while I was trying to make a decision for my order. He repeated the long list of options for the current "2 for" deals very patiently and willingly. He went over specific ingredients that were included in some of the entres making sure my family would not have any adverse/distasteful reactions. Great service. It shows that he really does care about the customers at Applebees.

Main dish was ok, but the broccoli I had did not look right. There were black spots and yellow on the tops, indicating that it wasnt exactly fresh, and it was also overcooked.

Nice atmosphere, decent service, and pretty good prices. We normally get the 2 for $20 deals which comes with an appetizer, which is hard to pass up. I got the half rack of ribs with garlicky green beans and fries. The green beans werent that special but the ribs were pretty good.
